Tech-connect retail private limited was sold that woodland sandel was sold me. Yesterday that sandels stich was broked. What can i do for the warreny purpose. Are you provied world wide service.

    I purchased fwr neb gc 1925115 camel 39 from lulu mall kochi last 3rd december 2017. My right leg shoe's switch is broken and i give to woodland show room last 26th january 2018. 16th february i got my shoe. Two weeks delay for that. I am working in a famous professional college in kerala. I have no spare shoe. But today my shoe is once again switch is broken. I used only one day after repairing. I did not like to repairing. I want to replace a new product or i contact with consumer court in my nearest place. I would like please replace my shoe. I hope you are take a good decision i attach my bill copy and present shoe's condition.

      Worst experience ever! I purchased my shoes from Janakpuri west Woodland District few years ago and on 02/1/2018, I gavemy shoes for reappearing. They told me that you will receive within 15-20 days, till now 16/02/2018 Haven't received my shoes . I have called them trice and they always neglected it. Today they told me that you will receive by tomorrow but nothing would be done! If nothing would have been done then why did it take soo much time? Fed up with Woodland services! Even the striches and policing will also not be done, either they haven't done anything or the repairing off Woodland is disgusting. After 1.5 month getting my shoes as it is! Bad service.
      Repair slip number is 178.

          I aakash from gorakhpur hav mailed twice regarding my laptop bag issue which i gav for repair at woodland store in gorakhpur. I am really very disappointed, irritated and frustated from last one and a half month regarding the kind of response i am receiving from woodland. I was just informed that it will take just 10-15 working days to get my bag repaired. I kept on waiting and now store manager here is saying that company has approved 70% claim and u buy something of that value.
          What is this non-sense? I need my bag back anyhow. Why u all take for repair i[censored] all cant do that. I dont need money nor i want anything else, i need my same bag reapired back.
          Everytime i mail earlier just a reply from u all side that we are working on the issue and at the end received this reply that buy something 70% of the value. Why would i?
          Was i informed of this thing earlier? What woodland wants to convey to its customers? Being such a big company and such cheapness taking customes articles for repair and u all dont return it back.
          I need solution as soon as early. Return my bag repaired or i will go to consumer forum.

            I have purchased woodland socks on date 02-02-18. At the time of delivery i have not checked the pair of socks but when i am going to use, one piece of socks was defected, at the same time i had called to woodland store and complaint for the same. And they shujjested to me that please visit the store. When i go to the store the store manager replied that the defect was due to careless of mine at the time of pulling the sticker out. But there was not any thread, and according to me the piece was already defected. Plz contract [protected].

                I have woodland shoe which does not fulfill my expectations as thier stiching opens and when i gone to woodland store to repair them they took 15 days to repair it and they paste tht position of shoes which is disgusting bcz they are looking bad now as thier real look becomes unreal ...
                I have paid 2650 for that shoe and this type of service frustrating me frm ur company ...
                I want recovery for my shoe for this type of activity by woodland.

                  I brought an woodland shoes 1-2-2018 and it’s price 3300 rs. When i used in first time it was normal before the next use i just clean with cotton piece and water after the cleaning the shoes colour becomes change and in that cotton i cleaned the shoe colour was get stick into the cotton pieces and what can i do i choose woodland because i heard about goodwill of your company but this case is very disappointing i want the reply

                    I was just talking with you Bhuvan on phone.You told me your shoe is in the factory for Repairing. While you first said that you will be claimed within 10 days.Today is 15th day no communication for your side, no reply of my mail, no phone call your side. I called you, you told me Bhuvan "AAp jis Se marzi Baat Karo Chahe MD(Harkrat Singh) Aur Chahe CEO se" this is your Words.And you took blame on me, You said I cut shoe myself.Check out my record and see how many times I have claimed you. You behave like this with your every customer.You call your customer by the name of Fraud(420).I can claim defamation on you Mr Bhuvan. Mr Harkrat ji this is your world class customer service. If I had to repair, I would have done it by paying 10 rupees in the local market.I do not wanna get repaired.I want to claim my amount 1886 rs.

                      shoe sole damage within short period

                      I had purchased a men’s shoe (Model no:4035y15, khaki, 40) from your authorized retail outlet at sastri road kottayam district, kerala state. (Store address: aero club, aryattuparampil bldgs., sastri road kottayam, state code: kerala/32) date of purchase is 27/07/2017, retail invoice no:[protected]c00462.net payable amount is rs.2404.
                      Unfortunately, after 8/9 use the sole of the shoe was damaged, side pasting damaged and cracked....

