Hi i had bought a car through droom in jul 2017, as the seller did not trust droom, he asked me to pay the full amount.
Droom representative asked me to make the full payment
And that if seller created any problem in the refund, they will intervene. They promised to release the payment within 6-7 days

I bought the car, gave them proof and even after one month of delivery of car, they are not paying the seller nor are they giving me refund

Their customer care has a standard line - i will arrange a call back

    Customer executive says that it was due to failed verification but they won't tell me which verification was failed although i had verified my mobile and email before placing the order. I had placed only a single order and abided by all terms and conditions. I want to know the correct reason for order cancellation and if there is not you must send the helmet to me anyhow. Look at the images attached of my conversation with a droom employee. He doesn't has an idea. First he says that they received multiple orders from my end but he himself knows it is false then he say that it is due to failed verification. It is evident that one of the droom employees has accidentally cancelled my order but even after knowing that they won't do anything.

    They cancelled my order as well. Below is the reason told by them.

    "We regret to inform you that the order has been canceled due to the policy violation. As per our terms and conditions, one user can place only one order during the promotional sale. Your refund has been processed and the amount will get credited to your bank account within 5-7 business days."

    This was the my first order on droom. I never placed any order before. check the attached screenshot. i sent them emails many times and each time i was receiving the same response.

    I think they are doing this false promotion of helmet to just attract buyer to their website. After that they simply cancel the order and tell you the false reason.

      I was book my order from droom for purchase a helmet of rs.9/-, the amount are deducted from my bank account but the messaging on my mobile that "we are unable to complete your order no.3668571 for helmet with dlid:[protected] due to paument failure" before this message i was received the message from said side that "droom helmet order 3705161 has been placed order will be confirmed within 72 hours, post verification" if my order has been canceled then please credit my irn of rs.9/- in my bank.

            I have booked helmet online on droom on 17 march 2017 after this i received a confirmation mail with order id by droom on 18 march 2017. But i didn't get the helmet yet. My droom helmet order id is 1786731. Which was provided by droom. I booked that helmet in a special offier, which was running on droom site. I have done several calls to customer care of droom. They said i delivered your helmet to professional couriesr, then i went to regional professional office. They didn't have any information about this order id they told me contact to droom. Please help me and provide me correct information about my product.

            My order # 2940941 dtd: 15.06.2017. Till now I have not yet received your product. Please look into this. Rs.9 also I have paid.
            I had booked helmet from droom on 18th April 2017 they shipped it on 3rd of may but till date I hadnt received my order. When I forced him then they are saying it was gone in wrong place you hadn't share us tracking details. Can you believe when I asked to cancel my order simply told it's OK they are not only irresponsible also shameless people always blame their fault to you never buy from this site

              I have written same things more than 3 times on your support desk.

              Every time they tell me you will get your packet withing 2-3 business day.

              But I did not get it after the 15 days of your response. Very poor service of you and your courier partner.

I order helmet 2 months ago, Status was completed but order is not delivered from given address I tried much through calls and msgs to resolve it. But not reply it and they call him last time I cannot help you. I want suggest you personally don't take 9 rupee helmet service. It just advertising and publicity. Fraud fake

                    I had placed order with Droom for a helmet on 15th Feb 2017 vide order no. 156575. I was told that the product will be delivered within 20 days. I have been given the shipment details of item "through book my packet" awb no.98119770.

                    It is more than 20 days since I placed the order the item is yet to reach. The courier shipment tracking confirms that the items was forwarded to the destination on 24th Feb 2017. Though the item was booked for shipment there is not further update on the shipment since 24th Feb 2017.

                    I have written to the company about the undue delay in the fulfilling delivery but Droom seems to dodging the question with the repetition of the same reply that the product will reach in 20 days.

                    There is no provision to reach the courier company as they do not have any contact number. Reply to request form on the website seems to go blank unanswered.

                    May seek the confirmation of delivery being fulfilled with tentative date with slight margin not 20 days at a go. Or give access to the courier service to atleast know what is happening on the delivery front.

                      Hi anmol this side I had paid token amount of 3500 on 24 December to droom for royal Enfield Classic 2016 350 cc mint green colour but vehicle condition is not same as listed so apply for dispute on 30 December and droom customer care support Mr sumit told me they refund money in 5 to 7 working days but today is 17 February and still I don't get my refund whenever I call to customer care support they told me there is some technical problem and wait for 4-5 days but still nothing happened please tell me the exact date that you refund my amount.

