I have ordered pair of boot from Woodlandworldwode.in but the size of the boot is too large for me, so I want to return it. The Customer care of woodland is not receiving calls and not responding to the mails. It's been 7 days....

Yesterday was the first day i wore the Woodland SGREEN 2 loafers for women FLC[protected]A035) and both the soles had cracks (photos attached).

I feel so damn cheated for my money and efforts.

This is defective material that you have sent and not genuine woodland stuff.

Please take these back at your own cost and refund my full money in my account at the earliest....

I have placed an order OR-2407988 on 06/Mar/2022 . Yet no status of my order. No response from customer care to calls and emails.
And I Paid 2577.00 Rupees for the order online .I got an sms but no mails yet.

My order for pair of shows is undelivered by DTDC(Reason: Area non serviceable(DIR)) . But My purchase amount is not refunded for the same. It is around 15 days ago when I ordered a pair of shows from woodland online website. My Order No is as given below -

But delivery of same is stopped as courier partner DTDC is not willing to deliver the same my address and stopped...

Received an order which was the wrong size, and have been trying since the last 20 hours to get in contact with the customer care through numerous emails and calls but have not been able to reach out to anyone...

I bought shoes from woodland estore on 21st Feb. They got delivered on 23rd itself but size was bigger so I requested for replacement in just 10 minutes after receiving the shoes.
Since then those are kept with me in Complete Original Packaging.
It's been 10 days since then.
Pickup for my order is still not attempted yet and nobody has contacted either.
Also on www.woodlandworldwide.com this order status is not...

I had placed an order from woodland website on 24th Feb 2022.Order ID is 2399463.I received order confirmation from CC Avenue. Please let me help track this order. On the website, I don't see the order details. I emailed support, called customer care multiple times . No response so far. I even called the support number mentioned in the order confirmation provided by CC Avenue. The person was so rude, he did not have patience...

I have a bad experience with Woodland and I swear not to recommend this brand to anyone. I have purchased a pair of shoes (Article No - [Protected] / Invoice No[protected] worth Rs. 3890 Chandra Sen Singh from Jhansi Sadar Bazar on 27/02/2021.

Only after 7-8 wears does its sole completely fall apart due to a manufacturing defect. I complained about this to the shop attendants and they told...

I raised refund through email but nobody replied.

On 08/01/2022 i brought a Woodland boot from Aero club Rajpura - shop Near Alps cinema, Rajpura patiala road .
After 15 days on 25/01/2022 The shoe sole was damaged (separated) . The pair of shoes that I brought, both shoes are mismatched, model number is different . Since the pair of shoes are big to me, as per your online policy relating to Return of purchased goods, I wrote an email to your customer care on Jan 7, 2022 requesting for a return. That the sole of said article damaged within warranty period and i through your woodland store Hamirpur (H.P) sent the above mentioned article for repair (under slip no. 33) on 16.12.2021 to your concerned woodland repair centre but unfortunately your above stated concerned woodland centre repudiate the claim.br...

I have bought online shoes on 10th December OR-2332902. Since size which I order was misfit for me so I ask them to give 1 size smaller .They said for online purchase their is no change of size. So I initiated the return process and handed over the shoes.

Now it almost 2 months I m yet to receive my refund .

Everytime I call and write a mail they said it's in process.
Please help me get my money back....
