I contacted your customer support and, after staying on hold for 40 minutes, was informed that refunds take 20–25 days to process. However, the email I received states a processing time of 10–15 days. Additionally, this does not account for the time it takes for the returned product to reach your store. In the best-case scenario, with 7 days for the return and 20 days for processing, the refund would take nearly a month.

I have ordered a shoe through woodland official website. its been around 7 days since i ordered the shoe. The order status is order confirmed there is no update afterwards. my order number is OR-3196815. I need the product by this 19/04/2024 or if i cancel the order i need the refund even before that. As per many peoples concern they are not even refunding after days....

I have received a pair of shoes on dtd. 14/12/2023 vide article No. GF4141021) brown colour size 40 and Invoice No. [protected] dtd. 11/12/2023 against order No. OR-3144318 and SO[protected] dtd. 11/12/2023.
However this is not a good feet for me. Therefore I want to return the shoes. Kindly make arrangement for the same and early refund. The cost of the pair of shoes is Rs.1995.00 which I have paid Cash on Delivery (COD)....

Hello, i have ordered a sandals from Amazon app. And received it on September 1st, after a month the sole of the sandals came off. I asked for replacement, since it has 90 days warranty. I mailed the customer care and they followed up with instructions how to courier. I packed the sandals and couriered them the sandals. on November 4th.
