I have purchased a MI tv online through Mi.com detail of which is given below:-

After installing the tv Technical Engineer informed us that it is broken inside, and needed to be replaced.he him self wrote down all the detail and clicked the pics and forwarded to the company for the further process of replacement.
Meanwhile, I my self registered complaints about the broken tv provided to me by you company to ur customers executives and they assured me it will be replaced with some days.
I have regularly followed up about my complaint with customers representative he always assured me that my complaint is under process and it will be addressed within few days.
But today when I again followed up regarding my complaint I was inform that my tv will not b replaced because I have not approached to u with ten days which is a wrong and useless reason given by customers executive as I already mention that technical engineers has informed the company on the same day and I also made a complaint directly to you customers executive and provided him all the details regarding this matter and today I was informed that I have not registered complaint within the stimulated period of time.
I am very disappointed and heartbroken by this type of attitude and services of company and have left no choice for me and forced me to take action against your company.
Now I have approached the consumer court regarding this matter and They have registered my complaint against the injustice down by company.
The complaint number provided by consumer court is:-1153353.
