Xiaomi India — Defect handset was sold. When raised concern, no replacement/refund is provided

Dear sir/madam

I shopped xiaomi redmi note 4, 32 gb phone through flipkart on march 22nd which was delivered to me by march 25th.
I was facing heat issues intermittently from the day 1 and suddenly battery got exploded within 15 days of purchase
When i take this issue to flipkart, they are not ready to replace as they have only 10 days of window period for replacement and suggested to contact xiaomi customer care.
Hence i reached xiaomi, but they prolonged the issue with no proper response and finally they asked me to handover the mobile phone to their service centre. I hesitated as the phone was the only proof that i had on this issue but they insisted only if i handover the set, they will be able to provide solution.
After handing over the mobilephone to their service centre, they are closing the issue as customer burnt the battery volunterily.
Why in the world, a custmer will do this in purpose that too within 15 days of purchase?
When i asked my mobile back to file complain against xiomi legally, they are not providing me back.

I kindly request you to take this issue forward and provide me justice for 10, 999rs which i had spent on some fraudulent company handset.

Tried no of times u r toll free coustmer care no. But no use its not working...in my MI YouTube is not working till yesterday ...I don't know the problem...I took a screenshot and add to this compliment... immediately solve this ...very urgent to me
