I was just talking with you Bhuvan on phone.You told me your shoe is in the factory for Repairing. While you first said that you will be claimed within 10 days.Today is 15th day no communication for your side, no reply of my mail, no phone call your side. I called you, you told me Bhuvan "AAp jis Se marzi Baat Karo Chahe MD(Harkrat Singh) Aur Chahe CEO se" this is your Words.And you took blame on me, You said I cut shoe myself.Check out my record and see how many times I have claimed you. You behave like this with your every customer.You call your customer by the name of Fraud(420).I can claim defamation on you Mr Bhuvan. Mr Harkrat ji this is your world class customer service. If I had to repair, I would have done it by paying 10 rupees in the local market.I do not wanna get repaired.I want to claim my amount 1886 rs.

I had purchased a men’s shoe (Model no:4035y15, khaki, 40) from your authorized retail outlet at sastri road kottayam district, kerala state. (Store address: aero club, aryattuparampil bldgs., sastri road kottayam, state code: kerala/32) date of purchase is 27/07/2017, retail invoice no:[protected]c00462.net payable amount is rs.2404.
Unfortunately, after 8/9 use the sole of the shoe was damaged, side pasting damaged and cracked....

I purchased a pair shoes for my daughter from your shrishti gammon showroom, bhopal hardly before one month, but shoes is biting her feet, and she is facing too much problem to wear them.
I am sending some photographs. You are requested to resolve the issue or take back these shoes, i and my son are also wearing your shoes since long time but this type of complaint doesnot match your reputation, i am very shocked.

I purchased woodland shoes worth rs.3996 in the month of september2017 from siliguri, west bengal and within 4 months the shoe colour disappeared and currently the shoe appears slight grey. I used the recommended polish from woodland, but when i polished the shoes it looks dull and doesn;t looks like i have polished. The colour fade problem was brought to the notice of the showroomand requested for replacement but the showroom manager straightly refused to exchange the shoe and talked in very rude manner.
Therefore, i request to please resolve this issue at earliest by replacing/refund of money.

I had purchased a pair of woodland shoes worth Rs. 3695 on 21st Dec 2017 from "AERO CLUB", authorized woodland store at Kalyan west on kalyan agra road. tel no. is[protected]. But within a couple of days black and bluish patches appeared on the shoes (I have attached the pic ). i have used woodland shoes in the past and have been a very satisfied customer. But this time the story was completely different. I took the shoes alongwith the original receipt back to the store but the response was absolutely disappointing. They blamed it on us that the shoes changed color. But on further perseverance they took the shoes and the original receipt and promised to do the needful. it has been a month now and I have yet to hear from them. I feel deceived and dejected. i just need the shoes to either be replaced with a new one or refund me the money at the earliest.

I had purchase a woodland 7000 rs shoes & with in 7 days shoes shole gone bad also the fitting of the shoes is very much uncomfortable. I went to the shop & ask for replacement. But till now I did not get any solution. After very much disappointing from the services provided by the woodland I decided to write down a complain.

I purchase shoes (Bill number 1196 model number gf1781115 amount 1885) from your showroom in viva collage mall jalandhar (Punjab) date of 20oct-2017. I used to wear these shoes just for my office. But the shoes were broken after just 2 months. I feel very bad, iam ur regular customer. Please return my shoe, iam very disappointing. Your showroom staff not accept my complaint, i warning you iam family person of vigilance bureau. Please give value of your customer.

I'm pooja i brought one jacket on 31st dec 2017 for my brother i went woodland store along with my friend who was also tryed some jackets but ended up buying nothing. I paid bill for my jacket. Brother was happy no exchange required. But here my problem start s... I got emi amount high this made me shocked n i checked my statement and got to knw that woodland charged me for two jackets. I went yesterday store i told my situation. Firstly they were not ready to listen n understand. I asked them ok fine it was my mistake for not checking my msg n bill because i buys products many time from woodland i had a trust on brand but still i count as my mistake. I asked for cctv recording they said we donot have it. I asked how do i complaint they said you brought two jackets and nothing can be done. I asked for audit they kept saying no for one hour. They asked me to come after 15days for audit when i said ok i will come but give me in written that you are asking us to come after 15 days. He completely denied i hv video for tht. I brought this jacket from gurgaon city mall store near burger king. When they saw i'm making video they also started making video n did wasted n drama audit in front o[censored]s asked us to count and asked to get out of store. If i'm lier why would i come there n my point is if i hv brought only one jacket why stock is alright not having extra jacket? It was an insult being girl i felt humiliate but they were like do whatever u want to do. Hopeless ppl i know nothing can be done because it is my mistake but cctv n proper audit would have solved my problem.

When i opened the packet i found that shoes are from different pair.in present condition the shoes are not usable at all. I made a complain on the same day. But it was on your purchase enquiry site. I got today your complaint site and again making same complain. Please arrange to pick up the defective shoes and replace with good one or refund my money st the earliest.

Hi i am aakash sharma a regular customer of your from the past few year. I went to your store in mall of india noida and find that the manager is rude and was atrocious in behaviour. I asked him that one of pair of shoe bought from your store is a little loose and i need something to get it filled to which he replied that he will arrange it in 25 days. I requested him to arrange a little early to which he started arguing and making nv derogatory remarks. Sorry to say but the staff is unprofessional and not helpful at all. He even said that do whatever you want to my name is sumit tyagi and nobody can do anything to me. It is pathetic i will never buy from woodland ever and will write a blog on facebook and twitter about the services you guys give us in return on purchase made from you.

I have bought the woodlands slipper model art-gd-1382114 before 11 months. From the time i brought there are lot of stretching issuess. I gave it for service couple of times. Now my strap stretches came of (Picture attached). Woodlands service is saying it is not covered under warren. It is very clear the strap is no cut by any external factor due to week leather it came of. I want my slippers to be repaired. Please do the needful. Thanks in advance.

I had purchased a pair of woodland shoes 2 years back from a mall in gurgaon. They were only for special occasions therefore were used only 2-3 time only. From inside and outside it is as good as new but sole side material is chipping off.. It's in really bad condition both sole and upper is separated. It looks like shelf life of material is finished. The sole material of the shoes is too bad.
Request you to register complaint. Repair/ replace the shoes. Pictures are attached.

I m very upset with quality of woodland which has drooped below any level. We bought the same pair of sandals 3 years ago and the inner sole was covered with leather. It was very good product. Now they cover it with cheap material which is worn out in 3 months. It looks like leather but in the process of wearing you realize that the sole is covered with material. After couple of months you can throw it to the garbage.

It's look got awkward before one month of purchasing. It has stitching design which is also like to be look different... I am not feeling comfort with this present look. I will be happy if i get the option to change this... As this would be my first bad impression, and i am sure not to be disappointed.

This is to intimate that i own woodland shoes gc-0580108 brown. I am a resident of sector 9, rohini, delhi (Pin code 110085)

The shoe laces are due to be replaced for more than 3 months and i have tried almost every woodland shop almost every shop in rohini and adjoining area, pitampura, paschim vihar etc. But have been unable to get the shoe laces.

I am getting the same answer from every shop that the shoe laces for this shoe are in short supply for more than 3-4 months for the reasons, they don't know and the orders have been placed by all these dealers umpteen times but no supply received till date.

Please tell me when will i get the laces replaced as the shoes are of no use without the laces replaced..

I bought winter jacket from woodland store patna. They sold it promicing that it will keep warm but jacket i bought is not keeping me warm, and they are not ready for exchange or refund when i visited their store again rather they insulted and humiliated me. They don't care about customers satisfaction they are just money suckers.
