However, despite the passage of over a month, my shoes have not been repaired, and there has been no communication from your end regarding the delay.Moreover, when I inquired about the status of my shoes, I was not offered any replacement or satisfactory explanation for the delay. This lack of professionalism and customer care is highly disappointing, especially from a reputed brand like Woodland.I kindly request you to expedite the repair of my shoes or provide an immediate replacement.
