I have raised complaint for my mi led smart 55 tv for non working. Within 1 year we have got this result, since i. Have warranty for 2 year + 2 year extended warranty. I have raised my 1st complaint on 20th sep 2019 engineer was scheduled to come on 21st sep but till the date no one has visited and resloved the complaint.3th i have again raised my complaint, then service engineer has called up and inform me. By swapping they will replace my tv. And told us to wait for 3 days, but now today's date is 10th oct is almost 22 days over but my tv has nt replace. Pl give your feedback

    This is my first Redmi product and I bought this earlier this year (my phone is less than 1-year old) after convincing myself that it is indeed a good brand. I have used Apple and Samsung phones in the past and it was a tough decision to move away from them, but considering the product range and features offered by Redmi in recent times (and of course the attractive price tags), I had finally made up my mind to go for a Redmi Note 6 Pro. But I have had a really really bad experience with my phone that now I think "Will there be any satisfied customer of Redmi at all?"

    My display started behaving crazy after like a month or so and I was waiting for an opportunity to take my phone to the nearest MI store to see if it can be replaced under the warranty. As luck would have it, my phone fell down and got broken before I could take it in for replacement, and so I had to pay (for what was actually a faulty display) out of my pocket.

    The new display also started behaving crazy about a month or so later, but it fixed it itself in a week or so (before I could take it to a store again). After a few months, now it behaves crazy again. I really wonder what kind of design / hardware can this be, that its so unpredictable and unreliable. It is almost as if I am at the mercy of my phone's behavior every month.

    It's hard to believe that 2 displays can go wrong within a year, unless they came with "manufacturing defects". I am feeling like I am being pushed to pay for the manufacturer's fault here. On top of this, both times I had very expensive screen-protection guard ON, that also has to be replaced every time the display fails. This is ridiculous. Can somebody explain why these failures in display? Are these known issues with the product??

      Hi sir,
      I had purchased Redmi note 7 pro on 4 May 2019 from Amazon order id:[protected]. I am facing GPS issues from the last 4 months.

      So I had already visited the xiomi service center and told them about the issues. They check it out and told me that it's working fine. But still, I am facing the same problem. After that I again visited the service center the technician said it's working fine may there is a network problem so check it with the network. Then I port my sim to another network and tested it but stile facing the same issues.
      After that I complain to Redmi customer care they told me to visit the service center once again and share the job sheet number which is provided by the service center I flow the procedure but the are not able to provide the solution.

      please look into this as soon as possible.

        My data of exchanged old mobile redmi note 4 not transfer to me & possible open the lock without my consent the things happened at MI stores at Palm beach, Vashi on 08.10.2019, its cyber crime .
        Yet I do not get same data also how to behave with client try to give your representative to keep goodwill & brand loyalty else you face issue like Micro max, premier etc.

          My service registration no WXIN[protected] dated 9/10/2019. At the time of registration the problem was only system lag. Outlook of the set was good in all respect. To fix the problem service Centre(XMIN1329) have changed the display and sub board. But during the time of handover the set I found that service Centre has broken the back cover at subboard area. I asked them to resolve the issue but they denied and ignored the situation. Actually they have broken the part by casual handling the device. My question is that why I would receive the damage set. As it is not my fault My request is that take a necessary action and do it as it was. Or arrange to change the mobile back cover.

            Today i tried to reboot ma device..
            Woow magic happened..."phone get hang"
            The touch screen doesnt respond, the keys not wrking...
            I wondered...
            Aftr some time its automatically rebooted...

              Hello,
              I am facing issues in my new mi note 7 pro 6gb ram 128 memory.
              The software of the phone keeps crashing occasionally
              Phone becomes unresponsive of the touch disconnect from the network and restarts
              Have register complaint on mi complaints
              Before before i have tried formatting the phone 2 to 3 times.
              Have visited the service centre once at vashi again reformatted and updated the software
              Still the same problem persisted.
              After a few days problem was becoming more frequent so visited the service centre once again at kharghar navi mumbai
              They have advised me not to update my phone for the next 15 days and use it in the same mi ui
              After getting the phone from the service centre next day again the same problem persisted
              It is very depressing to have an expensive phone with such a problem like that slow functioning and software crashing disconnecting from the network showing insert sim
              Hasbi you cell phone for day today usage lot of data contacts and memories we save in the phone and we rely on the product
              I have lost precious data contracts information about off my phone more than a couple of times
              And up till now i haven't received any assistance yet in a proper way
              This is my sincere request tour my india to help me out with this problem all will be e taking support of law and order.

