I have purchased a mi led tv 4x pro 55 inch from amar communication, ea, chennai on 24-1-19. When their service engineer came for installation on 28-1-19, found that the tv supplied to me was defective and not functioning and not installed the product. He has taken some photos and uploaded to his office and informed that the defective product will be replaced immediately.

I have call logged the complaint to their customer hotline on 28-1-19 and obtained complaint id woin[protected]. After that i am regularly calling to their customer hotline on 29th, 30th jan, 2nd & 5th february with out getting any responsible reply.

I have emailed photos of the defective product to their service center email thrice as per the request of different employees and enquired various times through emails.

Now this is the 13th day of supplying the defective tv by mi and i have not received any replacement or at least a call updating the status.

What is the next option for me
Battery problem or back panel is getting pressed by fingers
I Have purches MI LED 55 4X PRO On dated[protected]. after few day set is dead.My compliant no is[protected]. So many reminder one technician came to my house and found Main board defect.
How can very few day main board defect.
Kindly replace my LED, Other wise I am going to consumer court.

      I bought redmi 4x before 8 months. After 5 months of purchase problem arises on the network section. So i went to the service centre situated on berhampur, near sai complex, odisha 3 times in 3 month. But they take and keep my mobile just for formalities. They said that they changed my mother board. But no effect to the problem. Yesterday i take my mobile to an unauthorised repairing centre. They set my mobile in 15 minutes just for rs 350. I disappointed for the 3rd grade services provided by the service centre employees. So take this issue on your concern and take steps.

        I have purchased a new mi led tv 4c pro 32 inch tv, but with in one month of purchase the tv, the remote and wifi stopped working and i have been complaining from last 2 months and no action has been taken,

        The service center guy came and told there is manufacturing defect in the tv and will inform to the company same, but after that no action is taken by company and every time i call the call center they say they will get back to me and from last 2 months nothing is happening.

        The tv is in warranty but they are not taking take for it.

          It had been only 5 days since i got my poco f1 and the screen is now broken. I had seen many ads and videos about poco's durability but now i think they all were lies. A crack at first was developed just by normal use and not by falling but now the screen is shattered. At present the mi service centre refuses to replace the phone and asking about 5000 inr + gst + service charge. I myself is a youtuber thats why i gained trust in mi. But by this you let me down. At present iam not able to replace the screen so i kindly request you to help me with the issue.
          Mobile data on base sim network full but data second sim on first sim no network
          I have ordered mi plus mini headset...But after delivery it was a local product called fashion...

            This is mohd shees ansari( yasir) I bought mi tv 55 inch pro on 12 Dec 2018 from mi store mobile app and since then I have been reporting bluetooth connectivity malfunction of my TV i asked the service engineer to replace tv they refused in fact they want to pass the 10 days within which replacement can be made, anyway after having being replaced the mother board and ir chip inside TV the bluetooth connectivity issue is not being solved, my home theater and Bluetooth ear phone version is 4.1, i am very very disappointed with mi tv I like to replace my TV or return my full money back and xiaomi can collect their TV.

              I had request a service request in mi tv on 21st jan and the token number r44741.

              Received a confirmation from mi tv that the service would happen on 22nd january between 6pm - 8pm

              Today 30th, still service did not happen. They re-schedule without prior notice to 24th and 26th jan. This case was then escalated to 2nd level

              Still no action taken. The escalation team called me. Unfortunately i was...

              I have bought a 4x Pro 55 inch led tv online from mi. Com, which as delivered to me on 27/01/2019. Same day I have booked a slot [ 29/01/2019 at (9 AM to 12 PM)] for Installation (wall mounting) and demo., A Token No. ~ E 49512 was provided to me. But technician did not turn up for Installation on 29/01/2019. After several attempts to register my complaint regarding this delay at your customer care service; no body responded well. All were talking useless and rubbish. Finally they did not registered my complane.

                I have purchased mi smart tv 4 pro of size 55" from flip cart on 30.12.18. After days of installation on 06.01.19, screen moving up&down/flickering unable to watch tv more than 5 minutes. After 1st complaint lodged on 21.01.19 technician has come & inspected the tv and informed that the panel board of screen is totally damaged and same has to be replaced. Till date complaint has not been addressed completely. It is very painful that we don't even enjoy your big screen not even 1 week.
                2nd complaint lodged on 28.01.19 and talked to local service center manager but efforts are in vain.
                Your intervention is highly appreciated to takeup issue at the earliest possible please.

                  Dear sir/ madam,
                  I had placed order for redmi note 6 pro with exchange offer and paid online rs 11349/- through paytm on 16jan-2019. Order was successfully placed and was out of delivery (Exchange) with tracking id xmip[protected].
                  But unfortunatly on 19 jan 2019, exchange mobile was rejected by person who came to deliver order, and canceled the order. He told me money will be refunded within 24 hours. But till today i have not received refund back neither in paytm or in my bank.

