Xiaomi India — defective product received and mi is still not picked up the phone for replacement | |||
Hi team, I received a defective piece as sim signal is not coming. I did the sim test according to customer care, in result found that sim test failed. They assured to me that same will replace soon. But till now pick up not done, mobile delivery date is 4th october 2019. Shall i go for consumer court for harassment me, as i have already paid amount online. Is there anyone from mi who can resolve the issue. Very bad experience from mi, this will be my last phone from xiaomi, i want to refund but as per your policy same can replace only.
