www.droom.in — Money not refunded | |||||
I have placed a bid on 22nd march for honda activa and got no response from seller. I paid 700 rupees . On 24th march, i got a message saying that your amount will be refunded but i have not received any money till now. Its been 20 days. I talked to the customer care repeatedly, earlier they were responding saying the money will get transfer withing 7 days, but now they are claiming that there is no such transaction from my side. They are claiming that they have not received any money from me and there is no transaction done from my email id or my phone no. I don't know how i can get my money back. This is complete fraud and cheating. They are a bunch of fraud and ate my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I agree with you. They are fraud. We should collectively campaign against such frauds. www.droom.in is fraud. Spread the message to as many people as possible so that they cannot cheat them.

Do you have any invoice copy which you have paid to droom, or any transaction ID from your bank statement against droom, in your provided pictures there is only refunded mail no mail for deduction of any amount kindly share those details with droom may be that help you to get your money back

how many vehicles have you bought from droom and any other sites, and how many times you got cheated, without any knowledge do not spread any wrong word to anyone if you got cheated then do legal complaint do not spread wrong word

I am sorry to tell you that you are not genuine. I am not spreading wrong word but actually educating people to save them from online cheats like www.droom.in. You are only normal brokers and I can tell hundred times that you are here to cheat without any doubt. I have lost my money and now I do not have time to go behind you as I know you are not going to help me. You put legal complaint and i will prove that you have cheated me. It's a open challenge to you cheats. I have the purchase papers and the work estimate from two authorized Honda service centers to prove.
