I have received a fault piece earlier.. Now I got it replaced it with a new one of same model and color
Yet this too has the same complaint..there is something ### my foot on right side sandals...

I purchased shoes from woodland store (Gajraula, Uttar Pradesh) on 13th july. When I opened the box at home, I found the right shoe defective having wrinkles. The store staff sent them to delhi office on 19th july. After over 1 month I did get the same defective shoes. Is this the attitude you have towards your customers. I have ordered Woodland shoes money debited from my account yet no confirmation received still waiting for confirmation, even the customer care don't reply and the call is on hold for like 1 hour still no response or satisfaction...

I ordered Shoes on 25th July OR-3082971

Status

I wanted to return the shoes as needed one size small so orderd one size small and initiated the return for the 43 number shoe...till now I have not received any communication from Woodland regarding Return and I have received the 42 size Shoe... Kindly pick the 43 size and refund my money......

I have purchase the chappal from woodland website, that was not suitable.

Need to take the return

I have sent the mail to customer care, they asked pic and invoice.

After that no reply

Kindly take return and refund the amount at the earliest...

Worst experience in Woodland. How they can do this for customers. I tried lots of calls and mail but never replied and never respond any calls. I want to return my order but there is no option in site and no response in mails. Worst experience and worst service...

Place in lucknow will pick up and drop after repair...

Purchase the subject mentioned shoes on online, now want to repair it at lucknow, any shop to repair like original, having pick and drop system...

They are not sending refund after mailing them so many time and even they don't respond on phones and they are very rude....

I ordered the woodland shoes on July 19th from woodland site.Still My order is not showing in the website after 15 days. I sent payment details and screenshots to Woodland care.after 2 days I received a mail from Woodland care, and they are saying...

I placed an order on woodland official sire on 31 May 2023 and returned it on 13 June 2023. And it’s been more than 50 days but I didn’t receive my refund amount yet.
I have mailed all relevant documents to them and called several times but didn’t get any positive response....

After that I asked customer care whether I would receive my refund they replied that I would get my refund amount within 20 to 25 days but it’s been more than 50 days I didn’t receive my money back.
Whenever I call to customer...

Refund amount is pending, returned the product and submitted all the required documents by mail to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com.
for the amount, still we haven't received the payment.
Tried calling customer care no response, reminder mail sent to above mail id there is no response....

I ordered this shoe from official woodland website on 10th july 2023, delivered in time. The show size is not fitting for me. I have contacted the woodland mail, but the people are not responding to my mail. Now i couldn't use it because of the shoe size. So kindly replace or return back my money.
