Xiaomi India — got an used product (redmi note 5) | |||
I purchased redmi note 5 on 6th may 2018 and it got delivered on 9th may 2018, on flipkart. Recently i got an issue of network problem on that device and i took to the service centre for the 1st time, service centre staff rejected the warranty saying that the mobile is already opened inside and even the display is not original. My complain is this is the 1st time i got a problem on my redmi note 5 and i directly went to the service centre i didn’t even change any display. I got a default or fake or used product. Talked with flipkart and they asked me whether it is a sealed one or not, i got a sealed phone but which is not original. They didn’t help me.
