I purchased two pair of white socks from woodland store chamba himachal pradesh. When i wear socks at home it's size was not proper. And ankle was not fit at its place.. As it is to words leg side.. Means it's size is not proper... When i approached store they refuse to exchange as it's loose...
Tell me how can i check size without opening pack... Kindly look in the matter... To avoid further litigation

    Hi,
    I bought sandal from woodland showroom at r city mall ghatkopar mumbai on 1st jan 2018.

    On 14th april sandal belt fabric got damage due to poor quality. I went to woodland showroom on 16th april and explain the details. I was having as a proof of buying was bank sms which was mentioned "thank you for using your sbi card for a purchase worth rs1975.0 on pos [protected] at aero club woodland txn# 876820."

    I approached showroom manager and submitted my sandals to him for repair # lrp07 on 16th april 2018. He told it will take 4 to 5 days for repair.

    After a week i called him to check weather it is done but he told it will take another 4 to 5 days, since workshop was closed.

    Yesterday 27th april he called and told sandal can't be repair you send your purchase details invoice and bank statement to customer service then as per their instructions we will replace the sandal.

    Today i visited showroom and met the manager and asked him i have transaction number, my mobile number which was taken at the time of billing so you can check the details or reprint the invoice and submit to customer service. But he clearly refused. Then i asked him after i submit my bank statement that i bought the product what will happened?

    He said you can buy any product from us then we will reduced the amount which you had paid. Then i said earlier you said you will give replacement and now you are changing your statement.

    Woodland such a reputed company has poor quality product. I have given my sandal to repair or give me same sandal another piece. Why i have to pay balance amount? It's not my mistake, it's clearly quality issue. I should get another piece if woodland can't repair it.

    I have given the details of my transaction above. Now expecting positive response from woodland management.

        I bought this coat a few years back and paid £250.00 for it. It was rarely worn but i decided to have it cleaned. I took it to timpsons and after 3 weeks collected it. I was horrified as the coat was patchy and felt completely different. I refused to take it and they agreed to send it back to the cleaners to have it re-cleaned. When i collected it for the second time, it was still not acceptable. This time the coat was sent back to the head office to be tested in their laboratories. Finally, when i collected it, the head office had written a letter for woodland leathers in which they listed the tests that they had carried out and the results from these tests. They say the blame lies entirely with woodland leathers - that your manufacturing processes and dyeing are at fault. All i know is that i now have an unwearable coat. Could you please tell me how i should proceed with this matter. I can, of course, send both the letter and the coat if you send me instructions

        On 27/01/2018 I purchased a new shoes and same day give a sandal for repairs that sandal wrongly stitch and some parts wrongly changed.
        Plz see all attachments below and solved my issue as soon as possible. And repair slip he take on sandal returnig time. I attached shoe purchased slip and sandal pic.

          I had purchased a shoe (Article no gb1487114) from woodland city center 2 store, kolkata, on 09/03/2018 amounted rs 4295. Within less than 2 weeks of time pasting got removed between shole and leather from the front side, it was almost two parted! Pictures attached.

          As this incident happened within two weeks of purchase of this expensive product, i requested a replacement or a credit slip from them assuming the defect in the product itself or in the article/model. Because usually this does not happened with woodland shoes.

          Unfortunately, they refused to replace the product, and just done a re-pasting of the disputed area. Hence, i refused to take back the repaired shoe from woodland, as their is a high risk involved to do mountaineering treking with the same pair of shoes.

          I requested the store manager for his next/senior level contact number or email for escalation purpose, as the response of woodland customer care was not professional enough, but he refused to provide me the same.

          Therefore, through this forum requesting you to please bring the issue notice of woodland senior management or share the email id of them, so that i can escalate the issue further directly.

              Bought new shoes from woodland shoes - infinity mall malad west in february 2018.in just one month the laces of both the shoes have been torn due to the sharp edges of the metal buckles which are attached to the laces. Complain was placed to the store but they say they can't give new laces. Also when i asked them to give me duplicate bill they said they cannot generate duplicate bill in the system.

                  My brother bought a shoe since its a branded one. Cost of 30 rs. The product was good. Bt it was torn now out of warranty. I produced the shoes for repair. They took more than 10 days to deliver, though it was not good. Even the road side cobblers can do much better than this. My shoes lost its dignity.
                  Till they sell the product behave like too polite nd humble. After that if v approach them for services thy treat us in a different manner.
                  Really bad. Putting a large amount n this kind of shoes s tooo bad.
                  I'm not complaining the products. It's abt d dealers which u gave for ur brand. Soon woodland will lose its name nd fame with this kind of dealers

                    My self shivam kansara. I purchased a shoes from woodland store on 24, january, 2018. And after one month, it's damaged. Rebates of less are ejected from the shoes and shoes is teared. It's 3 month warranty, it does not mean that it will useless after 3 month. So i want cashback or exchange product with new one.                       I purchased a khaki shoe costing 3695 on 6 nov 2017. I was planning to wear on trek during mar 18 month. But when it happened to wear in dec 17 i found right side shoe has defect. Due to stitching problem my toe started to pain if i wear more than 3 4hrs.

