Woodland — Scandal defected within a week

Dear sir,
I had purchased a scandal from your authrized store located at erattupetta(kottayam disct, kerala) on21th jun 2021, it was gifted to my brother. he is not used almost one month after usage peeled off bottom material on the scandal. may be there was manufacturing defect. Due to lockdown in store was closed, when store opened on 04th august 2021 retured the product to the store. as per store representive informed us scnadal will be send to company manufacturing unit for the repair. But not yet received any confirmation from store or customer care.As a regular custmer for your products giving negative feedback and product is so expensive but not keeping up to standards for that price.
