      Problems are charging problem, battery backup problem, mobile hanging problem, outgoing voice calls problem, earpin problem, and then first time i gone to begumpet mi service center they told me that sum...

      I have visited your service centre namely a-one communication ludhiana service centre no. Xmin 2433 on 30 may 2020 for mi note 6 pro mobile imei no. [protected] and s. No. 20320/89rx01826 for complaint regarding display texture background. This was serviced by deepak chauhan with contact no. [protected]. My complaint was not solved they told me that complaint will be resolved after replacing display including touch screen and same is not available presently, they told me assoon as screen is available you will be called. They did not call me not even a single time. I called above number repeatedly many times and they asked me to deposit my mobile on 17 jun 2020 for screen replacement and they called me on 19 jun 2020 to collect it back. But my complaint is not resolved as screen is not replaced and my mobile has been opened thereby other customer service centers are not accepting the mobile. Kindly do the needful to repair my mobile in extended warranty period as my complaint is not resolved since long due to lockdown to avoid harrasment.

        It’s been around 5 year being associated with mi production ranging from smart watches, ear phone and mi phones from generation 4 to 7 pro but never faced any issues with respect to performance of phone.

        This is to bring you into notice that i had visit one service center of vasundharaghaziabad regarding speaker volume is extremely low when phone was in warranty around 3 months back and problem was not fixed at that time properly because right from next day volume start reducing and in-spite of my request speaker was not changed and cleaning was performed.

        But this time visited service center of jammu, address: ist floor ext-7 near dogra higher secondary school shastri nagar jammu -180004 for same issues and surprisingly they share me one good news for - mi note 7 pro “by saying mi product has less volume and you have to live with it and this is totally vague statement by service manager more over i am having 5 mi phones at home and all are working fine w. R. T. Volume.

        Details of repair job has been attached along with invoice of the phone and as per work done receive speaker is changed but now volume become more worst and volume become more low and same is communicated while i am having phone in delivery..

        Moreover, the back panel removed is not fixed by saying they don't have adhesive and same is marked pending in job sheet.

        Being an customer and linked with mi from long i am obliged to draft an initiation before going into consumer forum.
        To the service engineer of the store, i'm planning go legal apart of this because of those humiliation and loud volume being used in service center


        Way:-

        When will my phone fix with good proper volume and do i need to carry phone without back panel properly stitched?

        Why do i have go service center with same issues and then getting humiliation by executive who are not even supposed to fix the issue

            On the above date i approached your service centre after getting online appointment just for change of
            Battery which is discharging very fast.
            They charged 350/- + gst of rs.63/- totalling rs.413/- just to change old battery to new battery.
            Is it service or looting of
            Our hard earned money.
            Your spares are not available in
            Other places like other's products.
            That is why we are going to other brands like samsung, realms etc.
            Your company is showing monopoly attitude instead of giving service to customers and even for small services.
            This is competitive world and
            If you going on like this, definitely you will loose your market.
            So advice your staff to pay back the service charges collected from me for not done any service.
            You always give good service
            Which in turn give fabulous market.

              I ordered a 65inches tv from mi and received a tv with white patches on the screen and i contacted mi service center and demanded for a replacement of the tv and i haven't received my replacement and they denied for the replacement. Mi is just fooling the customers and i need a immediately resolution from mi and i need the issue to be fixed at the earliest.

                1) on charging, it gets really hot,
                2) sometimes it works very fast and
                3) it also hangs sometimes.
                4) camera doesn't function properly
                5) apps get closed automatically
                6) touch and fingerprint sensor doesn't work
                7) back button has issues

                  I have purchased mi band 3 from mi site on 9th june, on 12 th june i got the product as soon i open it it was dead not started not getting charged, so i call customer support they said it will be replaced but after 24 hour i got a mail go to service centre get a appointment when i trying for appointment no appointment is showing on site,
                  They are harrasing me mentally by saying tis all #, plz do needful and get my money back from this frauf company, thay have cheated me.

