I had ordered redmi note 5 pro phone from mi.com, delivered product had issue in the reciever for which replacement request was raised.. Faulty product was picked on 6th nov and till now the replaced product has not be sent. When called at call centre... Agents are giving me misleading information and different agents giving different response... No one replying to mails or tweets. Neither they are refunding my money. Request your help for it is 15k product

When asked about service from customer care, he said that there are two service centers in korba But when I first went to the service, he said that it is closed or closed and when the second went to the service center. there is a different point of view the thing here is different is that it is so dirty conduct of the staff and owner of the service center.i want there My online flipkart bill is that it will not work or it is wrong and money will cost or I asked why The service owner had the answer . Change the date of the bill or else do not talk too much.is Mi Mobile company cheating public or service owner? It is cheating on the general public so Mi Company Goodwill are bad. If my problem is not resolved then I will in the Twitter social media about My service At the very heart of the greatness,

      I have purchased mi note 5 phone. Its purchased date does not exceded 6 month, means it is under warranty. It kept bend means not straight. When i go the mi service centre office then they said that it is bend due to some weight in your pocket, means they said it is your (My) fault. So i register my complaint at your end. My mobile no.         Bought redmi 5A . In starting it was working well it has 16gb storage.extra I downloaded more than 3 apps and captured lot's of photos without any problem but now I deleted all the photos and uninstalled all the extra apps and defaulted apps too still it ain't working properly all the time it asks to clean stuffs sometimes camera doesn't work because clean message pops up .can you bring me back those pictures else fix my problem

          I have redmi a5 it's display hot blur. When i visit service center they told me that internal display is damaged. My outer dipslay is perfectly intact but still they are not covering it in warranty inspite of no physical damage. They are saying its internal damage but still not showing it whether it's actually damaged or not. Kindly resolve it asap
          My redmi note 5 pro has yellow spot on left And right upper on the screen from 2-3 days Like small semi circle.and It is only four months from purchasing this phone kindly give some solution for it. Formerly it has great screen but after this it is kinda annoying. Please give me an appropriate solution for it. Thank you

            I had ordered mi a2 with exchange offer on 24th oct. Exchange failed due to minor scratch in the phone and they refused to develer the phone to me although i was offering the exchange value in cash. They said they will refund in 7-10working days. But today is 14th november, still didnt get the money. And in the app it says refund successful!! Help!

              I had purchased redmi y1 lite mobile which is of 16gb it has not completed one year and one day i was talking from mobile and suddenly the mobile get heated and smoke starts coming out of just beacause of it my mobile get burnt... When i take that mobile to service center then the people of customer care told me that i have to pay 50% of it then u will get a open box mobile which will be has not any warranty... Then i said why should i pay 50% payment when my mobile is in warranty period... This fault is frm ur side you have to give me a new mobile... Then the manager of mi service center said that we are not saying these all things... These all words are of mi... Then i said to them that first i talk with mi 's people then i'll get back to you... Then i complaint on friday in mi and mi give me a complaint number and they said that they will call me in 24 hours... Then i make a call in preet vihar customer care of mi and told them that mi has given me time of 24 hours they will call me in 24 hrs... Bt i didnt get any call from mi... Infact 24 hours has been completed... Then i called to mi and i told them that u are going to call me in 24 hrs bt u dint make any call to me... They started giving me excuses.. The service center is doing conference call to the backend team of customer care and they said to the customere care that talk with our customer.. I dont know that what's that to do with them.. I just want to know tge answer that we customer are fool that you are making us fool... I dnt know that why mi's customer care is not calling me... And if they want to talk in conference like this.. Then they had to told me first day tha they people can't help me... Why they said to me for wait... Please give me my answer its my humble request..

              Give me something like that i didnt get any mail... When i send you mail then i received mail that as the service center told you that is correct infact servixe center didnt tell me that we have got the report of your mobile... Have a look on it.. They only said one thing that you pay here 50% and take your phone... We can only do this or nothing else... And service center can call me twice a day but mi customer care is saying that my number is not reachable... What is this... When service center is calling then they are connecting call in conference with mi for my conversation... But mi is not able to call me personally... When service center call me then they said we will help you to talk with mi customer care... If they are not reachable.. They also can send me a message... They didn't send me any msg... When service center is not reachable then they send a msg.. What does they mean... The mi a big company is going on.. And they can't put a option that if the customer's phone is not reachable then a message will be send to customer automatically... Infact this option is with them which is going by your company... I just need my answers... They said this is critical but they can't do anything in this critical thing... Even i m getting your mail system i am sending you mail.. Before that i didn't get any mail of yours... If you can't do any mail to your customer then why do you guys ask for a mail don'k ask..

