Awaiting a response and resolution since 2nd January 2022.
Customer service is disappointing. No response coming from them . A scan copy of invoice, footwear images ..have been sent but, no acknowledgement or response is received. I have sent 5-6 emails on this matter. I have requested for contact number too, but they have not replied. Their customer care number also no response even though I am calling as per their timings.
Even though I have bought 5 pairs through woodland website, return of one uncomfortable pair is becoming a problem. They need to be accountable.

I have received shirt having description 'GMT Men's Shirts MHCS 45 BLUWHT, L' & HSN code 62052000 in 1289.46 Rs. on 21July 2022. This shirt is tight on both arms point and feel stretch even know little movement of arms and is not comfortable to wear. So, I request for return this shirt.

Placed order for this on Dec 1st 2022 …however dint receive it and no response from woodland and the customer care no is never responsive where should we raise our concern on it . the woodland team should be responsible and be vigilant in refunding the amount for non delivered product or at least send the ordered product

i have received Woodland DNAVY 4 comfort floaters₹4995 order id OR-3010034 on 1/4/2023. this sandal is tight on both leg is not comfortable to wear. so, i request for return this sandal
