Xiaomi India — after sales worst service of mi tv

Hi,

Have purchased a MI TV from a nearby store and the product was delivered I did schedule for installation of the TV the MI company installation guy did not called or came for installation called their CUSTOMER CARE several day for approx 4 day now still no installation guy arrived and the TV lying box pack this is the service they provide.

Product deliver date 9 nov 2018 today date failed of 11 nov installation today 14 nov 2018 no news of installation so far ..

AND THESE GUYS SAY AT THEIR CUSTOMER CARE IVR ‘INDIA’S NO. 1 MOBILE COMPANY’

My camplain abut yor service man's he was not ro talk about as a meaning fully and he was not forwadiing a call of his boss
