I'm having the very same issue. I ordered my shoe on 18.06.22 but still my order is not yet verified after the payment is done. What to do. Please help

I placed an order on 14th May 2023 at https://www.woodlandworldwide.com., I received a confirmation mail after making the online payment--- Payment Idpay_Lpbz2BJ31DWQG ----however, when I checked the woodland website for my order, it showing no order in my account.
I have constantly been writing an email to the customer care of woodland but didn't receive any reply.
I also tried that customer care number but no reply. It has been almost 1 week still haven't received the product.
I want to know the status of my product.
