I had purchased a pair of shoe on 18 dec 17 from a woodland outlet at ganganagr, rajasthan (Purchase slip is attached herewith). Within 2 months of purchase i started facing problem with my shoe as sole was started cracking and uprooting from its base line. Further, i landed my shoe at aeroclub woodland outlet, alwar for replacement since it is still under warranty period. The aforesaid shoeroom promised me for delivery of shoe on 31 mar 18 which was not met by the showroom/company. Since i had not received delivery within said time i started tracking it with customer care as well as aero club outlet. The response of both the sources was highly pathetic and irresponsible which shows the negligency of discharge the satisfactory customer service. Hence, this entire process was resulted to financial loss of customer and further lead to very stressfull and time consuming as well.
Further it is intimated that if the case is not resolved wihin due time, the customer would not have any other option except take a leagal action against company through consumer forum/court.
