@Woodland Very disappointed with the feedback i received from a store at Mumbai . Purchase shoes worth rs 6000 and within 7 months the pasting got out, gave for claim and after continuously following up for over a month i came to know that 60 percent claim has been passed . I have purchased a pair of shoes which have pasting issue and they didn't repair now I sent a mail also in which shoes pics are also attached the shoes condition is good accept pasting a bad service of woodland I purchased from here 2010 but the products are good but service are worst

I ordered a pair of boots on November 25th 2023 and paid Rs.2347. Order ID is OR-3135725. The website only says order confirmed. I still haven't got any updates, messages or emails regarding the shipping or expected delivery.
I tried contacting the customer care email id but did not get any response till now.
I want to know the status of my order and expected delivery date.

I ordered new shoe and it came with defect. I send email within 10 min to estore but I've not received any response immediately. Now the person called and telling it's likes used shoe so we cannot accept it.

I want solution for this .

Highly frustrated with the experience of Article GB 1207112 which I was unexpectedly peeled off from all its bottom in just two months. I bought it on 11 July 2023 from Aero Club Woodland opposite Polytechnic College Kangra showroom worth rs 4295. Within just two months both of the pair were peeled off from the sole and sides unlike even a local shoe. I want to have replacement of the product rather than pasting it again as I am doubtful of the entire product. I have sent it back under repair number.

I had purchased Woodland boots through online store with order number SO-3524619. The boots were delivered to me on 15.11.2023 vide invoice no. 202303N031C02379 dated 13.11.2023. The boot does not fit to my feet. As per guidelines given in the online store, i visited the Patiala Bhupindra road Patiala woodland store for smaller size, but it is out of stock. As per return policy, within 15 days of delivery, someone can return the product. After waiting for about one week for smaller size from local store, I decided to make the Return request. On filing the proper details, I am surprised that the Return request Tab given in the online page does not work. On submitting the return request, it simply displays the message that the return request is submitted but with no practical action at all i.e no sms, no phone, no conformation e-mail. I repeated the return request many times, but practically it does not work.
I am a Regular offline customer of Woodland from 15-20 years and feels very disappointed that a company like Woodland is cheating customers like this. The software only receives orders and takes money but can't refund and return orders. I am requesting to resolve this issue and make the software to run properly or otherwise please shut it down to not harsh the customers.

I had bought a woodland shoe for price Rs.10000/- from GEL Church complex main road ranchi showroom of woodland. After few days shoe sole starting coming out . I went to the store and they said that they will repair the shoe .
After few days they call me that this shoe cannot be repaired and they returned it to me.
My concern is that showroom had not sent the shoe to repair to the factory inspite they tried to patch it by themself, which makes the shoe even worst and now i cant wear that shoe. The showroom person is saying that they couldnt do anything for that.
What can i do now?

Hello, i have ordered a sandals from Amazon app. And received it on September 1st, after a month the sole of the sandals came off. I asked for replacement, since it has 90 days warranty. I mailed the customer care and they followed up with instructions how to courier. I packed the sandals and couriered them the sandals. on November 4th. It was received by them on November 6th(according the courier tracker). till now I haven't received the...

got the delivery of the shoes which are faulty.
but on site it's still showing the order dispatched and i can't track it also.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made from your company. On 18th Oct 2023, I ordered a pair of "GUNMETAL wedge heel slippers" from your website order no (OR[protected]. I was excited to receive my order, as I have been a loyal customer of your company for many years and have always been impressed with the quality of your products.

However, I was deeply disappointed when I used the sandals the first time I came to know that they were of poor quality and may be very old. The sandals soles were made of cheap materials and were poorly constructed. The soles literally burst like thermocol in the few minutes I wear it.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these sandals, especially considering the price I paid for them. I have always associated your company with high-quality products, but this recent purchase has left me questioning your commitment to quality control.

I am requesting a full refund for the sandals. I have attached a copy of my order confirmation and a photo of the damaged sandals for your reference. I would also appreciate an explanation of how this could have happened and what steps your company is taking to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.

This is regarding my recent purchase from your online store(15 nov 2023). After I proceeded for the payment through UPI mode, The money got deducted from my bank, the payment window just showed processing for more then 20 minutes then automatically exited and no order was placed. I received an email regarding my payment failure twice but my money was already debited from my account. Still this time I didn’t get any confirmation mail regarding order is placed, so humbly request you to accept for the same above and respond as soon as possible please.

On September 22, 2023, I ordered online Olive green casual shoes for men (size 42) with order ID OR-3112967, and payment (Rs.2, 277/-) was made through a credit card. But when I realized that there was some mistake with regard to the delivery address I cancelled the order. Later it was re-ordered on September 24, 2023 (OR[protected], payment was again made (Rs.2, 278/-) through credit card, and without any delay the consignment was delivered properly. But though several requests were made through e-mail the amount paid against the cancelled order has not yet been refunded. Refund of an amount of Rs. 2, 277/- (Rs. Two thousand two hundred and seventy-seven) is still pending.

Sir i have bought woodland sandal before 3 months sandals can be broken customer care no one will be response... I hope that problm will be solve as soon as possible...

So i ordered(purchased) this shoes from woodland online, Brown High Ankle Canvas Sneaker For Men priced 1400rs, and after that i got "payment successful" email, after that i went on to check my order status on woodland's website from where i ordered the shoes nothing is showing up, and when i go to my cart its shows that the shoes are ready to checkout, where as i have already checked out the shoes and payed for it, from the time when i ordered...

Against Bill No.-202307D107C03254, I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the Woodland formal shoes within 10 days of purchase. I purchased Woodland Formal shoes worth Rs. 3000 (MRP Rs. 6995) from Woodland Store, Ghitorni, New Delhi-110030 on 17th October 2023. After using them for only 2 days within this 10-day period, Both Pair of the Woodland shoes got damaged. I am at a loss for words to describe the condition of the shoes, which is not what I expected from Woodland.

This is the second time I have faced such types of shoe manufacturing damage issues from Woodland.

I have deposited my Damage and defective shoes at Woodland Store, Gaur City-1 Mall, Ghaziabad-201009 on dates 30th October 2023.

I request an urgent refund of my Rs. 3000 for the defective Woodland shoes.

I bought my woodland men's khaki outdoor shoes from tata neu on 24/05/2023. i saw a tear in the cloth of shoe on 27/10/2023. the shoes costed me around 2200/- kindly help me. if you need to contact me you can contact me on [protected] we can discuss what we can do with the shoes.

I have bought a woodland shoes through Flipkart. The complaint is that the sole of the shoes is very slippery that it cannot be use in slightly wet areas both indoor and outdoor. I have slipped many times and by luck had no injuries. The sole slips even it is slightly wet floor. The Shoe is heavy also. Slippery issue is to be addressed otherwise rupees 2000 will be wasted as l can't use the shoes

I have bought a Woodland shoes through Flip cart in October 2023 The complaint is that the Sole is very slippery. It cannot be used in indoor or outdoor floors which is wet in a small extent. l have slipped many times in slightly wet area and by luck didn't have injuries. The Shoe is also heavy.
I am worried that I have spent around 2000 rupees and the product cannot be used with ease.

I bought new woodland shoe model no - FWR MEN SHOE G 4092Y15, CAMEL, 43 on 03/10/2017, but after using 1st time sole was getting decay and i never used after that. So please look into this problem and get it rectify.

Woodland shoe - hooks broken 2 year ago. I made a visit to the nearest woodland store and they said they have no hooks for this shoe. Since it has been 2 years and these shoes are still in garbage. After that incident I never bought woodland's shoes.