                I have purchased mi trimmer from mi store, instead trimmer not working after a single time used... And mi service center not taking any responsibilies... However 1 year under warranty.. Infact mi service center deny to repair this item...

                And advise to other customers... Please if you wana going to be purchase trimmer, it's recommended to order philips brand..

                  defective product received and mi is still not picked up the phone for replacement

                  Hi team,

                  I received a defective piece as sim signal is not coming. I did the sim test according to customer care, in result found that sim test failed. They assured to me that same will replace soon. But till now pick up not done, mobile delivery date is 4th october 2019.
                  Shall i go for consumer court for harassment me, as i have already paid amount online.

                  Is there anyone from mi who can resolve the...

                  I am having more than 10400 mi tokens in my account but i am unable to redeem coupons/f-codes. It gives an error "these tokens cannot be redeemed", when i talked with mi india customer service they said me "due to lot of activity in my account redeemption of coupon/fcode has been disabled", and they also mentioned that it has been permanently diabled for my account and i won't be able to redeem it in future. They also said that they doesn't have the authority to block/unblock accounts and hence asked me to post this question on mi forum so that developers can answer me.

                    Respected sir,

                    I adnan mehbbob sham had purchased the redmi note 5 pr from flipkart on 22/10/2018 the phone got dead on 1/10/2019 when contacted your service center the issue of motherboard was found. There was no ready stock available with them it took almost 5 days to get replaced
                    When i got my phone back the issue of network recognised in few hours.

                    I again took my phone to service station to look into matter of networking after diagnosing the phone it was found that there was issue with the motherboard replaced. (They told me that it will take 7 working days to get it repaired)

                    I request you to look into matter as we have to face the mental troma as it result in lost of data has to visit service station repeatedly.
                    Moreover it creates doubt about the authenticity of product getting replaced as same problem is recognised.
                    I request you to look into matter promptly.

                      I have bought mi a2 since the very beginning i start facing charging issue. I gut it checked my phn jn service center as it was in warranty period, they took my phn and completely formatted it all data got lost, then also the charging issue was not solved and u again visited the service center they people denied to repair it in warranty. Said they will charger money to repair the phn even if it os in warranty period else they cant repair it, what kind of # is this, i m not gonna recommend anyone to buy mi phone as they all have one or the other defect, its very disappointing. Why they have opened the service center if they cannot repair the mobile

                        Hi i bought mia3 on 2nd september 2019, from the very same date i faced multiple issues of display fault, display fluctuation, display blinking, display blank. I submitted my phone to mi store pimpri chinchwad they took my phone for software update for 2 days. I got my phone back used it for 2 days and again the same problem continued to irritate me. I bought this phone thinking its a new launch with good features. But now i wont recommend this phone to anyone ever. Please look into the matter either take my phone for 7 days repair it and give it to me or please return my money back. I am tired and done with this now. Hoping for a quick and positive reply.

                          I ordered a phone redmi note 7s 4gb 64gb from mi.com and i got defective phone (4 oct 2019). Then on a same day i called customer care number and tell them about incident happen and they she file a complaint about this. Then she told me to share photos of defective part to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com and she said we will get back to you soon but now today is 6 oct 2019 then i called again then they said they closed my compliant. I dont know what will happen i will get replacement or not.

                            I purchased the mi tv 4x 50" during the great india festival in amazon on sep 29, 2019. I got the tv delivered on oct 04, 2019. As soon as i received the tv, i requested for tv installation through their website mi. Hatetowaitapp.com. I chose the date oct 05, 2019 and slot time 12pm - 3pm. Job sheet # tvin[protected]

                            The technician to perform the installation didn't show up. I called the mi customer care at 1.30pm about this, arathi from the cc promised a technician will be at home today itself for the installation and she will raise a complaint. I got a call from technician at 7.30 pm saying he cannot come due to heavy downpour. Mi gave me the option to choose a date and slot time and the technician called me at 7.30pm just to give this reason.

                            I contacted the mi india tv facebook page asking for next action, they asked me to fill the complaint form - which i did. I never got any acknowledgment mail after filling the form.

