I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made from your company. On 18th Oct 2023, I ordered a pair of "GUNMETAL wedge heel slippers" from your website order no (OR[protected]. I was excited to receive my order, as I have been a loyal customer of your company for many years and have always been impressed with the quality of your products.

However, I was deeply disappointed when I used the sandals the first time I came to know that they were of poor quality and may be very old. The sandals soles were made of cheap materials and were poorly constructed. The soles literally burst like thermocol in the few minutes I wear it.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these sandals, especially considering the price I paid for them. I have always associated your company with high-quality products, but this recent purchase has left me questioning your commitment to quality control.

I am requesting a full refund for the sandals. I have attached a copy of my order confirmation and a photo of the damaged sandals for your reference. I would also appreciate an explanation of how this could have happened and what steps your company is taking to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.

    Dear Woodland team,
    This is regarding my recent purchase from your online store(15 nov 2023). After I proceeded for the payment through UPI mode, The money got deducted from my bank, the payment window just showed processing for more then 20 minutes then automatically exited and no order was placed. I received an email regarding my payment failure twice but my money was already debited from my account. Still this time I didn’t get any confirmation mail regarding order is placed, so humbly request you to accept for the same above and respond as soon as possible please.

      On September 22, 2023, I ordered online Olive green casual shoes for men (size 42) with order ID OR-3112967, and payment (Rs.2, 277/-) was made through a credit card. But when I realized that there was some mistake with regard to the delivery address I cancelled the order. Later it was re-ordered on September 24, 2023 (OR[protected], payment was again made (Rs.2, 278/-) through credit card, and without any delay the consignment was delivered properly. But though several requests were made through e-mail the amount paid against the cancelled order has not yet been refunded. Refund of an amount of Rs. 2, 277/- (Rs. Two thousand two hundred and seventy-seven) is still pending.

        No order id or anything regarding the order after purchase

        So i ordered(purchased) this shoes from woodland online, Brown High Ankle Canvas Sneaker For Men priced 1400rs, and after that i got "payment successful" email, after that i went on to check my order status on woodland's website from where i ordered the shoes nothing is showing up, and when i go to my cart its shows that the shoes are ready to checkout, where as i have already checked out the shoes and payed for it, from the time when i ordered...

        Dear Woodland Team,

        Against Bill No.-202307D107C03254, I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the Woodland formal shoes within 10 days of purchase. I purchased Woodland Formal shoes worth Rs. 3000 (MRP Rs. 6995) from Woodland Store, Ghitorni, New Delhi-110030 on 17th October 2023. After using them for only 2 days within this 10-day period, Both Pair of the Woodland shoes got damaged. I am at a loss for words to describe the condition of the shoes, which is not what I expected from Woodland.

        This is the second time I have faced such types of shoe manufacturing damage issues from Woodland.

        I have deposited my Damage and defective shoes at Woodland Store, Gaur City-1 Mall, Ghaziabad-201009 on dates 30th October 2023.

        I request an urgent refund of my Rs. 3000 for the defective Woodland shoes.

            I have bought a woodland shoes through Flipkart. The complaint is that the sole of the shoes is very slippery that it cannot be use in slightly wet areas both indoor and outdoor. I have slipped many times and by luck had no injuries. The sole slips even it is slightly wet floor. The Shoe is heavy also. Slippery issue is to be addressed otherwise rupees 2000 will be wasted as l can't use the shoes

              I have bought a Woodland shoes through Flip cart in October 2023 The complaint is that the Sole is very slippery. It cannot be used in indoor or outdoor floors which is wet in a small extent. l have slipped many times in slightly wet area and by luck didn't have injuries. The Shoe is also heavy.
              I am worried that I have spent around 2000 rupees and the product cannot be used with ease.

                Woodland shoe - hooks broken 2 year ago. I made a visit to the nearest woodland store and they said they have no hooks for this shoe. Since it has been 2 years and these shoes are still in garbage. After that incident I never bought woodland's shoes.

                  I placed an order with Woodland (www.woodlandworldwide.com) on [27/09/2023], and I received the package on [02/10/2023]. However, to my dismay, the shoes I received were different from the ones I had originally ordered.
                  Order Details:

                  Order Date: 27 September 2023
                  Delivery Date: 02 October 2023
                  Product Ordered: Steel Grey Blue Boots For Men
                  Product Received: Grey Boots For Men
                  I have already paid Rs. 6495 for the shoes, which is a huge amount of money.
                  I immediately contacted their customer service team ([protected]@woodlandworldwide.com) on [02/10/2023] and explained the situation.
                  I got a mail on [06/10/2023] assuring a return pick up and refund of my money. I agreed to this, and to my surprise no one showed up to pick up the wrong shoes even after 9 days.
                  I have contacted their customer service team again, and now, no one is replying. I tried reaching out to through their helpline number, but no one picks it up. Helpline number is always busy.
                  I have now contacted their customer service team on multiple occasions to inquire about the return pick-up, but I have received nothing. I am extremely frustrated and angry with the way this situation has been handled.
                  I request Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to look into this matter
                  and take strict action.