                        I had paid token amount of 850 rupees for 2nd hand suzuki access. The website and customer care support Ms. Unnathi, spoke to me and the seller and confirmed me that, this is a 2nd hand suzuki access and it is driver only 3000+ kilometers. Then Unnathi told me to pay the token advance amount of 850 rupees, so that we will give u the details of the seller. Also she mentioned that, if i don't like the scooter, it would be refunded with 5 working days.

                        But when i saw the scooter at seller's place, it turned out be a new story. According to vehicle documents it was a 3rd hand vehicle and kilometers driver was 13000+.

                        So i had to cancel the deal and raised dispute and requested for refund on dec 16th of 2016. Since then, they have not paid me the money. In spite of calling them every week, they don't return back the money

                          This is dr chankshu patel from gandhinagar. After looking at your web site i though it was genuine so listed my car on yr site on fixed and auction option on 21st December. i saw bid of 2 lac which was acceptable to me but i didnt saw any option to accept it so i called up on customer care but they told me that there are technical issues and i will get mail update or message in which i will get option to accept or reject it. the guy told me to wait for 1 hour during which they will sort out issue but i didnt get any call back or updates so i called them once again and at that item mr samir was there who once again reassurance to solve issue in half an hour. but to my surprise no calls no updates after 1 hour so i called up again this time it was priya who repeated to wait for 1 more hour. after 1 hr 15 minutes i didnt get any call so called up again and priya was there so i told her that let me speak to team leader. the team leader said although my auction is going to end around 7 pm today the last bead is not valid as i haven't accept or reject it once bidder placed it in 12 hours. I said i didnt get any notification form your side which he replied is that we not do that and we cant help with it. till yesterday i checked it, this bid was not there. When it was clearly mention in your terms and conditions that you will notify seller he wasnt willing to. I didnt get any single mail or message after i activated my listing. Now after making lot of calls there is no help when still it is active. This site and representatives are not at all user friendly and it seems to have no commitment or transparency level.

                            1. I bought a second hand 2014 model Honda Activa through www.droom.in. Till the time I bought the vehicle they kept calling me, the moment i brought to their notice that I have been cheated by the seller, there customer service stopped. They told we cannot do anything more. That's end of it! Hence folks, beware that these people do not have any mechanism to check fraud by the seller. They show on the website that do many seller verification. Everything is false and you only realize once you are cheated. Its pure luck that you get a good vehicle. The company is making money just like that!

                            2. Seeing the rating of the seller on droom.in website and various measures taken by droom to ensure that the customer gets a good second hand vehicle, I went for buying the vehicle through droom.in. I bought the vehicle for Rs.27000 and paid another Rs.2400 for registration purpose.

                            3. The sad story started when I gave the vehicle for servicing at Sangam Honda initially and then JKM Leela Honda Ghaziabad for servicing (i did not believe Sangam Honda and took the vehicle to JKM Leela Honda for second opinion). I have already spent almost Rs.11, 000 till date for getting the vehicle repaired (i have the bills as proof). Even now as per the Honda reps the engine needs to be repaired or replaced by half engine which may cost another eight to nine thousand.

                            4. My question is how a 2014 vehicle can be in this condition? Many of the original parts has been found to be replaced with spurious parts before selling.

                            5. I strongly believe now that droom.in is not having any wherewithal to ensure the quality of the vehicle being sold through its website nor having any control over the seller to ensure that only quality vehicles are put up on your site for sale.The seller has been shown one of the best performer on your website.If i get such a deal from the best performer what about others? I have also taken an oath to not to go for a second hand vehicle in my life again! Thanks to droom.in for the horrible experience!

                              I have won the auction for Renault duster but their is no reply from the customer care. I only received the mail from droom that you have won the auction. When i asked what to do next they told me to deposit token amount.

                              As i already reads many negatives comments on consumer compalint about droom i have said no to them n asked more details of thw car and the seller. But their is no reply from their side as no seller is going to sell the vehicle at half the market price.

                              So either its a a seller miatake or droom as they dont have full confirmation from the seller before putting a car on Auction.

                              Day before yesterday also same thing happened their was an advertisement for car which i contact with cuatomer care that i want to buy. They told me deposit token money. When i asked more details about seller n their car they toyally denied that they can not provide such information.

                              After few hours they called me n told me that vehicle has been sold. Look for aome other vehicle.

                              These people are only wasting ourtime and money.

