Dear Woodland Customer Care Team,

I bought New Jacket SN# JC-328 and the price is Rs. 6265 from Jubilee Hills branch, Hyderabad on April 10th, 2019 but after 1 month I found that color was slow shading and used only for 3 days in this month. But I thought it is ok only a slight change it is. After 3 washes now the color almost changed. I feel it is not worth of Rs. 6265, I' m not happy with this product. And it is not my only purchase in Woodland, I bought another Jacket and Shoes with Invoice No. 201936S177C00530 and I'm happy with those products.

I feel it is not worth of Rs. 6265, I' m not happy with this product. Kindly arrange a exchange of this product.

    August mahine main liya aur 3month main hi tut gaya.. Aisa kabhi nahi huva main agla woodland ka shoes hi pahnta tha lekin2 year chala kharab nahi huva but purana ho gaya is liye rakh diya. Aur ye to tut hi gaya. Bakwas hai ye. Abhibye kya kare abhi ise kya karain shop wale ne bola tha ki aap kitna bhi gheeso chalo kuch nahi hoga. Lekar gaya to shop wala bolta hai.. Ki abhi yaha mat lana koi woodland ki show room le jakar dedo... Paise to...

    I had ordered a shoe on the 23rd of october through their online portal (Or[protected]. (https://www.woodlandworldwide.com) but even after a week, i was not updated on the status of the order when i tracked the status with the order id, it was showing cod cancel, not sure what this means.
    When i tried to call the customer care (After several failed attempts) i was told by one of the executives that my order was canceled. Not sure why they had canceled and the executive also did not know the reason.
    I was neither intimated through an sms or by any other means about the cancellation.
    I will recommend not to buy through their online store

      Today I have to purchase woodland shoes Article no. GC 1868115 from your authorised dealer royal step shop no 6 tapadiya supermarket Nirala bazar Aurangabad Maharashtra India (PH[protected]GUSTIN Number 27AHRPD1396G1Z4 .
      That time he saw me 39 no. Size shoes but he give me a 40no. Size. Please kindly help me 39 no size of shoes and replace it.

        I purchased a slipper from woodland showroom in gandhipuram coimbatore on 13 october 2019. This was a fresh item manufactured in jun2019. Within a week i found the sole of the slipper peeling off giving it a very bad look. It can not be worn to formal places anymore. This is very disappointing as i always bought woodland product for its quality and am quite shocked to see the condition of my new and hardly worn pair of slippers.

          I purchased a pair of woodlands for my husband via online shopping. The shoes came looking smart and attractive. But after he wore it he complained of back pain. He wore it again thinking he hadn't broken into the shoe yet so it is needs more wearing - he has now worn this shoe at least 8 times since purchase and it is so unbearable that he wanted me to write to you.

          I am on [protected]. How can a shoe priced like this that too by a brand as big as yours cause body problems? He thinks it is because the base is flat and not designed for natural curve of the feet or something like that.

            I have purchased a black woodland casual men shoe cost rs. 2, 397/- on 15th june 2019. I hardly wore it 25 to 30 times only from last 4 months and the condition of shoes became worst.

            I have chosen woodland brand in a faith that your products are made up of good material, long lasting product, durable one, no need to purchase another one for next 2 to 3 years, etc. But now i have lost all the faith on such a big brand. Never expect this from woodland that you people are selling cheap quality products in higher price.

            Local shopkeepers and other online marketplaces are also selling local brands in the price range of rs. 499/- and these types of shoes are also has a durability of 6 months to 1 year.

            Today i went to your aero club, pacific mall, subhash nagar-khyala, new delhi showroom where i have purchased this shoe to get it repaired/ replaced. I met mr. Kunal (Store manager) there and as per him, i have to pay rs. 600 as a sole repairing cost. I am not happy with the service you people are providing to your customer.in this way, you will definitely lose your customers and their network.

            I have submitted my shoe there and got a repair slip. Repair slip no. 110. You can speak to the store manager also. The product is made up of cheap quality. Both the soles are broken from the middle, front damaged, stiches opened and size expanded. I won’t pay any repairing cost and i want to get it repaired/replaced at free of cost because this is not my fault at all. You have sold cheap quality product to me. I can easily purchase another shoes from local market in less than rs. 600 in which i believe that it has more life than woodland.

