Xiaomi India — Mi Redmi Note 3 handset issue and GHATKOPAR Service Centre V CARE bad service | |||||
TO Xiao-MI Team, Order#[protected] Purchased from Amazon. 2 Complaints- against MI for Redmi Note 3 HAndset purchased and MI Service Centre For complain did Call MI Helpline number [protected]. And Have emailed to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com . Received handset in June end delivered by Amazon and problem started in July end. As one month was over Amazon could not resolve my issue. Hence visited MI service centre only to meet arrogant sluggish service at service centre. They said will take over a month to get the problem resolved. MI seems too slow in serving the handset issues. WANT HANDSET TO be replaced with new model or Repaired in less time. Note : At Ghatkopar (E) Service centre in rupa plaza building Visited thrice in gap of 15 days to submit my phone for problem resolution. Visit day 1 Called around 5.20 pm, phone ringing no one answered Left office immediately only to get Excuses on reaching there by 6.10 pm, was asked to leave as they said timing is till 6 pm. As server is down and they do not wish to attend the calls Phone was kept on mute mode by the staff engineer who repairs mobile there. Staff strength present 5 members. Customers observed in store 2 nos besides me. Visit Day 2 Reached at 5.15 pm. Filled form and submitted my bill too. Within warranty. Got the phone checked. while i was present in store again same excuse was been given to customers - server is down. Returned home as had to take back up. Are not customer smart enough to understand they are been fooled. Some few customers were asked to return and come another day - even when it was not 6 pm. Visit Day 3 Went to submit my mobile today by 5 pm (after 4 days of 2nd visit). Excuses received - Concern staff member not available hence my form filled in last visit is not available. Told him the form number as i remembered it. He said the absent staff has not given it to him. Took no efforts to search. Also Phone receiver kept aside as they do not wish to answer the call was 2 nd excuse. The staff admitted it on our face. Said phone will not be answered as concern staff is on leave for few more days. How will we plan our next visit when no one answer's call. And When we visit before time we are give all sort of excuses by your staff. Our visit, time and money is taken for granted here. Asked to check in system, he said The server is down and entry has not been made in system. Nor a manual entry will be registered. So cannot accept the mobile handset. come another day before 6 pm. The staff was arrogant especially the same engineer as the female attendant was absent. Answered rudely and asked to go to another centre. Staff strength 4 members. Customers in store 3 nos. Another customer also complain of phone not been answered inspite of calling several times. ******* Sundays store are closed. Nor helpline is functional till 9 pm or stores open till 7.30 pm. Have been user of Nokia and Sony handsets prior to this but never faced such problem at the service centre nor with service. Even when we manage to leave office and reach your service centre before 6pm same stupid lame excuses are provided every time to every customer. How will we plan our next visit when no one answer's call. And When we visit before time we are give all sort of excuses by staff. How will MI serve the customer without valuing their time and money.
