I bought new mobile on 11/01/2020 redmi note 8pro 8gb ram 128gb storage, my problems start from second month of this year,
Problems are charging problem, battery backup problem, mobile hanging problem, outgoing voice calls problem, earpin problem, and then first time i gone to begumpet mi service center they told me that sum bucks problems we will update software but again same problems after that lockdown after lockdown i viste kukatpally mi service center date no 26/05/2020

Sir i viste five times to service center but no respond again same problems,
Sir i asked them new service copy but they told me that no use they given me old service copy to me again,
I complaint in mi online service on date 12/06/2020 complaint number woin[protected] about mi service center of kukatpally
Sir i visit again service center on 17/06/2020 now present my mobile is at service center
So kindly please replace it or change my mobile

Hi this is Nagarajan from karaikudi. pincode is 630001. here there is a MI service center. They are not behaving properly. always they behaving arrogantly and not response properly. They are not giving phone after repaired as well. because they are not aware of status on phone. they shouting the customers. feeling like they are unmatured. this is happened Two times to me. Today I gave my mobile for repair. same issue. they asked me to come in the evening. if I call in the evening they will not respond properly. if I am going directly there It might be ready. in emergency situation it goes to argument. Please consider it. Thanks.
