Hello, i have ordered a sandals from Amazon app. And received it on September 1st, after a month the sole of the sandals came off. I asked for replacement, since it has 90 days warranty. I mailed the customer care and they followed up with instructions how to courier. I packed the sandals and couriered them the sandals. on November 4th. It was received by them on November 6th(according the courier tracker). till now I haven't received the replacement/ confirmation regarding this. Now they are not even responding to the mails.
