Recently bought a new redmi note 5 pro 6-7 months back from mi center madhapur but it has turned out to be my biggest mistake.
After 5 months o[censored]se it started facing some issues:
. Fingerprint sensor stopped working, and battery issue.
So i went to nearest redmi official service center (44 45 opp. Mercedes benz showroom station, kavuri hills phase 1, kavuri hills, madhapur, hyderabad, telangana 500081) in my first visit they told me battery issue. So again i have visited on 19th january 2019 i gave mo and told my mo got turn off automatically, but when i switch on manually its working properly, can you check once i visited before also one mo center guy told me battery issue by seeing my mobile, i gave him as a working condition and after 30 to 40 min waiting they said that there is some issue with phone's motherboard and it would cost you around 14k to rectify it. Also they told motherboard is not taken under warranty. And they gave me my mobile in death condition. As i am not satisfy with their service i went another mi service center they open my mobile and told u repair out side mi logo is not there on motherboard even i don't know some inside logo also there, how can i know inside things.
I again went madahapur service center i scold them and ask why u people not check whole mobile condition in front of customer and without any paper work they open mobile and gave my mobile on death condition how can you could do that. How can we believe them after doing this things. I gave my mobile in working condition but i got back death mobile.
Now my camera is not working after visited service center "pathetic service"
First of all no professionalization
They might be replace original hardware
I was really disappointed with the response (I cannot understand what comes under warranty nearly 90% of the phone's doesn't come under warranty). I am posting in a hope that redmi india should really look into this.
