Woodland — Website updates issue

I have ordered woodland Belt & Jacket as on 24th September 2020 (Order no - OR[protected] which was delivered on 2nd October but while checking the status of order it is still showing ready to ship.
I want to replacement my order but unable to do so because i am not getting that option on the website due to ready to ship status.
Kindly resolved my issue as soon as possible