                            Today, oct 06, 2019 - i called mi customer care few minutes ago, and choose the local language (Malayalam). The lady who answered, heard my issue and informed will raise another complaint. She is unable to see the complaint raised yesterday as i chose 'english language' yesterday.

                            On checking the records, she said the installation is re-scheduled on oct 08th (I as a customer is not informed about this, if i would have not called customer care i would have not known this). I asked for a supervisor, i was transferred to a number that kept ringing non-stop. I waited for nearly 10 minutes and finally disconnected the call.

                            This complaint is to let the mi company know about how pathetic the customer service is. I have a long-term relationship with mi, starting by owning their very first mi band, smartphones, bluetooth speaker, sports shoes and now the tv. The trust which was given to the mi brand will be lost because of the bad after-sales service.

                            I demand a technician to be at my home tomorrow morning oct 07, 2019 9-12pm slot to install the tv.

                            After 10 minutes using phone network is gone except everything working fine . submitted servive center manjeri they said we can't give warranty services because outside is raining .they colleting money with telling simple reason .its clear cheating.then why mi giving 1 year warranty.

                            Bought the new note 7 pro. And the charger adapter has suddenly stopped working. Purchase was in the month of may.

                              My mobile got bend in 10 months use and xiaomi denied by repairing it. They provide 1 year warranty but they said no warranty on bend phone. I also faced motherboard problem within 3 months of buying the phone. This is defective mobile. I bought it from flipkart. They give me wrong information about mobile that this mobile got bend by falling down if felt down then why my mobile got broken why it got bend from middle area. Lots of people facing the same i have read blogs on google about same problem. It's not my fault it's provider's fault they provide us low quality phone not able to sustain even within warranty period.

                              Very unhappy about the flash sale...why can't you just sell some more number of gadgets in 1000 or 2000 rupees rather than 1 rupee...this is too disappointing..
                              My xiaomi mobile display not working I am got to service centre but the sell man open my mobile but don't give me job card.
                              Then he says your mobile mother board not working and demanding money.

                                As i have gone to repair my phone as it was in warranty but the company didn't gave any warranty and didn't repair my phone as they asked for full payment... And behave very rudely... As i have bill of my phone so how they can say it's not in warranty i like to get my phone repaired as soon as possible... They took full details and not doing their work systematically

Pl tell me what i do. One phone was received by me at friday morning about installation to install same day. Now i am calling to that no. From tommorw evening na anybody received & response. Now i am handicap. Pl resolve my problem.

                                    I bought xiaomi mi a2 mobile and there was some charging issues with in one month and its in warranty period. So i visited the xiaomi customer service ameerpet hyd, for servicing. They serviced my mobile and with out any intimation they were changed mi motherboard.
                                    Present we are facing same issue with charging, so again i visited same branch for servicing (Its in warranty period).
                                    Reception person compared both invoice and mobile imei number, then she said that this bill is not for this mobile. Then i said last time we faced same issue so u people did service. Then she checked last time service report and she said that, mam last time your mobile mother board was changed so imei number was changed.

                                    After that she handed over my mobile to service technician. Then after 1 hour he came to me and he said that, mam in this mobile one screw was left so we can't do service.
                                    After ours discussion he said once we did service then customer have to check mobile.
                                    Means please tell me how to check that guy has fixed all screws inside of that phone or not.
                                    I think that he only removed this screw with in this 1hour time or else last time they forgot to fix this screw.

                                    I trusted your service centre, so last time i have taken my mobile service there. But they people only did mistake like missed fixing screw and changed mother board. Please tell me whose responsibility was it i gave you the phone in very good condition except charging issue. Now some how it was a mistake from your a side and you are blaming me for it...

                                    Resolution:
                                    I want service to be done and take a necessary action on who did this mistake.
                                    Very bad experience. Guys i suggest you all to never trust xiaomi... Never buy anything from them very pathetic after sales service.. Worst service centre at ameerpet hyd.

                                      I would like to inform you that i have booked mi tv through mi.com and my order number is order id: [protected]. The product was suppose to reach me 1st of october. Till date it has not reached ti surprisingly there is no information anywhere on the site and customer care e mail i'd has not acknowledged any of my mail which i had send 15 times till now. I tried contacting on toll free number but ivr has no option where i can talk to executive online. Then i went to chat section several times but most of the time it has been informed to me that some one will contact me in 24 hours but till now nobody called me. I tried on twitter but they are big bluffers and cheaters and has harassed me but did nothing.
