Complaint marked as Resolved I mailed them regarding this, replied the same mail to remind them. The process was slow but they responded after around 10-12 days, by the time item was dispatched. I mailed them again to cancel my order and refund, they replied by saying that please don't accept the item, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded. So I did same, refused to collect parcel, and once the parcel was returned to them, they initiated the refund and successfully refunded it. It took around one and half month for the entire process. But thanks to woodland.