                      I purchased a pair shoes for my daughter from your shrishti gammon showroom, bhopal hardly before one month, but shoes is biting her feet, and she is facing too much problem to wear them.
                      I am sending some photographs. You are requested to resolve the issue or take back these shoes, i and my son are also wearing your shoes since long time but this type of complaint doesnot match your reputation, i am very shocked.

                        I purchased woodland shoes worth rs.3996 in the month of september2017 from siliguri, west bengal and within 4 months the shoe colour disappeared and currently the shoe appears slight grey. I used the recommended polish from woodland, but when i polished the shoes it looks dull and doesn;t looks like i have polished. The colour fade problem was brought to the notice of the showroomand requested for replacement but the showroom manager straightly refused to exchange the shoe and talked in very rude manner.
                        Therefore, i request to please resolve this issue at earliest by replacing/refund of money.

                          I had purchased a pair of woodland shoes worth Rs. 3695 on 21st Dec 2017 from "AERO CLUB", authorized woodland store at Kalyan west on kalyan agra road. tel no. is[protected]. But within a couple of days black and bluish patches appeared on the shoes (I have attached the pic ). i have used woodland shoes in the past and have been a very satisfied customer. But this time the story was completely different. I took the shoes alongwith the original receipt back to the store but the response was absolutely disappointing. They blamed it on us that the shoes changed color. But on further perseverance they took the shoes and the original receipt and promised to do the needful. it has been a month now and I have yet to hear from them. I feel deceived and dejected. i just need the shoes to either be replaced with a new one or refund me the money at the earliest.

                            I have purchased woodland men brown suede leather shoes in SEP 2017 and I am not able to wear shoes as the shoes have formed wrinkles at ankles. Last ten days onwards i have started wearing and the wrinkles are observed .The shoes have become loose and not able to wear and also looks odd. Kindly request you to look into the issue.

                                I purchase shoes (Bill number 1196 model number gf1781115 amount 1885) from your showroom in viva collage mall jalandhar (Punjab) date of 20oct-2017. I used to wear these shoes just for my office. But the shoes were broken after just 2 months. I feel very bad, iam ur regular customer. Please return my shoe, iam very disappointing.                                   I'm pooja i brought one jacket on 31st dec 2017 for my brother i went woodland store along with my friend who was also tryed some jackets but ended up buying nothing. I paid bill for my jacket. Brother was happy no exchange required. But here my problem start s... I got emi amount high this made me shocked n i checked my statement and got to knw that woodland charged me for two jackets. I went yesterday store i told my situation. Firstly they were not ready to listen n understand. I asked them ok fine it was my mistake for not checking my msg n bill because i buys products many time from woodland i had a trust on brand but still i count as my mistake. I asked for cctv recording they said we donot have it. I asked how do i complaint they said you brought two jackets and nothing can be done. I asked for audit they kept saying no for one hour. They asked me to come after 15days for audit when i said ok i will come but give me in written that you are asking us to come after 15 days. He completely denied i hv video for tht. I brought this jacket from gurgaon city mall store near burger king. When they saw i'm making video they also started making video n did wasted n drama audit in front o[censored]s asked us to count and asked to get out of store. If i'm lier why would i come there n my point is if i hv brought only one jacket why stock is alright not having extra jacket? It was an insult being girl i felt humiliate but they were like do whatever u want to do. Hopeless ppl i know nothing can be done because it is my mistake but cctv n proper audit would have solved my problem.

                                    I ratan lal singh, purchased a shoes vide invoice no. [protected] dt 04 jan 2018 and delivered on 08 jan 2018. When i opened the packet i found that shoes are from different pair.in present condition the shoes are not usable at all. I made a complain on the same day. But it was on your purchase enquiry site. I got today your complaint site and again making same complain. Please arrange to pick up the defective shoes and replace with good one or refund my money st the earliest.
