Xiaomi India — mi tv 4a update issue

Dear xiaomi team,
Mi tv android update issue..
Current version ofin my mi tv is patchwall 1.0.2 stable.. Need android update.. I am not taking advantage of netflix, youtube or amazon prime video..??

Still my problem persist..?? You guys are failed to solve my issue. As per your previous mail you have guided me all possible steps, but failed..?

Please provide mi tv android update notification from your back end office then after i will do update..?

Please forward my mail to technical or developer staff. Urgent.

Hi Xiaomi,

I have been raising the same issue through mails atleast 50 times now.
Android update is still not released on my Mi Tv 4A
Why are you taking so long time for the update.

I am facing a similar issue, I have tried to reach them but haven't received any response. Can't access Prime and Netflix yet.
I had also raised this issue to Xiaomi multiple times nothing happens

worst customer service by mi. every time i call to customer care they give manipulative answers. MI 4A tv has patchwall 1.0.2 stable and not updating. continuously complaining from last 4 months.
