Respected sir,
I have purchased Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 pro Max ( vintage bronze, 8gb ram / 128gb rom ) from Flipkart on 17th March 2022. Couple of days ago I found the front camera is not working. So that I visited nearby mi authorised service centre at Uluberia, Howrah, West Bengal today . They informed me that these sets have motherboard problem. Only replacing it will solve my front camera problem. And the motherboard comes with manufacturer's 2 year warranty. After showing him my valid cash memo ( contains my imei number) he rejected my plea claiming my set was turned on 3 months ago. And my cash memo is void because they will provide me free warranty only when their system approve it.
My question to the company is who is held responsible for before time sim activation? And why their system-show activation will get priority over my valid cash memo ? Is not that company wishfully short listed and corrupt the warranty date and data in their system to escape from free motherboard replacement?
Plse take suitable action against this Redmi fraud. All valid documents are attached below for your kind perusal, sir.
