      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Woodland Shoes regarding the repair of my shoes. The repair slip number for my case is H.O 09.I submitted my shoes for a simple Velcro repair over a month ago, with the assurance that the repair would be completed within 15-20 days. However, despite the passage of over a month, my shoes have not been repaired, and there has been no communication from your end regarding the delay.Moreover, when I inquired about the status of my shoes, I was not offered any replacement or satisfactory explanation for the delay. This lack of professionalism and customer care is highly disappointing, especially from a reputed brand like Woodland.I kindly request you to expedite the repair of my shoes or provide an immediate replacement. Additionally, I expect better communication and transparency regarding the status of my repair in the future.I hope to see this matter resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your swift response.

        The sole of my woodland shoes have broken and detach from the shoes. Otherwise the condition of the shoes are in very good condition. I want to resole the shoes. When I approached the woodland dealers in Guwahati, they said that they cannot help me in this regard. I request you to help me to resole the woodland shoes as soon as possible.

          We have ordered Woodland shoes from website. There was not any delivery link or tracking id. That's why we cancelled order. But yet it was delivered without any instructions. Now we are trying to return it. But nobody answering our call or email. And on website, order status is still "order cancelled"

            Delay in product delivery

            I have ordered a shoe through woodland official website. its been around 7 days since i ordered the shoe. The order status is order confirmed there is no update afterwards. my order number is OR-3196815. I need the product by this 19/04/2024 or if i cancel the order i need the refund even before that. As per many peoples concern they are not even refunding after days....

            Hi,

            I've purchased a shoe from woodland, and after one user it got torn, I'm having warranty for the product and reached them via mail, they dragged it for 1 month after that they told me to currier the product to their address, no brand will ask the customer to currier their damaged product, so again I ask them to arrange a pickup partner so that I can easily track my product, but they are not replying even. it's been a month already that I raised a complain regarding it. Kindly do the needful for me.

                    Customer care not taking appropriate action to process my return request. I order a woodland shoe online in woodlandworldwide.com on Feb 3rd 2024 but after multiple follow-ups, i received my order on 23rd of Feb 2024 which is a delayed delivery. The product which i received is defective and I raised an email request to return the product on 23rd Feb 2024. From then I'm following up with them almost every single day through email and the return pickup or the refund is not processed yet. I am looking for a solution.

                            Return pick up of woodland shoes and refund

                            I have received a pair of shoes on dtd. 14/12/2023 vide article No. GF4141021) brown colour size 40 and Invoice No. [protected] dtd. 11/12/2023 against order No. OR-3144318 and SO[protected] dtd. 11/12/2023.
                            However this is not a good feet for me. Therefore I want to return the shoes. Kindly make arrangement for the same and early refund. The cost of the pair of shoes is Rs.1995.00 which I have paid Cash on Delivery (COD)....

                            Bought would land sleeper from Woodland at D051. There is big disappointment with Woodland I never expect this. My experience was always good before.

                                I recieved my order [Order ID OR-3176322, date 01.02.2024, Size Euro 45, Desert Boot KHAKI, delivered on 13.02.2024 through Delivery with AWB -[protected]], but unfortunately the size is very big though i ordered the correct size as per my other brands. I asked for a replacement and received email on 14.02.2024 saying that they will look into the matter but till today no action from them . So, i asked for a refund for the said order, and still not getting any response from woodland.

                                  But, we are sorry to inform you that the size is somewhat small and tight. As such it is unusable for us. So, we are requesting you to please exchange this with any colour of black, Tan, cherry or Dgrey of size of 36 No.