                    Hello.
                    I have purchased a mi 4c router from your website last week. We i stalled the router yesterday with cable line. Signals mlge are very weak. We are unable to get full strength signals within 10 ft from the router in the house. I would like to exchange the router and get mi4a router instead.
                    Plrease et me know how to return and gst bew router as soon as possible.

                      I have book a tv by xiaomi officiall site but it was not delivered timely so that i am cancelled my order on date 06/06/2020. And i recived a cancel conformation mail on date 08/06/2020 with cancelled request no - refund related. Wo:osin[protected]-a99e and give time for three days for my refund. But my refund not recived till now i have done many time called and mail to xiaomi but not responding satisfactory. So please help me for my refund rs-56498. Thanks

                        I have given my phone redmi note 8 pro brand new phone for black screen problem before lockdown on[protected] they told it's sensor problem it will take 2-3 days as parts are not available after that lockdown started and i didn't got my phone after unlock i visited service centre on[protected] and they told come tomorrow as phone is still not repaired so i visited next day and service centre was lock and it's still locked i think i have got cheated please help me get my phone back i have original service receipt of service centre.

                            I had Purchased a MI LED Smart TV 4A PRO 80 cm with Android from flipkart online on 25.08.2019 (Invoice Attached). I Raised a Complaint regarding display problem (shows half screen, linening and automatic switch off screen) to MI company and Flipkart Company both in the month of May 2020 dated 04th, 12th, 13th vide Query/ Complaint No. XQ00033938, XQ00036891, IN[protected], TVIN[protected] respectively and i again registered a complaint in MI on 03.06.2020 complaint no.tv00853019 and also same to flipkart vide Complaint No. IN[protected] dated 03.06.2020. and regulat follow up at their customer care no. but there is no response received regarding my complaint. Only one day i.e. 22.05.2020 a Engineer or executive visited at my place against the TV Complaint. He Observe it take the picture of the same and tv invoice but does not answered my question regarding the replacement of My TV. They only harrassed me in the warranty period and i also have purchased a complete protection insurance against a TV at the time of Purchase. but its occurs a problem and facing difficulties at this time for get a replace a tv for me. i am continuous writing them by Email also which is attached below.
                            This is totally Fed up and no responsive enviornment which is not good for consumer, who believes in warranty or any other offer which is offered by the company for the motive of selling only not to provide services after sale.
                            I requested you to kindly lodge my complaint and resolve the issue as earlier as possible. at last i only want my tv replaced from the company.

                                  I had purchased a mia2 mobile through amazon on 11.06.2020. It failed under warranty and i had placed complaint on 15.05.2020. Since due to lockdown, the service centers are closed and i had been advised to visit their service center with original invoice. I had visited their service centre at surat on 27.05.2020 and after thorough checking, they told that the display belt is faulty and the complete display unit is to be replaced and given an estimate of rs.3420.82 and refused the do it under warranty. The same was informed to m/s. Xiaomi on 27.05.20 and 30.05.2020 alogwith the original invoice and estimate given by xiaomi service center.. On 04.06.2020, they sent a mail informing me that they cannot take any action on the mail and send a link to raise the complaint so that they can take action at their end. Since 04.06.2020 daily i am trying to submit the complaint through the link given by them but not able to submit the same due to non-receipt of otp as otp is required to submit the complaint. I had taken up the matter 2-3 times, but no positive reply is received. Since the handset failed under warranty and there is no physical damage to the handset and the fault is internal one and the handset was only opened by their authorized service center only and it is to be rectified or replaced free of cost as it is under warranty and there is no violation of warranty conditions.

                                      I orders wireless power bank from mi store on 24 may 2020. I got it on 2 jun 2020. But one component was missing. There have no usb cable in the packet with power bank which is given to me.
                                      I try to contact customer care and lodged a complaint. After 3 days they told there have no fault in the packet, usb cable should be in the packet. There have no missing component.
