I had my mi a3 phone in january, because of its android one program and fast updates. And i had watched mr. Manu kumar jain video on mi india channel regarding this phone where he promised that these devices going to have fastest android updates. But now situation is totally opposite, company failed to provide fast updates and worse for all when they provide update at last it roll back for three times. Now imagine three months old phone need...

Dear Mi group,

I was purchased Redmi note 8 Phone and found inside sencer problem and also reg that I've called customer care and they sent me Service centre I was visited so many times but they didn't resolve my problem.
And now I'm suffering due to that problem in my new phone, which is not good.
Kindly register my complen and provide me new phone against this otherwise my next step will be move for Consumer...

I reedem my 4500 coons for mi usb cable but when i check it on my i account it didn't appear there, no coupon is showing...

On April 10 I used my phone regularly and suddenly my phone started to hang and touch is not works... I restarted my phone and fully resets... But still my phone is not ready to work normally......

On[protected] while updating (Miui v11. Xxxxx version) my mobile phone redmi note 7, i saw after some time that the screen is blank, i picked up my phone and press lock button and after few seconds it started to show "your system has been destroyed. Press the power button to shut down". The only thing i can do now is to go in fastboot mode and nothing else.
I tried to resolve this problem and went through with every possible solution...

I bought the Redmi Note 9 Pro, whose display is very useless and the video does not play at all, and the screen dipping when the phone is unlocked....

Headphone jack issuse...

My MI neckband have a problem 1 earphone create no sound......

TV got complaint, the power light is blinking and shutting down....

My redmi note 7s was bought on 22 November 2019. The device is now draining battery from "90% to switch off" within 4hours with data off and screen display power off. Please do the need.

I am encroaching upon your precious time for reporting to you the fraudulent act/s committed by the service center of m/s xiaomi - a mobile phone manufacturer. The series of events is as follows:

1) i had purchased a redmi note 8 pro (6+128 gb) mobile phone through amazon on 21st february, 2020 for a sum of rs 15999/-.

2) on 19 march 2020, the phone screen started jittering and then the phone...

Android system has consumed 42% of my 100% battery and screen has consumed 27%... My mobile used to last 2 days with one full charge but now lasts for 6-8hrs...

I have redmi note 7 which i purchased on 15.04.2019 and now i am facing problems in my device, i. E., my camera is not working, videos are chopped and before that i tried to recover my deleted files from pc using android recover software and if i am facing problems because of that then what is the of this phone if it can't do a work just because of a software....

Switched on my tv today and there is no display, i can hear the tv making normal sound when i press the buttons on my tv remote.

I tried playing around with my mi tv remote and i can hear the video content playing in the bg but there is no display

I’m assuming it’s a software issue.

Without display or patchwall how do i even fix this?
