[Resolved]  Xiaomi India — mi tv - received damaged product.

Dear sir/madam,
I have ordered mi led tv 4c pro 80 cm (32) via www.mi.com and received the product yesterday @3pm approx. I opened the box to ensure the everything is in place - i bought this for my sister as a gift. While opening the box i noticed the screen is broken, immediately i have sent email with the images and called the customer care to highlight the issue. I have attached the images below.
I called the customer care today morning and they are saying the product cannot be replaced because it was opened by me... I din't get any prior intimation that the box should not be opened by me by any communication means from mi team.
I have attached the fedex tracking number and order id for the same.
