Woodland — shoe repair

Hi woodlan team,
I have handed over my woodland shoe to hosur (Tamilnadu) woodland shoe for repairing purpose. After 20 days they are respond through call
The shoe not repairable, so come and collect like.
But i have denied to collect, still shoe laying with your hosur show room.

While i have gave the shoe for repairing, they said "the shoe sole need to replace it will chargeable basis". I have agreed for the same.

Then why your team denied for the repair / replace the sole.

Here i have requesting you to please take necessary action for repair / re sole the shoe.
