Ihave redmi note 7 pro phone, the back pannel has a crack accoured by an accident from me, i want the back pannel to be replaced by the new pannel as there is no stock of pannel the lady asks me to keep the phone 4 to 5 days in service center but i explained the situation for her sayin am a zomato delivery person i have a zomato delivery app in my phone with out it 5 days i wont be able to work so giggles on my face and says "zomato food i can prepare in my house"i have payed 17000 for premium phone by xiaomi i work hard for my money... Until i pay your money my profetion shouldnt be a problem for your guys nor i bought your phone to get insulted by service lady in authoried mi service dealer

and I even told am ready to pay for pannel in advance so that ones the pannel stock come I will keep my phone... she says it can't be done... so when I stated to walk out from the place she asked what am I gonna do I replied I will mail this the company.. she giggles again and says ok mail if you want

    Redmi mobile phone belongs to mr bineesh ok has got complaint of bsnl sim card not detected and unable to make or receive call.

    So mr bineesh contacted near by redmi service center for help.

    Service rep did inspect the phone and said this type of complaint first time they are facing. Then told bineesh to wait for few hours.

    On completion of few hours service rep told they could not solve the issue. So they need 2 days more to solve the problem. Service rep has promised bineesh that service rep would call back to bineesh after two days.

    Four days passed and found no call back made by service center.

    So mr bineesh has made a call to cervice center and the replay they made is not satisfactory but argument felt. Such reply was not excepted from service center. Mobile device problem not solved.

    Three and half month only passed after purchase of said device. So it is requested to help me to get the device repaired or renewed as early as possible.

          I have received a Damaged Redmi Note 7 Pro. I tried to contact them multiple times after 8 days they sent me a mail to return the product to their Address. I paid an urgent delivery charge of Rs.650 and Shipped it through DTDC tracking V54685434. Now the Product delivered to their warehouse on 7th August. Company is Not refunding amount or not confirming status according to Company Policies, Refund will be initiated in 24 hours and will be credited in next 8-10 working days but Now more than 7 days passed and No Refund is initiated Company even not informing me about the status. They are confusing me One of Their customer care executive told me that refund has been initiated while other one told me no refund or update is done in this Complaint. (Screenshots attached with the executive name) Hereby I request You to Please Take some action against Xiaomi and Help me to get a Refund of Rs.13999. Company Executives keep giving False commitments and false information.

            I purchased above mobile no. /xi4vcsi/mi, hsn85171290/[protected] on 13.06.2019.
            When i remove earphone the mobile is still in earphone mode and without earphone i can't use the phone as there is no sound without earphone.
            I went to mi service center, they rebooted the phone and it was ok.
            I came back, when i again used earphone and after removing earphone it remains in earphone mode. Again i have to reboot the phone.
            So when ever i use earphone, it remains in earphone mode after removing earphone mode and i have to reboot it. I have used 3 branded earphones, same

            How long i have to do it, what's the solution

              I have poco f1 phone purchased 8 months back from vikhroli retail shop near station next to hdfc atm. 10 days back suddenly it was switch off and was not working. I visited mi service center in vikhroli next to railway station. They checked the phone and informed that little water particle have found near charging socket due to which mother board has damaged. I informed them my cell phone never being in water than how come water will insert inside the phone, on which they checked with their supervisor and informed they will replace the board under warranty but board was not available at that time so they asked me to come on monday 19th aug. Today again i visited store but again board was not available with them and asked to wait for more 3 days and submitted my phone with them. Have already waited for 1 week and now again asked to wait for 3 days more.in today's world without cell phone you understand how difficult is to manage every thing. My hubble request to mi team to get the part on priority replaced.
              My Redmi 6 mobile is 6month old. But it hang very much and swtch off after few minutes.Its happen more and more times.Asansol Court more service centre couldn't recover my Mobile problem. I'm so much disappointed. No work has been done by my mobile set.

                I ordered a redmi note7 pro (White color) on 9august2019, and today is 19august2019 and they have not even processed my order yet... The phone was supposed to be shipping from 16th and again today is 18th...10days from ordering and 3days from shipping... Their customer care number sucks... All i have to do is chat with their cs representative... They just say pls wait one more day and bla blaaa...