                  Kindly look in this issue and revert me back.

                    The body of my phone (Purchased on august 31st, 2018) is deformed (Bent a little - curved vertically). Due to this, the screen of the phone seems to be uprooted from the side.

                    I think this may be due to the defunctioning of the battery (I am not sure). The battery back up is fine, no heating problem observed and charging with regular speed. However, the due to the curve, the screen is uprooted from the side panels a bit and i can see the screen light coming out from the side panels.

                    I love this phone and don't want it to be damaged permanently due to a petty issue. Kindly help at priority.

                            Recently bought a new redmi note 5 pro 6-7 months back from mi center madhapur but it has turned out to be my biggest mistake.
                            After 5 months o[censored]se it started facing some issues:
                            . Fingerprint sensor stopped working, and battery issue.
                            So i went to nearest redmi official service center (44 45 opp. Mercedes benz showroom station, kavuri hills phase 1, kavuri hills, madhapur, hyderabad, telangana 500081) in my first visit they told me battery issue. So again i have visited on 19th january 2019 i gave mo and told my mo got turn off automatically, but when i switch on manually its working properly, can you check once i visited before also one mo center guy told me battery issue by seeing my mobile, i gave him as a working condition and after 30 to 40 min waiting they said that there is some issue with phone's motherboard and it would cost you around 14k to rectify it. Also they told motherboard is not taken under warranty. And they gave me my mobile in death condition. As i am not satisfy with their service i went another mi service center they open my mobile and told u repair out side mi logo is not there on motherboard even i don't know some inside logo also there, how can i know inside things.
                            I again went madahapur service center i scold them and ask why u people not check whole mobile condition in front of customer and without any paper work they open mobile and gave my mobile on death condition how can you could do that. How can we believe them after doing this things. I gave my mobile in working condition but i got back death mobile.

                            Now my camera is not working after visited service center "pathetic service"

                            First of all no professionalization
                            They might be replace original hardware

                            I was really disappointed with the response (I cannot understand what comes under warranty nearly 90% of the phone's doesn't come under warranty). I am posting in a hope that redmi india should really look into this.

                                  When i was purchasing poco f1 i talked to the customer service about the screen bleeding and they told me that i wont be getting a faulty device but after i received the order the screen had faults (Screen bleeding) and i raised a replacement and after many days the replacement was raised and again i got the same faulty phone!!!

                                  I was told that i wont be getting the same issue again and i can raise a refund and the return's team shafique azmat was so rude!! He was shouting at me and didn't even let me talk and he told me that there will be refund option when i was raising the first replacement and now he was telling that there's no refund and he didn't even let me speak and he kept shouting!!!

                                  Mi india is a fraud and cheating their customers!

                                    This is a pathetic service, booked an order on saturday.

                                    From then there has been no action on this.. Only excuses i get when ever i reachout to them.

                                    1. I cant cancel the order.
                                    2. I cant change the delivery address
                                    3. Your customer service team has no udpate on the order. Everytime excuse technical issue.

                                    The phone was working fine. But two days ago it automatically switched off and then i went to mi service centre and they told me that the motherboard and screen were dead. Now they are asking for 11000rs. So i want to file a complaint against Xiaomi that either give me a new handset or repair my phone.

                                      Request you to help me in resolving the service request raised on Sat 29th Dec;18.
                                      I have purchased this device on 13th Oct'18. Within 2 months of purchase the device stopped working. There was no scratch on the device and the label on the back is still intact but the service center claims that ONE drop of water seeped into the device because of which it abruptly stopped working, also they claim that there is no warranty on the device but i wasn't convinced with the service. Before MI i have used multiple devices of a other brand and i used that device through the rainy season also but i never faced any issue, however, i have raised the request (WOIN[protected] and the executive had promised that the issue would be resolved in 24 hours, but i didn't get any response in 24 hrs. I have called them again to check the status and they replied that they consider only the working days as working hours. later i got a call from faizal on 2nd (or) 3rd jan 19 and he told that he will be taking it to the next level after that i did not get any update till today .So i escalated the issue to flipkart as well today i received a call from faizal and he offered me a 30% compensation. I just wanted to understand that i had been provided with a faulty device which stopped working within 2 months of purchase which is still under warranty why should i pay the 70% for repairing shouldn't it be free?? instaed of paying the 70% i' would like to sell this device to MI to avoid further issues in future. I feel the solution provided isn't right and that i've been cheated. i'm writing this mail expecting that i'll get proper support.