              Mi customer care called me after complaining of one week... And they closed the complaint without contacting me... They did'nt tell me anything... They only told me that our team will talk to you in 24 hours... I waited for their call for 24 hours bt they dint call me... I send them mail then they mailed me tht they have closed my complaint... How can they do this and how can they closed my complaint without contacting me... Is customer waiting for their call that they will closed the complaint without my permission and without contacting me after that they called me after 1 week then i told them all the situation... Then they said that they will call me in 24 hours.. And i didn't get any call yet...1 week has completed bt i didn't get any call... Tell me one thing are you making fool of customers... I didn't get any response... My phone is in warranty and i didn't get any solution yet.. Mi's backend team and service center's people make fool of customers.. Only service center can call directly they don't talk with customers directly... I think that they guys are waiting for completing the warranty period in next 30 days... And then they will send the mobile in wear house. Almost 1 month will be complete my phone is in service center... And mi's team is saying that they will call me in 24 hours.. I will be 1 month now but i didnt get any response... Mi's service center and backend team only make fool or customers they dont know anything else

              They speak every time that 24 hours i will call but they do not get any calls and my phone has been over 1 month so far i have not received any response.
              I have purchased mi band 3 28 September, 2018.I pay double payment this product .so I contact xiaomi costumers to refund my amount and they told 9 oct your payment was made on that day but my refund amount not credited into my account so I request to you please proceed my refund and the oder I'd [protected]
              I had ordered MI band 3 20 days back but cancelled the order no [protected]. I have not received any refund. I have called many to call center and many mails to service id but no reply.

                after sales worst service of mi tv

                Have purchased a MI TV from a nearby store and the product was delivered I did schedule for installation of the TV the MI company installation guy did not called or came for installation called their CUSTOMER CARE several day for approx 4 day now still no installation guy arrived and the TV lying box pack this is the service they provide.

                Product deliver date 9 nov 2018 today date failed of 11 nov installation...

                I'm using redmi note 4 from more than a year and from a month or so the headphones are automatically getting connected even though i've not plugged them in. Due to this, i've to keep the earphones handy, just in case i've an important call to attend. I'm unable to pick up the calls without an earphone due to this issue and nor can i listen to music on speaker. Kindly look into this matter. Thank you.

                  I submitted my redmi 5 at the service centre in kochi on 2nd November 2018. It had several complaints like
                  1. Phones contact were getting deleted automatically day by day.
                  2. when I type and save, the punctuation marks were getting replaced.
                  3. fb profile picture of my friends was getting exchanged.
                  4. several contacts displayed in my WhatsApp were not shown in phone contacts.
                  It's not even 1 year since I bought this phone. I bought It on 20.04.2018
                  before the completion of 6 months itself, I had to visit the service centre, and the complaints weren't resolved. since I have exams, and my notes were on the phone, I had to wait for a month to revisit the service centre. I went there on 02.11.2018
                  At the service centre, they made me wait for 4 hours for no reason. At last, I submitted the phone there. They are not giving me a job sheet, they are only giving me a service record. People at the service centre is telling that the service record will serve the purpose of a job sheet. but when I check the status of service online, it is displaying that my phone has already been delivered. whenever I call at the service centre, they are not picking up the phone. I had to call the customer care several times, and nothing was working out. As of 13.11.2018, it's been 12 days since I submitted the phone to the service centre. The only information I get is that it's a kind of software problem. since the company, has failed to resolve it in these 12 days and since there is no progress in repairing my phone, I request to have the repayment for the phone. since the company is so irresponsible for the customer service, I find no reason to use this brand further. I need a repayment as soon as possible so that I could buy another.

                    I have got a call from mobile no.[protected] and he told me that due to successful promotion of MI at international level you mobile number is selected and said if you want to order Redmi note 5 pro it will cost you Rs 4000. So, I said OK. So, he told me to give nearby post office pincode so that he may deliver the phone to post office, I have given my near by post office pincode and he told me to collect from that nearby post office. After two days I got post office parcel no. from my post office I.e.EZ[protected]IN
                    But I am not confirmed whether it is phone or something else. Also I don't have any proof that the person is speaking on behalf of MI company. So, I haven't pick up the parcel from post office. When I told him give some proof that MI company is giving these phones to the lucky customers. He told me that you want to buy or not. Due to his rude behaviour I confirmed that this is fraud call and fraud company then I started abusing him. So, please take care of this. I want to buy Redmi note 5 pro but not in this fraud way.

                    If i am not receiving that parcel what will be happened to me ..
                    Offcourse it is true i also got call today that was one girl speaking and told me that my mobile number has been selected for winner and he will send me redmi note 5pro in my post office. She asked me my postal code and i gave it. And also she asked me about my adress that also i gave it. Then she told that my senior will call you after some time to confirm. And yes she told me to pay Rs 4500 to receive parsel from post office. DEAR FRIEND IT IS TOTALLY FRAUD DONT BELIVE THIS THINGS. NOTE:::-- Why anybody give us any mobile at low cost????? Think deeply! Not possible!

                        I am prasanna r from coimbatore, i ordered redmi note 5 pro on october24th. My order id: [protected]. Till now i have not received the product, i dont want the service anymore. I cant cancel my order as it says the order is locked. Pls revert my money back immediately. I have raised the compliant so many times. No one except customer care is just talking to me. No action has been taken till date..
                        Pls get this issue resolved and stop harassing your customers.
                        My mi note 4 is stopping suddenly each and every time. I have given it to Bally service center but the result is same. No improvement till now.

