My phone is having a blinking problem. When i went to mi company service center 6 july 2020, i was told that your phone cannot be fixed now and i was returned. And then when i talked about making a call at the service center, it when would be fixed then disconnected the call. I was misbehave in this way. I hope you will take good action on this subject.

I ordered mi a2 phone on june 4, 2020 via flipkart and it was delivered on june 8, 2020. It started showing issues within 20 days. I could not return it due to 7 day return policy of flipkart. I took it to service center of sawaimadhopur, rajasthan, they told that the phone was activated in 2019, i. E, one year back and told that it crossed the warranty period. They refused to service the phone. It's highly unprofessional thing by mi.
I could not return it and it's still not working.
I raised a complaint with flipkart also. They are also neglecting the isse from last 10 days.
I am highly disappointed with mi and flipkart and will never recommend anyone to go with mi and flipkart.

I ordered mi notebook 14 horizon i7 on dtd 14.07.2020.
Payment was done successfully and a message was received from mi that payment done successfully (Attached summary of payment successfully done with order id).

After that, a message was received that return and refund is processed by mi without my consent.

It is to bring into notice that mi india is maintaining fake buy now option for mi notebook 14 horizon i7 model to sell its other variant model and cheating is done with customer sentiments.

It is requested to take strict action against xiaomi india for cheating customer.

Coupon reedem submission is successful but the mi coupon did not get credited in my mi account.

My data cable not working

I have purchased mi tv 50 inc.
22nd dec-2019 i was complainn 15 june 2020 and i request to change the product but he said not possible after i agree to change to display and sound but 10 days not clear product was not come.

Xiaomi india initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Xiaomi india sent this reference number.
(74332740171017060426329) and told me to fill charge dispute form. My card number is [protected].

So, please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
I need a hurry solution or refund amount.

I am Ashutosh Dubey who has ordered a 32" LED TV from Mi.com(Order Id: [protected]) on 19 June 2020 and paid the amount of ₹12499 online.
My order was cancelled on 24 June 2020 due the location out of delivery area.
Since I have contacted you many times for my refunds but till now no action was taken from your side and I have now no option left but to go to consumer forum and to make a complaint against you. So I am requesting you to initiate my refund ASAP otherwise I have to go to consumer forum.

I want to bring you kind notice the unsatisfactory and wrost service given by your baddi mi center. My redmi note 6 pro has a receiver problem means very low incoming voice coming, i visited nearest mi service center baddi and they repaired it but on same day after few hours my phone become dead, i called mr manjit head of mi center baddi, he told come tomorrow i will check it, next day i again visited mi baddi service center, they checked and said its main board is damaged and the cost is rs 7000 appox required as out of warranty product. I shocked on that time, as i am using this phone from last one and half year and no problem occurred till date, mi is our trusted brand for us, first time they opened my phone and repaired it then after few hour phone became dead. As my trusted brand i have already ordered redmi 8a dual for my child and redmi note 9 pro for my wife, as this is our favorite brand and i trust on its quality, that why i ordered two new mobile from amazon, i can produce the order sheet with this mail, now because of your mi baddi service center my redmi 6 note pro mobile i lost my phone and i am in doubtful whether to cancel or purchase the new phones.
In such circumstances i request you to direct your staff to take action on it and repair my redmi note 6 pro on free of cost.

My poco f1 battery is functioning weird. I went to two different mi service center of jamshedpur, they said it will take 1 week since they are not having stock of poco f1 battery.

Seems when i will submit my phone the service center they will order the mi manufacturing department to built one exclusive battery for me and then it will be delivered to the desired service center all the way from china.

It better to stop your services if you cant handle some extra stock of batteries.

On my touch screen there is a particular place that is not working, am not able to use any button that comes on that portion

I got an mi earphones on june 11th 2020 and one earphone stopped working and microphone did not worked. So i went to exchange the product and they asked us to book an online slot for exchange. I have been trying to book slot since onw month and always it is booked. I waited from 12 am till next day 12am and it was never available. I don't know how people are booking them or you are just keeping it as booked to escape. I reached your customer care and they said they will empty the slots and update it. But till now they have no been free. Let me know how to proceed for exchange. Really disappointing.

I want to complain against a lady employee of MI Service center of State -Assam District - Dibrugarh, Thanchariali .This lady employee misbehaved most of the customers including me.She don't know how to talk with people with respect.

Hello, i own a poco x2 which i bought on 14 may. After just 15 -20 days it started rebooting itself for about half and hour and later on it showed the msg that your system is destroyed please switch off your device.
After that i took it to service centre on 12 june, they figured my phone os is out, they took there time and on 24 june i got i my phone back but just a day later i saw that my phone rear camera is not working as i try to click picture it showed the msg your camera has stopped working and now i m concerned that my phone is company defective and since then the service centre agent is not taking in my phone and saying that his software id is not working and come back later it's been 20+ days that my phone is not working and i did tried everything. Please help me asap.

Ordered mi neckband on 30th july 2020, first they said that estimated delivery is 04th july 2020 and now i received sms that it will delivered till 07th july 2020.
