[Resolved] Woodland — Payment successful from upi, but order was not placed. After I purchased from offline store I got an email for successful order.

I placed an order on https://woodlandworldwide.com after I could not find the exact shoe size from offline store. While placing the order I completed my payment through upi. Even after successful payment, It showed payment failed and could not place the order. I could not find my order on the website at that time. So I moved to another offline store and I got the shoe of my foot size.
Later I saw an email from woodland confirming my order. Since I have already bought the same from an offline store I need to cancel my order.

So, request you to please cancel my order and refund my money.

I mailed them regarding this, replied the same mail to remind them. The process was slow but they responded after around 10-12 days, by the time item was dispatched. I mailed them again to cancel my order and refund, they replied by saying that please don't accept the item, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded. So I did same, refused to collect parcel, and once the parcel was returned to them, they initiated the refund and successfully refunded it. It took around one and half month for the entire process. But thanks to woodland.