                              They are just wasting out time and they are earning money from us ithout proper i frasrructure. We should inform everyone not to waste time n money on droom. Its better to buy from olx or quikr as they dont do such promises and dont take any advance payments for the goods they dont deliver

                              This site should be totally banned from internet.

                                I participated in droom.In website auction i placed bid for 1, 29, 000 for hyundai i10 car, they declared me as winner in facebook. At first they asked me to pay token amount of rs 3000 to droom afterthat they are asking to pay rs129, 000 to droom to deliver car. I think this droom website is not genuine. I read many reviews they are not refunding money and not fulfilling orders.
                                Droom Technology customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                my order 15065781 was automatically cancelled very bad servise of droom this is like a fake web.

                                  I made a bid on tvs jupitor on 11 april 2016 and pay 1275 for bidding. They cheat me on that scooter which already sold so i cancel bid and 13 april i got msg that we are refunding the commitment fee. After 2 weaks i came to know that no amount refunded in my account after that i continue talking customer care by calling and mailling but every time they said that there was no transaction track by your mail id and mobile number. It means this is a choor company and they are made people fool and bag money for those scootar/moter bike in cheap rate which are not avilable in actual. So this is the main business of this company to provide new bike/scooter in low price information on internet. By advertise these greedy add people make payments and they made fraud with this money and removed the customer details from system. So guyes this the business of this fraud company.

                                    Since last 3-4 months I have been trying to purchase 2 wheeler from droom, however vehicles are not available at the dealer even though it’s reflecting in the app or website.

                                    I have been assisted by one of the Droom Executive ‘Prince’ where I had checked multiple vehicles however it was not available with the dealers. Vehicle was in the display even though it was sold 2 months ago, I had made a request you to modify it but still it was reflecting.

                                    Yesterday night I had done the transaction for one of the vehicle with the order id: 1048315, however vehicle is not available with the dealer, as checked it’s already sold out 10 days ago.

                                    I have a big question. Why vehicle is in display if it is already sold out. This kind of things is happening because lack of co-ordination with the Droom or Droom has not educated their partners about the correct process.

                                    Please be advised that Droom is still growing in the India Market, if this kind of things will happen then it will be tough for Droom to grow. People will lose their confidence before making it and no one is going to suggest droom to their friends or colleague.

                                      I placed an order on 22nd March for 2 Bikes. But none of the buyer accepted my bid, hence the bike was not sold to me. Later that week I received a mail saying that my amount will be refunded. So technically it should have been in my account by 1st week on April, but its didnt. I contacted them for the same, they said it will be in very soon. So I waited till the end the of April, but no money was credited. So I started talking to them, and I am still talking to them and its been about 20 days now, and they have not come up with any result. (Payment receipts attached)

                                        So it all started on May 12th when I unfortunately got to know about droom through Internet. I could see that some car cleaning services were listed for very less price and what attracted me towards these services was the fact that I was about to get doorstep service. So I placed an order for one such service on May 12th (Order ID[protected] Service name - basic - car care - speed car wash. I waited on 13th for these guys to come and provide me the service, but nothing happened so I called and was told by the owner of this car wash company that they do not provide doorstep service and asked me to get in touch with Droop so I did that. Droom guys apologized and said they would process a refund which will take 7 days for me to get my amount, inconvenient but I was ok with it. Then later I got another call from Droom with the representative telling me that they have found a similar service with similar charges who will provide doorstep service if I was still interested, i asked them to use my already paid Rs. 99 but they said they have already processed a refund for that so that can't be used and I will have to wait for that money. They said I will have to do a fresh booking...I don't know what was wrong with me but I still believed the girl who called me (she sent me the link to this service through whatsapp) so I accessed that link and placed a booking again on May 13th (Order ID 1030143) Service name - basic - car care - steam and shine. I waited on 15th again for these guys to come and provide me the service, but nobody came again. I called the steam and shine guys and surprisingly they told me the same thing that they don't provide doorstep service and that I will have to complain about Droom as they have been getting calls from people again and again on this. I had no other option but to call Droom again and now they have processed a refund for the 2nd order too.

                                        So in short, it was a highly bad experience I had with droom and I don't know if it's even a real company. I am in the process of filing a consumre court complaint too but thought of filing one here as well so that concerned people can see this. May be it's just a company getting booking amounts and then has plans to run away with all the money...I am going to make people aware of this so that nobody is fooled again by this company. I hope I will get my money again and I hope you guys don't get to fool anyone else. This time, I will take it to as high as possible and will see that something is done in this regard.
