My Name is Priyadarshini I have saw the advertisement in the newspaper for "work from home" and call him for details and they explained about their product services(ie data entry).Finally they said we will send the files for conversion and they asked Rs.1500 to send the files through post on cash on delivery. The Post has been reached today by cash on delivery and i have paid Rs.1500 . After opening the post i got one CD and some pamphlets regarding their offer. The content in the CD is just a spam, nothing about the project. I have called the office and just got the reply from them " the money is for registration and you have pay again for the project and they where not ready to answer anymore than that" This is the mobile no of the company : [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] Address - Headoffice: 4th Floor, Viva-3, Opp.Vadilal House, Nr.Railway Crossing, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad-380009. This all scammerfree, priyadarshini, rama3 and now a new one piranirani claps for you guys that you all playing a good role as a rival of Comet Infowave Private Limited.
As per the whole blog i would like to ask you guys few questions and i will also provide you answer too..
Question 1:- Did Comet Infowave Private Limited force you to work for them or just grab your hands and snatched you guys from your house that you should join otherwise???
Answer 1:- No guys you all just saw the advertisement in newspaper and thought that lets check out what this add is about and when you came to know that there is an oppurtunity of earning 20, 000/- to 45, 000/- per month you all thought lets go and have
a look. Guys in todays world a well qualified engineer or a chartered accountant or a government officer is also not getting such a amount and you all were in keen interest to have such a big amount without any degree or qualification in such field.
Question 2:- Did Comet Infowave Private Limited kept any hidden condition to you guys like how the pages will come or what type of pages will be there???
Answer 2 :- No they in first presentation always show us the demo page and also brie[censored]s all the terms and conditions that how the company works, how you have to work, how they will provide you the payment and
what are the terms and conditions but you all guys just want to earn 45, 000/- at no cost of hard work or as per the company norms.
Question 3:- Did not Comet Infowave Private Limited made you signed a agreement and also provided you a copy of the agreement so you can have a look???
Answer 3:- They always make a sign agreement which is signed by both the parties and also provides xerox copy to you guys because if they wanted to cheat you guys then would not have provided you the copy and can make changes in your absence.
But no the company Comet Infowave Private Limited never did such things but you guys have done that.
Question 4:- Have Comet Infowave Private Limited rejected your consignment with any mode that was not mentioned in the agreement like a fake accuracy report???
Answer 4:- No they always provide a good report and if the report is wrong then provide you a new report and if the fault is from company's side then they allow him/her with payment from the company's pocket. It is there genuineness and they never
reject slot if the report is wrong.
Question 5:- Did it happened that you are qualified for the payment and Comet Infowave Private Limited did not provided you any payment???
Answer 5:- No they always provide the payment if you are truly able for the payment but you guys just want to earn money by sitting home and completing 33 pages and
then saying pages are long and then saying company is wrong. No guys just want to earn money by residing in comfort zone.
Question 6:- Did any of you talked with the company regarding your problems and they did not provided you any solution???
Answer 6:- No you guys know that fault is from your side and that is why you all do not want to come in front of the company because they file a legal case against you for posting fake comments against and damaging the good will of the company. I
and also the company wants that any of you should just come in front of the company then see what happens because Comet Infowave Private Limited will teach you such a lesson that in future posting a comment is too far but you would not
be able to post a hi to your friends also. That's for sure and piranirani have some sense to not use such words against in public.

Answer 1:- Yes, first they asking Rs 1000 for giving information for people those who enquired about the work by seeing ad in newspaper. Once they got 1000 in their pocket, they not refunding to many people and forcing to join by taking another 5500 or 13000. we can see in many complaints that they not refunding the 1000rs and forcing them to join or lose 1000.

Answer 2:- Yes, first they not giving QC timeframe in agreement, but the giving 5 days in their presentation in rules and regulation section, flow chart etc.. in their brochure and Showing the 110 of the page as demo and When worker saw the whole page, they get shocked, it's big when compare to demo page from their brochure. If they show the whole page in demo, then 40% of new workers will don't join to them.
The main thing is the rules and regulation should be same in both their brochure and agreement, but it differs so they are cheater.

Yes, we have the agreement copy but no use of it, when they make delay in Qc report and payment, it's not in agreement in timeframe, but their flowchart tell in only way and they do in another way. Their flow chart works only for worker those who not obtained accuracy, but it's not work for accuracy obtained person.

