Woodland — Return refund Processing time

I contacted your customer support and, after staying on hold for 40 minutes, was informed that refunds take 20–25 days to process. However, the email I received states a processing time of 10–15 days. Additionally, this does not account for the time it takes for the returned product to reach your store. In the best-case scenario, with 7 days for the return and 20 days for processing, the refund would take nearly a month.
Are you aware that most other online retailers process returns and refunds in just 2–3 days? This level of service is truly disappointing.
