Woodland — Refund not received

Sir,
On 1st july i ordered a woodland shoe order no or-2049820 payment through debit card. After sending so many mails where my order is? They replied that your order has been cancelled from your end, i don't know how.? Then i asked for the refund and after few days they replied me that your amount has been credited in your account, but the amount is still not reflecting in my account. Sir please help me in this regard.
