Woodland — shoe sole damage within short period

I had purchased a men’s shoe (Model no:4035y15, khaki, 40) from your authorized retail outlet at sastri road kottayam district, kerala state. (Store address: aero club, aryattuparampil bldgs., sastri road kottayam, state code: kerala/32) date of purchase is 27/07/2017, retail invoice no:[protected]c00462.net payable amount is rs.2404.
Unfortunately, after 8/9 use the sole of the shoe was damaged, side pasting damaged and cracked. Herewith i attached the photographs and scanned copy of retail invoice. Kindly go through the photographs, it’s found that the sole was damaged unevenly. This is not caused from regular use. The remaining portion of the sole is not damaged. This type of irregular tread wear indicates that the poor quality or manufacturing material problem.
Therefor i humbly request you to kindly replace the shoe with new one/repay the money as early as possible

On Jan 31 woodland team sent a replay mail to me and requested to bring the damaged shoe to nearest woodland authorized store for rectification of the complaint.As per the request(Mail) I approached the authorized Woodland store in my District today after noon (Kottayam District of Kerala State) The store Address is: Aero Club, Aryattuparampil bldgs., Sastri Road Kottayam, State code: Kerala/32.( I took the shoe from this store.) The store manager informed me to pay Rs.600+Tax, Provide 15 days for rectification of the complaint. I’m not willing to pay and asked him and show your replay mail. At that time the store managed shouted, harassing and ridiculed to me and throwing out my shoe and informed me to go to any another store with in the country. This is totally perplexing and embarrassing about me. I approached to the store as per your mail. Hence I understand that woodland are not responsible for the poor quality product and also valuable customers.
Sir, what will I do for rectification of the complaint. (I do not spend any money for rectification of this.)
Can you give me a solution regarding this.

The stitching are lossing on the shoes, some un proper stitch on the shoes are making rashes on the heels and it hurts very much my heels . And the leather on the left shoes are rough .
