I am trying to return Black loafer for women
FLC0B3025271A002-order no(OR[protected] from last 1 week sent many mails([protected]@woodlandworldwide.com) and more than 30 phone call[protected] but no response from woodland india company, also tweeted about this matter but no answer from then please help me out to return the product and refund of my money...

    I had ordered a Shoe, 'Navy casual sneaker (FGC0260T0652A011)' and received it on 6th May 2022, but due to a fitting issue (small in size), I had launched a request through mail on 6th May 2022 to return this product, but they have not arranged a reverse pic-up process yet.
    Customer care has not responded to my calls or any mode of communication.

      I received this product on saturday and since i have trying to communicate through mails or call. But got no revert because of your bad customer care service.
      I want to return this product. Its a waste of money. The quality is worst. The buckles are rusted completely. There is lint all over the bag. It seems to be an old product. And i’m shocked how are you charging this much amount for this bad quality.
      This product was delivered to me by SCO-13, Plaza Mkt, Old Delhi Road, Sec-14, Delhi Rd, Sector 14, Gurugram, Haryana 122001. And nobody is taking calls there aswell.
      I’m regretting placing an order from woodland.
      I’m attaching the pictures of the product I received.
      Have a look and arrange for the return and refund.

          Bought a pair of shoes for 5000/- on 17.04.2022. They opened up on 30.04.2022. When I went to the store to return them they blatantly refused to give me a refund and when I refused to leave without it he called someone and said "ek aayi hai" which is not only disrespectful but also demeaning to women.

            I made a purchase of rupees 17575.00 on 3/05/2022 from Woodland Shillong Police Bazaar Showroom. On the basis of which I am entitled for a gift voucher of rupees 1, 750. However the store didn't send me the voucher after repeated requests.

              I had placed an order or a pair of sandals via paytm wallet payment of Rs 1647 on 26th April 2022 and cancelled that order after a few minutes. However, I still have not received a refund for my order. There is no reply to my mails. Two times I contacted the customer care service they said that amount will be refunded within one or two days then they said i would receive it within 10 days but its been 12 days (7th May 2022) and I didn't get any refund for the amount which i paid using paytm wallet.

              I had ordered from woodland on 12th of August from woodland and paid through cc order no. OR-2520269 and canceled in after a few minutes but have not received any refund yet. I have written emails to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com & [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com but not yet received any update on the matter and have raised a ticket on the website still I have not received any response, please find the details of the order in the attached file below. Any refund from a cc should have been credited instantly but yet I haven’t received any. Still awaiting Woodland teams response on the refund status

                  I had ordered a pair of shoes from their official site because it was not available in local store. Order No- OR-2435143. I received it on 29th April 2022. It has been a week since then and they have not responded to my calls or any mode of communication. Both the shoes are defective. Really shame on this company for cheating its customers. You cant trust them at all.

                  I would like these shoes exchanged for ones that are not defective.

                    I have placed an order(OR[protected] from woodlandworldwide.com on 20/04/2022, however it does not fit me so i placed a return request through email on [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com on 27/04/2022. I have mailed them twice for the same request but i have not received any reply/acknowledgement from their end.

                    Please try to resolve this issue asap.

                                      Bought in 2020 online, hardly used, but after a few days, pasting of sole as well as upper part coming out. Never thought this type of pasting from a recognized brand. I hv 6 pairsof shoes, bt never having this type of issues, plz advice me nearest shoes pasting center.

                                        I bought a Woodland Men's Black Leather Slipper-10 UK ( 44 EU ) ( GP 3801321 ) | B09LTCY8Z6 ( B09LTCY8Z6 ) on 10/01/2022 and was delivered on 11/01/2022 with In months usage the upper portion got worn out. I didn’t expect such poor material quality from woodlands. I have attached the invoice and slipper worn out images . I have also mailed these details to woodlands customer care but still no response
