Amount Collected and not delivering the product by MY SCREEN GUARD
I have placed an order for Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Premium Anti Scratch screen protector G High Definition in (MY SCREEN GUARD.COM )on 26/07/2015 which was promised to be delivered on 01/08/2015. After the due date when i did not get the delivery and the website not updated so far the details of parcel movement in Tracking options. I Again and Again mail to my screen guard customer care and complained about the non-delivery of product. They assured with the same promise but failed again saying it will be delivered very soon. The payment has already been done for the order through debit card to my screen guard. The details of the order is given below.

What is the reason for not delivering the product so far. ?
What is the value of suffering the customer?
How many times to contact the customer care of My screen guard ?
How many days to wait, even after 37 days of order booked till date the product is not dispatch ?
Pl give the opt to compensate the mental harassment

There was no one from your side to receive the address because of which consignment got RTO. Please suggest if you want us to reship the product again.

We tried to reach on your mobile no many times but it was not reachable few time and 3 times call went unanswered.

According to (E commerce ) online shopping every buyer has to provide three contact :
1) Contact Number
2) Contact E-Mail
3) Contact Address
As per yours Statement :

Now the question is WHY YOU HAVEN'T E-MAIL ME...?
1) Reply : Pls provide the attachment copy of "RETURN CONSIGNMENT" which include
a) Name of Courier Company
b) Return Consignment number
c) Courier Delivery boy name and contact no.
2) Reply : Strange ! I am a regular customer of Shopclues and amazon.in, not a single time it had happen with them .

.order id:21065 consingment number:[protected] when i try to track reason show invalid. They give me wrong tracking no. I complaint many time they cant reply me. Right now i cant recived product. I complain for refund they cant reply this is a fake fraud online store. Beware of it…
They collect money only from innocent people.consumer court must do an action and close the website.why the not providing helpline or toll free contact number.
