My wife's phone redmi note 5 pro all of a sudden not booting up. I read and checked in youtube videos its due to software problem so i shown that to mi service centre. There these people told that it's a motherboard issue and asked me to pay 5k if i have to go for motherboard replacement. After that i shown my mobile to two mobile repair shops there they told motherboard is fine it's a software issue that only mi people can fix that. I don't understand why these guys don't fix the software problem and asking for motherboard replacement.

    I had ordered the product on 10th june and the product got delivered on 18th june and on the same day i returned the product, i have not received the refund amount even though 13 days have passed. I had complaint to the customer care of mi and they did say that they have received the product back and said the refund will be received by me within 7 days yet nothing has happened.

      I had bought this phone two, three weeks ago and it is hanging while calling and sometimes automatically plays music disturbs all my online work. It is a redmi y3 phone 64gb rom and 4gb ram.
      I hope that the company resolve the problems soon.

          I was there for repair of headphone jack, charging jack and side buttons and my phone was under guarantee period. They didn't resolve any of the problem and said it's working with our earphones and charger but i showed them the fault while using my charger and earphones. My earphone and charger were working in another mi phone which i also showed them, so there were no chances of being my earphone and charger faulty.
          In nut and shell, i was there for a service and got nothing but only loss of my data and the tempered glass.

            It's been less than 2 years since the purchase of this tv and we are facing several issues with it.
            The worst part of your company is, you have a pathetic customer service team and we have calls recorded with us to show how your customer service agent and supervisors talk to the customers. There is no coordination between the field tech and the customer service.
            How can you mail us stating that the issue is resolved when my complaint is still open. What is the significance of a happy code then. When i have not shared my happy code with anyone, how can you mail me stating that the issue is resolved.
            It's been more than 15 days that our tv is not working. We have made numerous calls to the customer service but of no use but to raise our temper. Your field technician (Mr. Akshay) visited our house g. B road, thane (W), alongwith his supervisor mr. Ayaan on 20th june and he reported that it can be a software or a remote issue.
            After continuous follow ups, he has today installed a new software costing rs.500/-. But still our issue persists, the screen of the tv keeps moving automatically even after the update.
            He now says it might not be a software issue and your motherboard needs to be changed which will cost rs.7000/-.
            If your team is not able to diagnose the issue, why should i pay for all the probable options that you may suggest.

            After seeing your service, i am left with no option but to move to the consumer court for my redressal.
            I want an immediate solution to my problem and i am not going to pay for all unnecessary things you may suggest.

            I hope after reading this mail, you will have the least courtesy to understand my concern and get my issue resolved immediately.

                I ordered the mi 4x 43 inch black led tv on june 16, 2020. He was deducted rs.24999 from the my account of that order.
                But then they did not deliver the order to me. And he told me that your address is not in the serviceable area. So i complained on 20/06/2020 for cancellation and refund of that order.
                He told me that in four hours you will get the information of your refund. But today it is 28/06/2020 but they have not given me any refund information. They make new promises to every time but don't tell me anything about refunds.
                Please help me 🙏

                    We had ordered for a "MI A3 Phone 6GB RAM 128GB ROM" but received a "Sony Power Bank". Order Id is "[protected]" and ordered date is "10th Jun 2020". We had also taken "unboxing videos" and images before opening the box and shared with MI support team. But they are denying to refund or replace by posting as copy pasted reply some thing like this " as per DSP confirmation the product was delivered in intact condition" and closing the issue without our consent & satisfactory resolution. Here are the complaint numbers "WOIN[protected]", "WOIN[protected]", and "WOIN[protected]".
                    We are also posting unboxing video, product images. Kindly do the needful.

                              I have visited your service centre namely a-one communication ludhiana service centre no. Xmin 2433 on 30 may 2020 for mi note 6 pro mobile imei no. [protected] and s. No. 20320/89rx01826 for complaint regarding display texture background. This was serviced by deepak chauhan with contact no. [protected]. My complaint was not solved they told me that complaint will be resolved after replacing display including touch screen and same is not available presently, they told me assoon as screen is available you will be called. They did not call me not even a single time. I called above number repeatedly many times and they asked me to deposit my mobile on 17 jun 2020 for screen replacement and they called me on 19 jun 2020 to collect it back. But my complaint is not resolved as screen is not replaced and my mobile has been opened thereby other customer service centers are not accepting the mobile. Kindly do the needful to repair my mobile in extended warranty period as my complaint is not resolved since long due to lockdown to avoid harrasment.

                                It’s been around 5 year being associated with mi production ranging from smart watches, ear phone and mi phones from generation 4 to 7 pro but never faced any issues with respect to performance of phone.

                                This is to bring you into notice that i had visit one service center of vasundharaghaziabad regarding speaker volume is extremely low when phone was in warranty around 3 months back and problem was not fixed at that time properly because right from next day volume start reducing and in-spite of my request speaker was not changed and cleaning was performed.

                                But this time visited service center of jammu, address: ist floor ext-7 near dogra higher secondary school shastri nagar jammu -180004 for same issues and surprisingly they share me one good news for - mi note 7 pro “by saying mi product has less volume and you have to live with it and this is totally vague statement by service manager more over i am having 5 mi phones at home and all are working fine w. R. T. Volume.

                                Details of repair job has been attached along with invoice of the phone and as per work done receive speaker is changed but now volume become more worst and volume become more low and same is communicated while i am having phone in delivery..

                                Moreover, the back panel removed is not fixed by saying they don't have adhesive and same is marked pending in job sheet.

                                Being an customer and linked with mi from long i am obliged to draft an initiation before going into consumer forum.
                                To the service engineer of the store, i'm planning go legal apart of this because of those humiliation and loud volume being used in service center


                                Way:-

                                When will my phone fix with good proper volume and do i need to carry phone without back panel properly stitched?

                                Why do i have go service center with same issues and then getting humiliation by executive who are not even supposed to fix the issue

                                    On the above date i approached your service centre after getting online appointment just for change of
                                    Battery which is discharging very fast.
                                    They charged 350/- + gst of rs.63/- totalling rs.413/- just to change old battery to new battery.
                                    Is it service or looting of
                                    Our hard earned money.
                                    Your spares are not available in
                                    Other places like other's products.
                                    That is why we are going to other brands like samsung, realms etc.
                                    Your company is showing monopoly attitude instead of giving service to customers and even for small services.
                                    This is competitive world and
                                    If you going on like this, definitely you will loose your market.
                                    So advice your staff to pay back the service charges collected from me for not done any service.
                                    You always give good service
                                    Which in turn give fabulous market.

                                      I ordered a 65inches tv from mi and received a tv with white patches on the screen and i contacted mi service center and demanded for a replacement of the tv and i haven't received my replacement and they denied for the replacement. Mi is just fooling the customers and i need a immediately resolution from mi and i need the issue to be fixed at the earliest.