Again yes, i have victim of fake report sent by them. Even he/she talked to them and get correct report from them after long waste of time. You can tell its mistake made by them in some case but how it's happen only to worker those who obtained accuracy level. Ok, i also accept the mistake happen in some case, but how its' the content in wrong qc report is same to the content of the worker data. I have the proof of fake accuracy report.
Question 5:- Did it happened that you are qualified for the payment and Comet Infowave Private Limited did not provided you any payment???

Yes, i have talked regarding by problem to them for not getting qc report and payment in time but they give solution to me only after wasting long time like i said earlier, they have given me 3 slots in 11 month, and wasted other time by delay the qc report and payment for each slot.
Regarding your comments about piranirani:---- She telling the truth only, that company showed 1/10 in demo page, when she saw the whole page, she shocked, it's nothing wrong in it. if the company is geniue then why they not showing full in demo page? because they know it's long and above 40% worker will not join them if they seen the whole page.
You are telling about his sense, she has good and truth of his sense only, but what about your sense? you made a open threat to victim in public.
Law information for all victim:
i] If we made the fake comment about the company, then we have to pay the loss to company, if it's 100% fake.
ii] If the comment is true with proof then the company have to pay loss amount + along with time wasted which made the victim more trouble + other expenses of lawyer fee to victim and the victim have to pay small sum only.

My Answer : Exactly no hidden condition sir, i do accept. Company will provide exactly 300 pages, But what about the size of the pages? I did 4 slots in that 1 st slot my notepad file size was 6-7KB. 2nd slot was 8-10KB, 3rd slot was 10-12KB. Finally 4th slot work was 5KB
If you are technical person you can understand this. There are so many hidden things are in this by technically. Do you know that?
Finally 5th work I got with poor quality of scanning of all pages. But I am still working on that, I have confident that i will give more than 90% accuracy level.

My Answer - Sir, Of course, Yes, My 4th slot work was accuracy level was above 75% in the first submission. But after 9 days i received my accuracy report for rework. For a single word they deducted 3.5%, if it is wrong means then what about the other words in that page itself, Could answer for this? Because I did not get any proper answer from company.

Ans : Sir, Yes Of course I got solution by getting Rs.27000 after deducting TDS of 10% instead of MY Hard Work money of Rs.40, 500/-. For my problem I had wasted money through many STD calls, the big problem in the company is every time a new person will answer for my questions. Do you understand this? Till now the balance amount is pending with them.
Finally, I want to say one thing, All companies are good in their terms and conditions, Only at the time of PAYMENT, we will/can understand about the Truth. Is it so sir?
I am sure that the Company is giving Excellent Phone and email support, but i suspect about the quality and not the quantity.
I always get answer from them that their Client or Higher Authority is delaying for the accuracy report and the payment.

Now come to size of the page, what ganesan said is true? yes, i know this company from feb 2012 like he said for my 1st slot, i got page with 50 to 57 lines, i got payment in 1st slot, then 2nd slot, i got page with 60 to 67 lines, i got payment in 2nd slot, and finally in my 3rd slot, i got pages with 65 to 72 lines with big width of each line in the page. i got payment in 3rd also. In my final slot pages nearly 72 lines it's equal to 100 lines in 1st slot [2 pages of 1st slot = 1 page in 3rd slot]. did the company think worker are robot to do whatever? no they making harder for worker to not get accuracy because they want work for free.
About Qc time frame, you posted a original one only? then why there is no logo of company in the paper. i know it's fake one created by company itself. Upto November 2013 i know the company has not changed their agreement method. Then seema you can post your last page of contract sign paper that have the signature of the company and yourself. You cannot because it will show the truth to the world regarding bogus cheque given by sanjeevan mishra.

a single page looks like two or more page content. i put the file with this message. so mind boggling task. i have arrived till 33 pages till now.
think my money is gone. they cheated their off to people and most of it is my fault that i did not look up in the internet about the company and try to find out if it is a genuine or a fake company. well its a scam company
just out of my curiosity. if anyone can let me know that pages like this can be done in twenty days then it will be appreciated because for me it is more than just one page, it is not even scanned or written.. it is just typed with another irritating font that no one can understand the punctuations so errors are obviously going to come no matter how much you waste your energy behind it.
