Customer care executive misbehaviour to customers and using abusing language...Mi poor quality products plz listen everyone don’t buy mi headsets...

When i was purchasing poco f1 i talked to the customer service about the screen bleeding and they told me that i wont be getting a faulty device but after i received the order the screen had faults (Screen bleeding) and i raised a replacement and after many days the replacement was raised and again i got the same faulty phone!!!

I was told that i wont be getting the same issue again and i can raise a refund and the return's...

This is a pathetic service, booked an order on saturday.

From then there has been no action on this.. Only excuses i get when ever i reachout to them.

1. I cant cancel the order.
2. I cant change the delivery address
3. Your customer service team has no udpate on the order. Everytime excuse technical issue.

I have purchased redmi 6 two months back. Phone stated me giving problem.. One day stopped working, when i have taken service center. They have denied the services. They were saying that it will not cover in warranty and only 30% it will be cover. They are just cheating customers. I have written mail to brand.. But they are not atall repling. Finaly i wanted to make a compain about them....

My phone was broken on 6th jan i went to mi shop on 7th to repair mobile they charged me 3700 rs and bill not given they said your phone's battery is broken screen is broken connection is broken and they have taken my crystal cover as well

Very upset with the service. Submitted my in handset basic on 4thanuary 2019 of at your service center for repair but haven't yet received it back. Was assured by the customer care too but the complaint is yet to be looked upon.
The service is lodged under jobsheet no. Js[protected]. Expected return date was 19th january 2019. Complaint also lodged with the customer care but ni action taken....

With an minimum expectation on amazon prime video and netflix ppl buy an smart tv, but mi failed in doing this..!

I have redmi note 4 mobile and kept it on charging for 2-3 hours, when i check my phone then not even single percentage charge was showing then i opened back cover and it started fuming and burning then i threw my phone because i got panic. I tried contact to customer an submitted my phone to service center and they are saying it is customer induced damage so they will not help me..
My question : why is this customer induced damage?...

I went to mi service center to buy redmi6a side sim tray. They were saying we don't have the item right now. They were saying they have to order the item. They note down my number and told me that they will call within three days. I went there after five days and they were giving stupid excuses.

Had dropped the MI redmi note 5 and the screen broke. Replaced the screen at Nishant Infotech for INR 3362. Post the replacement the screen started to bleed at the edges and battery drained in half a day. I showed them the problem and they replaced it again but the problem persisted and so I showed it again and they replaced it again. This time the phone works fine. The experience makes me strongly believe that they had put counterfeit screens...

Recently bought a new redmi note5 pro 3-4 months back from flipkart, but it has turned out to be my biggest mistake

2. Fingerprint sensor stopped working.

I visit to mi service center in delhi krishna nagar near hanuman chawk i was facing battery draining issue and they told me to. Change battery for rs 1400... And after that i m facing the same problem not even a bit improvement and now they are saying that maybe there is another issue in your phone then why they told me to change battery and i have been pay 1400rs for nothing...

While i received the order i found the box was not properly sealed and the bluetooth device was missing from the pack. This is highly unaccaptable.
Now while i am trying to replace or return this item, i am not getting any option for that. Also people from this company vare not responding for resolution regarding this.
