Woodland — Regarding returning the jacket ordered from Woodland website

I have ordered jacket from Woodland website but it was loose so I asked them to return the product.I am writing mails to them from past one month but they are not responding to the mails.
I have also called them but calls are being disconnected after IVR options. Nobody replies to mail and nobody answer calls.

They have return policy to ask for return the product within two days of receiving the product.I followed all steps but still they are not responding to the mails and not to even calls. Its very disappointing from Woodland.
Please note that the product is still unused and all the tags are intact.