                      I approached show room where i bought it but they responded it will expand if wearing continuesly for a week. I started trying that inspite of pain and blood clotted on toe.

                      I feel very bad for such a brand to give this kind of excuse for replacement.

                      I need replacement for my shoe and i need that model so kindly do needful as soon as possible

                        I have not used my woodland voucher - wd[protected] in any store. But when i check the status online it shows it has been consumed on march 11th.

                        I had similar issue with the same voucher last time also (In feb 2018), but issue got resolved by woodland team and i have been told that i can use same voucher. I have not used that voucher till now. When i check online came to know that it has been used on 11th mar’18 at 22:03 at shop # 23, rangu, 80 ft. Road, banashankari-3rd stage, 3rd phase, 4th block, bangalore – 560 085.

                        As i have not visited that store on that date and time and no where tried to use my voucher till now, let me know how that amount has been consumed by that shopkeeper.
                        Take necessary action against that shop, revalidate my voucher and refund that voucher amount.

                          I have purchased the woodland shoes (Tractor sole) 3 months ago costing around 3000rs inr from nagpur store maharastra india.

                          The pasting in right side of shoes got stripped & now i am not able to use them.

                          After spending this much amount in shoes i expect it to use for a year at least & the quality that i have got before has served the purpose too.

                            My self mridul rajeev singh, i have purchased a fresh pair of woodland shoe cost 4495 on 14th of feb 2018 and after using it for 4-5 days... Very deep wrinkles are developed feels like it will get crack from those wrinkles and leather quality is also poor... It feels like i bought a quality defective shoe... And also ive got a severe shoe bite at the where the shoe top ends... I have purchased it from aero club exclusive woodland showroom, hazratganj lucknow. I went there on 25th of feb there attitude towards the customer was not worthy... And they did not hear my compalint and there behaviour was worst especially the manager...                             And i am very old woodland user and have already 4 pairs of woodland shoe if you want i may sent it to you and i have attached a comparison photo comparing the 3yrs old woodland shoe (Black) and that new one (Brown).. Very old customer but this time totally disappointed by service and quality. Hope urgent reply

                              Hi,

                              I have purchased a footwear in woodland madurai showroom. But only one time i was drenched that footwear in rain. Next day automatically it's cut. So i'm asked the replacement or service for that footwear and returned the damaged footwear in mdu store.

                              After the 2 weeks #woodland approved the replacement for that damaged peace.
                              I'm ready to buy extra amount for other peace.

                              But i am visit the showroom more than 3 times. But size 41 or (11) and above footwears not avaliable in the store.

                              Currently i have only original receipt.

                              3 months was more time for one replacement. I'm really disappointment. Sorry next time i'm doesn't suggest your products.

                              I have attached the repair receipt in that mail.

                              Reasons for disappointments:
                              Small drench damaged the product in less than 3 months. Worst product quality
                              World wide company don't have size 41 and above footwears in authorized store.
                              Footwears collections very very less.
                              3 months was more time for one replacement.
                              Only one good thing sales reps spoken good.

                                I would like inform you that i have purchased jacket (Item gmt jacket jc 308, dnavy m) from sarojani nagar woodland store on dated 24th dec 2017 and after using 15 days of jacket then the small wholes are going to happened in jacket as well as color of jacket also going to fad.

                                This is the product quality defect as you can see that after use of jacket the cloth of jacket having a small whole which is not aspected by branded company and also raising thread from stiching of jacket are that part of manufacturing aw well as colour fad and while selling of product your seller has ensure me that such kind of defact never come in branded items thus have purchased but...

                                Or you are accepting that woodland has sold the very cheep quality cloth at your branded stores so if you have such kind of quality so why have you open the store to make people to buy quality cloth as people goes to branded store due to the trust but such kind brand should never buy and i will try to inform every one to not purchase woodland item because they are selling local material as like footpath item.

                                As i was the very old customer of woodland but after that i would never purchase any item from woodland and will to try to avoid other one to purchase woodland item.

                                Also will try to file case against in consumer court against fraud with me.

I was buy within 2 week it will broken poor quality strip. It will no longer to use. What can i do now.