            Kindly i request you to please look into this and get it replaced/repaired at free of cost. I am attaching the photographs of shoes and invoice with this mail and awaiting for a positive response from you.

              अवगत कराना है कि मैंने लगभग 1.5 (डेढ वर्ष) पहले मेरठ में गढ़ रोड पर स्थित ‘वुडलेंड’ शोरूम (Woodland showroom at garh road, meerut) से एक जोडा (One pair men’s shoes, cost about rs. 6000/-) क्रय किया था। इस शूज को घर पर आकर जब पहली बार पहना तो दाहिने पैर की एडी में इस जूते ने काट लिया। शोरूम पर लेकर गया तो उनके द्वारा रिपेयर कराकर लौटा दिया गया। इस जूते का इस डेढ वर्ष की अवधि में मेरे द्वारा 60 घंटे से भी कम पहना गया है। अब इस जूते (दाहिने पैर) का सोल आगे से उखड़ गया है तथा दोनों पैरों के जूते के सोल में क्रेक आ गया है।
              आज दिनांक 20/10/2019 को मैंने मेरठ के गढ़ रोड स्थित शोरूम में सम्‍पर्क किया तो उनके द्वारा बताया गया कि सोल की गारंटी केवल 3 महीने की होती है, वह भी बिल के साथ। अब सोल बदलवाने के लिए 600+600=1200/- देने होंगे, तब सोल बदला जाएगा। बिल अब मेरे पास है नहीं। यदि यह पता होता कि जूते में खराबी आने की स्थिति में बिल की आवश्‍यकता होगी तो मैं बिल सम्‍भाल कर रखता।
              महोदय, मेरे द्वारा वुडलेंड का जूता यह सोचकर क्रय किया गया था कि इनकी गुणवत्ता अच्‍छी होती है और काफी समय चलते हैं। किन्‍तु ऐसा नहीं हुआ और मेरे विश्‍वास को ठेस पहुँची। क्‍या आप इस सम्‍बन्‍ध में विचार करके कुछ सहायता कर सकते हैं?

                I recently bought a wallet on 22nd september, 2019: 03:39 pm having bill no.: 201903n050c04219. I regret to inform you that i have received a defective product (Acc men wallet w 290006 brown, 00) from your authorized showroom at aero club woodland store - westend mall, ludhiana, punjab.

                After purchasing, i was using it from next day of purchase and i came to know that the product is a defective piece. Wallet's color is fading and that looks very pathetic. Then, i complained and asked for exchanging by going at the same place from where i purchased, woodland store on 10th october, 2019 having repair slip no. 88. But, they kept the wallet for more than one week and did nothing. They only polished the wallet, made some excuses and returned the wallet to me. But, the color of wallet is not looking good which can be clearly seen. Its color is fading and the piece is not looking in good state. I am attaching pictures of wallet so that you came to know (Images 1, 2, 3). The faded color can easily observed by comparing images 1 and 2.

                This is how you provide products to your customers.
                Please check the attachments, do the needful and provide me new wallet by replacing it or refund my amount as early as possible.
                This is really a shame for woodland products.
                I hope you will resolve this at the earliest.

                I purchased the said product on 13Oct 2019 from Woodland Showroom in Gandhipuram Coimbatore for Rs 2295. Within a week the sole of the slipper started peeling off giving it an ugly look. Feel cheated that a footwear of such reputed company would be of such substandard quality. This was a fresh piece and I had paid full price for it.

                  Purchase a formal shoes from woodland store on this year. It was not even 20 days from the date of purchase that i notice the shoes are start tearing apart from the front in which i only wear them for 10 days and my day to day activity didn't involve anything which can cause the tear of the shoe from the front. I reach out to the woodland store and the guy keep on making excuses so that it won't get replaced and he keep telling me story about how shoes usually tear apart in his experience and then he apply some gum and polish to hide the tearing... I am really bad experiences to use woodland brand shoes even local brand shoes cost of rs 500 more better than your shoes.
                  I last hope for you if you can do otherwise my faith of your company already gone to use your product... And i exclate this issue on social media and other forum.
                  I requests to change my shoes or money.

                    I recently bought an expensive pair of sandals on 16th october, 2019 : 09-12 pm, bill no : 201933s113c04272. I regret to inform you that i have received a defective product (Fwr men sndal gd 1033111y15, khaki, 41) from your authorized showroom at aero club woodland store - phoenix mall, chennai.

