Unreasonable Delay in Shoe Repair Since April 18

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the prolonged delay and poor handling of a repair request at your Woodland C-173A, Jailroad Fateh Nagar, New Delhi 110018 Shop code_D310.

I submitted my Woodland shoes for repair on 18th April 2025, and was clearly informed that the repaired pair would be returned within 15 days. It has now been well over one and a half months, and I have yet to receive...

Subject: Complaint Regarding Non-Delivery, Cancellation, and No Refund for Woodland Online Order No. OR-3580742

Respected Sir/Madam,

I wish to lodge a formal complaint against the official Woodland online store for failing to deliver my order, canceling it without my consent, and not providing a refund to date.

I placed an order for a pair of Woodland shoes via their official website on 19th April 2025, with Order Number: OR-3580742. Despite the payment being successfully processed, the product was never delivered. Subsequently, the order was canceled by the company without offering any valid reason.

Since the cancellation, I have made several attempts to contact Woodland’s customer care through phone and email, but have received no response. All my emails remain unanswered, and there has been no communication from their side regarding the refund or delivery status.

This lack of transparency, failure in service, and non-refund of my payment constitutes a clear deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

I therefore request to kindly take appropriate action for negligence and ensure the refund of my payment at the earliest. I am also seeking compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Attached are copies of the order confirmation, payment proof, and my communication attempts with the company for your reference.

Given that these shoes were purchased only a few months ago, such deterioration raises serious concerns about the product's quality and longevity.         Dear Sir,

        I am writing to inform you that I received a pair of DNAVY shoe for men size 41. The order # is Order Id: OR-3513253 which was placed on Jan 5th 2025 and received after 8 days.

        Unfortunately, the shoes do not fit me well. Therefore, I kindly request you to arrange for the return of these shoes and process an early refund of Rs.2697.00, which was paid via gpay.

        Despite multiple email reminders starting Jan 14th 2025, I have not received any response or action on this matter. I urge you to address this issue promptly.

          Return refund Processing time

          I contacted your customer support and, after staying on hold for 40 minutes, was informed that refunds take 20–25 days to process. However, the email I received states a processing time of 10–15 days. Additionally, this does not account for the time it takes for the returned product to reach your store. In the best-case scenario, with 7 days for the return and 20 days for processing, the refund would take nearly a month.

          I ordered a leather belt at ₹ 1800 but received a pair of socks worth ₹300. I contacted the customer service. They asked for a video of the unloading. I said I didn't capture video, but I did take a photo and forwarded it to them. They stated they'd take it back; when the delivery agent arrived, I handed him the socks, which he scrutinized but refused to accept since his phone displayed a picture of a belt. He said he has orders to pick up the belt, which I have not received. Even though I mailed them often, their customer service response is poor.

              I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent purchase I made from your platform. I bought a pair of Woodland Boots for Men on October 20, 2024, through Flipkart, which cost ₹2288.00. After only three days of normal use, I observed significant and excessive damage to the boots, which I believe is indicative of either a manufacturing defect or poor craftsmanship.

              Despite handling the boots with care, the condition after such a short period o[censored]se is highly concerning. When I contacted your customer service team to report the issue, I was met with a dismissive response, labeling the damage as "normal wear and tear." This response fails to address the gravity of the situation and does not consider the possibility of a defect in the product.

              It is unreasonable to expect a premium product such as Woodland boots to degrade to this extent after such a brief period o[censored]sage. I believe this issue warrants further inspection and a resolution in the form of a replacement or full refund. The failure to properly investigate this matter has left me dissatisfied with the service provided by your company.

                    I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with a recent purchase. I bought a pair of Woodland olive green sandals (size 44) from TATA CLIQ on July 29th and received them on August 1st. When I used the sandals for the first time on August 10th, they broke within two hours o[censored]se.                         These shoes I brought for my mother (who is senior citizen ) staying at Mumbai.And I at Ahmedabad.It's regarding the misbehaviour of courier guy.
                        My mother stays alone and we have kept day time maid with her.Courier guys was adamant that will have to pay cash only not online.He mentioned he does not have the QR code and online facility.He shouted and was rude on both of them mentioning cash on delivery liya hai to cash hee pay karo.
                        I asked my maid to let me speak to him handing over the mobile to that guy but he refused.He demanded 4500 Rs repeatedly instead of 4497 Rs.He gave the product when my mom who is 75 years managed to remove cash of 4500 Rs and gave to him.If he was so adamant to get cash of 4500 Rs why he did not pay back the pending amount he should have done that and why he demanded 4500 rs when actually the amount was of 4497.
                        If he does not have online service or any QR code facility given by company, he should collect the actual amount of which the product is.And how can he force people to pay cash only ...

                        Instead of making a wow moment for her this courier guy made it irritating moment and she did not see the items for more than an hour due to mess created by courier guy