                            I am raising this concern out of complete frustration i have gone through from mi & dealer where i bought my tv. Please find my details below.

                            Product name : redmi tv 4a 32 (Serial number 16938/[protected]
                            Dealer name : 2020 mobiles (Deal id cs[protected]
                            Invoice number :[protected], order id : [protected].

                            Let me give you a brief description of the issue. I made online purchase of the tv in bajaj finserv app and to my surprise it got delivered within an hour. I was so happy for the speedy delivery but that didn't last long.

                            I called the dealer and the person (Name : vasanth, ph - [protected]) he said he placed the tv installation on nov 9th 9-12 slot. But then i agreed due to diwali leaves. I told him to update my number as the primary but then he said he will let me know once the technician from mi calls. I somehow agreed and waited till nov 9th. I called him again (I. E today nov 9th) but he said he didn't got the call.

                            I reached mi customer care and inquired about it. They said the call was attempted on nov 7th in the afternoon but the mobile was switched off and then they cancelled the request. Now it has been rescheduled to sunday. I would like to know what has happened in my case and hear from mi & dealer.

                            Mi : when the request to installation of tv was scheduled on nov 9th then why the call was made on nov 7 for no reason. If the mobile was switched of why the call was not made after that. How the customer know that the technician ill give a call back in the holiday to confirm the schedule when there is an appointment scheduled already.

                            After many unpleasant conversation on nov 9th i have been promised that my tv will be installed on nov 11th between 3.00 pm - 6.00 pm ist.

                            The funny part is i have received a message from mi to confirm the schedule today and got the otp. And also received a message with the technician number.

                            I got a call in the afternoon (Nov 11th) from the technician and he confirmed that he will come to install the tvand wants me to keep 400 rupees ready for wall mount (Lol.. They will be very careful with the money)

                            I have been waiting till 4:30 pm (Which lies between 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm ist). I tried reaching the technician and with no surprise the number isn't reachable (Well done mi!!!).

                            I have no options left i called the customer care to inquire about this and shocked to know that the technician already updated that the tv installation is rescheduled to monday nov11th on friday (I. E yesterday). I literally felt like being fooled by mi now.

                            I completely blunt now which is correct. The messages which i got or the information from mi? Which one is correct???/ please clarify.

                              My mobile handset (Redmi 5) purchased less than 12 months, and still under warranty is refused to be serviced citing 'liquid damage'. Touch screen buttons are not working, and while service team delayed firstly due to lack of availability of spare part, later asked for 'repair cost' of nearly 70% of phone value. Upon explanation that phone has never been mishandled, they said yes, but it is only due to 'excessive sweat' and this is not covered under this.
                              This is just an excuse to avoid repairs. I understood while in gallery that a huge number of such handsets have the same issue and its a manufacturer fault. But, mi is finding means to avoid repairs citing several such wrong reasons.

                                  I purchased a 49 inch tv from mi.com which was delivered to me on the 5th of november 2018 and installation was done on 9th of november 2018. My order id is[protected] and[protected]. I am not satisfied with the display, particularly the colors and also there is a slight shaking of the videos. The quality of the tv is not as it was promised in the advertisement. I raised this issue to mi customer support where i initially spoke to ms. Tamilselvi who did not respond back on the issue and put me on hold for 35 minutes. Later i spoke to ms. Preethi and she informed that you do not have a return policy. Now, either i need to get the quality assured by mi or a refund. If none of this is possible, then i will have to escalate the matter to the judiciary system.

I have made full payment at the time of delivery and its been delivered on 1st of nov my order number is[protected]. After delivery i spoke to 3 different people from the customer care and they all said that due to festival season it will take 10 days for installation. Despite of the 48 hours installation policy i have waited for 10 long days for installation and still they have not sent any engineer for the installation. Today morning when i contacted the cc they told me that their engineer has reported that the installation has been done on 3rd of nov dont know how they have hired fake people and now they are asking me to issue a new request for tv installation.
                                    This is pathetic service from mi and i am really disappointed.
                                    Moreover i spoke to cc superviso sheefali neema which is highly unprofessional and rude don't have the basic etiquette how to talk and said that do whatever u like to do and even did not mentioned employee id after rude behaviour. She said do speak to any higher authority in mi and you will receive the same reply. Her response was such that they have given the tv for free. There aftersale service is pathetic and i am gonna return the tv now. I will take required legal steps against you and will give the same reviews on all the platforms so that these guys dont make fool of others. Beware dont buy anything from them.
                                    The whole company is fraud making false promises and even wrong statements highly unprofessional and no post sales services.
                                    Its been 17 days despite of 15+ calls they have not taken any actions and they are not canceling the order on the name of company
                                    Policy. There company policy is to be fool the customers. Such a shame and unfortunate that I have purchased something from MI

                                      On calling to cc, supervisor and manager, got same reply
                                      Frnds, who cn give u redmi note in 600
                                      Now when i m asking from all to refund my amount if item is not delivered, deliveryman telling i need e mail from mi company and mi company manager takes approx one hr

                                      I m in such possession that amt paid but can't take mobile

                                      Authority is requested to consider that how can a serviable redmi note given in rs 600 in serviceable conditions
