I had purchased mi 4 mobile 6 months ago (06-june-2017). My mobile was not being charged from last 3 months. I had submitted mobile in mi service center - mgf metropolis mall gurgaon on 19-sep-2017. They told me that connetcor on motherboard was damaged & this phone will not consider under warranty while after seen mobile, none can say that it is physically damaged. So, i had taken photo of motherboard. When i have seen photos then i found that imei number mentioned on motherboard of mobile is not matched with imei number printed on invoice bill.
Imei number mentioned on service order of service center is also not matched with imei number printed on invoice bill.
2nd time on 20-nov-2017, i had visted in same service center but they are totally fraud person.
Give me solution what should be my next step to take an action because due to this i have already wasted more time.
Here invoice bill, service order & id of conversation with mi customer care are attached.
