I have purchased the woodland cheppals and used for a week. I did soak in rain once for 10-15 min when i wear the same woodland cheppals. The cheppals lost its color entirely and looking ugly (Defaced). I dont know what to do on this and how to return this product and get back my money. Please note i purchased this product using paytm. I bought woodland sandels on 21 April 17 had delivered from jabong. today the back belt clip had broken what you have to do i can need any help from you