                      I had purchased a pair of loafers from woodland online store. But as the shoes were bigger in size, I had to return it. The return was initiated by woodland and item was picked up on 23rd September and it had reached their Mundka office address as per provided by their side, but till today I haven't received my refund amount of Rs 2246. Whenever I call their customer care, it always shows busy. I am not receiving any reply from their end over mail also. I am really disappointed with their service. I hope you will resolve my issue at the earliest. My order number is OR-3110698. Order date is 14/ 9/2023. AWB for returning the item is

                      Today at around 3 pm I got a call saying that he is calling from woodland. He told me that he has called as I have made a complaint in the consumer forum and they want to resolve my query. He asked me for the order number and amount to be refunded. So I provided him with the same. He then told me that he will provide me a refund voucher code and I can incash it in my sbi or ICICI bank account. Then I told him that I don't have any. So he told me that I can redeem it in any of my family members account too. He asked me to give my brothers name and his phone number so that he can guide him to redeem it in his account. So I gave him my brothers number. But after few minutes I got a call from my brother that Rs 90000 has been deducted from his account. So ultimately we got to know that we are scammed. I m attaching the proof also. But my question is that how the scammers got my information which I provided in this forum? If needed I will file a complaint against this forum also. How can my personal information can be leaked?

                        I have approached many times to your ludhiana ferozpur road shoes outlet for complaining this they have even accept after so many request and arguments about defected piece but not solved the problem.even after I offered the charges for repairing.                           I have orderderd one sendal on sept 9 and i did online payment of 4295 but because of size placed mistakenly I cancelled on same day . Today is sept 13, till today I have not received my refund amount.

                          I called customer care multiple times calls were busy for long no customer representative responded. Very worst customer service of such a renowed brand I have come across.

                          Please try to fix the issues . And refund my amount.

                            I am writing to complain about the impolite and dis respectful behaviour of your Store Manager Vishal(Diamond plaza). I was at your exclusive store in few days back for making some Apparel’s purchases and he behaved rather rudely to me.
                            While I enter the showroom nobody greet me.
                            Manager sitting on a Red tool and watching illicit movie in desktop.the sound was on in low volume.I was fully shocked, this is beyond my imagination.How a store manager watching a porn movie in customer premises.
                            Then I start browsing on floor but Store manager still sitting on red tool and open his shoes beside.
                            I am unable to find all the sizes of a specific Tees, and hence I asked for help. But instead of helping me Mr Vishal arrogantly told me to choose another Stuffs or purchase it from somewhere else. When I asked his name he raise his voice and said my name is Vishal and do whatever you want to do.
                            I found this behaviour very insulting. I observed that he did not want to work or help any of the customers.Other store member also sitting a stool and busy with mobile.Is this way of working in your organisation.
                            It was never happen with me, I’m regular buyer of your Diamond plaza store.specially I am very much fond of your skating monk series.
                            But this was shocking for me and I am forced to make this video.
                            It is said that one rotten fruit can spoil the entire basket. I have a feeling that he is a negative influence on other staff as well and may even destroy the reputation of your store.I hope you will take care of this issues with strict action against him.

                              Within 05 Months o[censored]sage of my WOODLAND SHOE, the upper body of the shoe lost the bondage with the shoe sole. Find the image attached for your perusal.

                              Concern : I had ultimate quality concerns with the world's leading shoe brand named WOODLAND earlier and that's why I purchased it for the very first time to get this experience but I was not satisfied with the quality that I have experienced with this brand. I sincerely want to double check the criteria for quality that the brand is claiming for.

                                I had ordered a pair of shoes() with Woodland (www.woodlandworldwide.com) and got the delivery by September 1, bill amount Rs. 2517 paid on delivery. Order Id : OR-3106056

                                The product that was delivered is dirty and is a pre-used one.
                                There are lot of wear and tear on the shoes. The leather parts of the shoe contain a lot of dirt and the midsole areas contain traces of washing soap. The product feels so cheap.

                                I had raised a replacement request with [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com and [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com the same day, there is no resolution till date. I want the item to be replaced with a brand new product.

                                I am attaching the receipt and the images of the product received.