                    After purchasing i was practically wearing them from next day of purchase and i came to know that the product is defective piece. And i complained through email to woodland customer care (Threads are attached below).

                    However i did not receive any reply from their end immediately then i directly went to showroom on 18th-oct-2019 where i purchased. The interesting thing is that the showroom manager told me that they will repair and service the pair of brand new sandal which has manufacturer defect (Attached below). They denied my replace request and took my sandals by saying i used for a day and they registered complained (Attached below) as i'm giving for service and repairing it, instead of replacing with new one.

It was not even 20 days from the date of purchase that i notice the shoes are start tearing apart from the front in which i only wear them for 10 days and my day to day activity didn't involve anything which can cause the tear of the shoe from the front. I reach out to the woodland store on 12th october and the guy keep on making excuses so that it won't get replaced and he keep telling me story about how shoes usually tear apart in his experience and then he offered me for pasting with some gum and polish to hide the tearing

                        I bought a pair of shoes through woodlands website and the shoes were defective. I had returned the shoes in the woodland showroom at vellore on 25.09.19. The store manager assured me that the amount will be credited to my wallet and i had to place an another order since the same shoes were not available.

                        Till now, i did not receive the amount in my wallet. I had raised this issue repeatedly to the customer care but to no avail. It is becoming stressful to me everyday to find whether it is credited or not. I must say that woodlands' customer service is the worst and it does not have any redressal mechanism in place for customers.

                        The return and replacement policy of woodlands is too complicated and it makes anyone feel utterly disappointed.

                        Please respond duly to my grievances and redress it as early as possible. I will raise the complaint in the "national consumer helpline" under the ministry of consumer affairs, food and public distribution if it is not resolved.

                        Please do not be callous. Pay attention to your consumers' grievances.

                          I ordered for a shoe on[protected] & I received the product on 17/08/2019 & the same was returned on 22/08/2019.

                          When I asked regarding the refund it was told that the refund will be credited to the wallet as credits which can be used for future purchases. From then on I have been following with the customer care team via phone call and email regarding the refund amount which has to be credited to the wallet, but there is proper response and wallet balance still shows zero where I am not able to make a new purchase.

                          They give all stupid reasons for the balance to get reflected in the wallet. For eg: email id registered is showing as .c instead of .com, so u try logging using .c, check the tick box near use my credits payments option the balance will reflect.

                          I kindly request you to help me in this issue to get the refund.

                              I am purchase latest model shoes from Chandigarh sector 17 showroom Rs 9450/- Quality is very poor and not comfortable. I am suggest please never purchase Woodland shoes any cost. Please go to local brand batter compare to woodland shoes.

                                I brought casual chappal of worth RS. 1995/- green colour. On 08/09/2019 from reliance trends Aundh Pune Store. Just after two days use stiches is loose of left Paire. After submitting for relplacement on 14th August 2019 no one is responding for next process. Just very much disappointed of products and reliance trend Service towards your product. I hope you help me in this matter.

                                  I purchased woodland chapel in march 2019. Now its bottom portion get damaged. Now i cant able to use it. This chappel cost rs.2400/-.. Only 5 months i used this.

                                  It was my dream to buy and wear woodland chapel and now iam totally disappointed by happening this.

                                    I purchased a shoes (bill attached) on 2nd May 2019 which was damaged somehow within 3 months.
                                    I went to woodland store where I purchased it and ask them for the concern they took the shoes and told me this will take 20 to 30 days I said no issue just send it.
                                    Today I got the call from the store and they were saying only 75% of your shoes will be reimbursed and you can take another pair of that much amount. I asked them only 3 months I used the shoe and barely maximum time 15-20 days I used it. If this would be my mistake I shall definitely accept that but when this is manufacturing defect why should I bare of that. I also asked show me some mails or anything where the reason of the 25% deduction should be mentioned but they denied it and saying there is no such mail given by company.
                                    After this what I got the reply is shocking please go through that

                                      My new woodland shoes soles cracked and become very much uneasy for properly wearing woodland shoes. Kindly look into that infact i only used the shoes properly for 15 days what is this happening with these shoes.
                                      I am unable to understand that is this the original product which i purchased from the woodland showroom.
                                      This is really a shame for woodland products
