Greetings from Woodpecker Furniture!!!
This is in reference to your complaint raised on your Sofa Set.
We had supplied the Gantock - PU - 43 - 3+1+1 against the Sales Order Number RY/0614/15-16 on 19-Nov-15.
The sold product was manufactured by us as per our Standard Specifications.
As we have already communicated in our earlier mails and calls, we would like to inform that an amount of Rs. 4700/- would be applicable towards the Service of your Sofa as the damages were occurred due to usage only.
As per the Terms and Conditions, the damage to upholstery and Sagging will be covered under Warranty for only one year if the issue is only due to Manufacturing defect. The same has also been mentioned in our Invoice which was duly signed by you.
Please note that the 1 year Warranty period has already been crossed to your Sofa and also we have not charged the Labour Charges towards the Service of your Sofa. Hence we regret to inform that we are unable to waive the Charges further.
We request you make the Service Charges of Rs. 4700/- at any of our Showroom and confirm us to do the needful.
Post receiving the payment, the sofa will be taken from your place for service within 10 days and from then same will be delivered within 07 working days on completion of service.

just the 3rd day bed frame broke very poor quality wood not worth at all for the money.I Iearn my lesson first time bought something not reviewing the consumer reports.Please dont buy anything from them.
