I had purchased a mia2 mobile through amazon on 11.06.2020. It failed under warranty and i had placed complaint on 15.05.2020. Since due to lockdown, the service centers are closed and i had been advised to visit their service center with original invoice. I had visited their service centre at surat on 27.05.2020 and after thorough checking, they told that the display belt is faulty and the complete display unit is to be replaced and given...

Mobile switch not on...

I orders wireless power bank from mi store on 24 may 2020. I got it on 2 jun 2020. But one component was missing. There have no usb cable in the packet with power bank which is given to me.
I try to contact customer care and lodged a complaint. After 3 days they told there have no fault in the packet, usb cable should be in the packet. There have no missing component.

I have ordered my mi 4c router as on 20th may 2020 and it was delivered to 29th may 2020. While installation and get to product is defective and router sockets are not properly fixed on it. I have raised my first complaint # woin[protected] on 30th may 2020 to get it replaced and there was no response then second complaint # wo:osin[protected]-dbda whereas company not done with replaced the product. Again third time 8th june 2020 company...

I have purchased the redmi note 8 pro on 09.04.2020. Then last sunday the mobile screen has created problem. Then today i have gone to mi service center. They have not check my mobile and asking it has pressed by inside and combo has damaged. They have not check the handset and asking for pay for it...

Due to manufacturing defect purifier is not working and mi india is not responding to my complaint.

Due to manufacturing defect ppc filter getting damaged frequently.

I ordered mi band 4 and blue strap with order id [protected].
But there is no mi band 4 in box.

Only blue strap and charger received..
I did not received mi band 4 in courier parcel as per order.
Also photo attached.
Now mi india refused to deliver mi band 4. They told case is closed without proper investigation....

The mobile was downfall, which is not switched on now, and the sim slot also has a problem. That i want to be corrected....

I want change my earphone right now...

I buy poco x2 2 month ago and on going back option so mobile not respond and start hang. So please concern as fast as u can. Alredy i will send video in mi service centre...

I have purchased redmi note 1 mobile hand set four years back.
Recently when i plugged in for charging, it is getting discharged.

It is always charging when has been getting completely discharged.

I got my mi a3 screen replaced (Got new) from xiaomi service center asc. And yes, now i'm facing problem with fingerprint sensor. It just don't work properly the way it used to work before. It don't scan properly 😡. It's really a bad service i got from asc seriously noob mistake been done from engineers handling the seat. It's still under warranty i need this mistake to be handled with severe care and get this mistake properly done-solved...

My phone is showing screen issues from last week. Whenever i try touching the screen to scroll or view something the middle button gets pressed by itself several times. I am not been able to open any application since it automatically shuts it down and even if i don't touch the phone it still keeps on pressing. I tried updating the software but the issue still persists. Its not even been 6 months since i have purchased this phone....