                  I purchased mi a2 phone last november 2018, and it stopped working in july 2019 as its motherboard got damaged as told by mi services center people they took 1 month to get it repaired and after giving it back it again stopped working.

                  This is the worst set i have ever purchased and really pissed off with mi phone.

                  I lost all my phone data. I want a replacement for this set.
                  The name of the mobile is mi A2, which I bought on 24 February 2019 and the problem is being created in it which is not being solved by the service center and even after calling many times the problem is not being solved, due to which my mobile Running problem is coming in front camera processor is very problematic mobile phone is demaged
                  Sometimes my mobile start working self mode... No one key works on that time... In this time it writes it put on any app it can do anything... Please can you resolve my problem... Please do something

                    On (03/08/2019) i bought a note 7 pro (6gb ram, 64gb rom) in chennai, ambathur at rr mobiles.
                    Unfortunatly your product has not performed well due to some malfunctioning like hanging, display not working well, i went to your service center but they didn't respond well to me. So, i prefer to exchange that mobile to your esteemed company, this i have used only 10 days. So, please you need to exchange my product.

                      I brought a xiaomi pocco f1 from flipkart 1 month back which stop working suddenly and when i reach out to xiaomi servicing center they told me water marks present in the phone motherboard and display not working so warranty will not cover. I m 100% sure about no contact with water. So i want replacement or warranty for my phone. Thank you.

                        Mi max mobile service given on 22.05.2019. Battery problem raise in service centre. My side battery change willingness. Service centre provide 3 month warranty. Mobile automatically restart on 16.08.2019. Next day service centre reach my complaint raise but service centre warranty not eligible. Battery pin and board pin damaged. Service centre reason battery is physical damaged.

                        17.08.2019 check the service bill battery number and battery number is difference. How to complaint the next steps.

                          mi tv - received damaged product.

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          I have ordered mi led tv 4c pro 80 cm (32) via www.mi.com and received the product yesterday @3pm approx. I opened the box to ensure the everything is in place - i bought this for my sister as a gift. While opening the box i noticed the screen is broken, immediately i have sent email with the images and called the customer care to highlight the issue. I have attached the images below.

                          Sofia service center, nalstop, pune, india is running a fraud service. Even if the phone is under warranty they take the phone inside and come back and say the issue is due to water and it is not covered under warranty.in front of me they did it to other 3 people and myself.

                          They are running a ponzy scheme.

                          I know very well that there was no water involved as i keep my phone very clean.

                          He showed me some moisture after coming out of his secret service area and shouted saying i cannot step in there.
                          How can one trust if they are not opening the phone in front of me. They are here to prove the customer wrong.

                            I raised complain 6 aug.2019 and got a service token no. Someone came and after inspection of led tv said me that screen pannel has to be changed bcoz this is faulty. And i will come within 5 to 6 working days. But still noone came so service is getting delayed. I also called to customer service care no.. On this no someone is doing fake promises regarding service date and countinue delaying with new excuses.

                              My xiaomi's phone poco f1 was facing a issue of display of restarting the phone again and again. I went to the service centre and showed it to one of the executive he then told me that my phone's volume key needs to be fixed they are damaged and he told me that this is the closing time of the service centre so please come on monday (12/08/2019). Then i went back there on monday then showed my phone to another executive present there, he told me that it is the problem of software so we will reinstall the software. I said that's fine so whatever you want and make my phone working. But when the executive removed the sim tray of my phone the phone was working fine he tried dining this step several times and the result was same that after removing the sim tray the phone worked fine. But still that executive told me that sir the problem is in software nothing else. I still said fine no problem you might know better then me, go ahead. He took the phone in the workshop area and then another executive came and told me that the "problem is neither of volume let's nor of software, the problem is in battery, the battery needs to be changed and that is chargeable". Then i refused to change the battery, and when i reached home the phone was working fine.

                                mi store told me that mobile phone is warranty but you have pay charges on display.
                                I ask for reasons why would I have pay charges because my mobile phone is good condition there is no any break and display.

                                    I ordered tv 4a pro ansd they came to install that tv once they areee don with it tv get automaticallly off after few seconds i again call your system engineer he come again and told me that it motherboard is not wroking properly how you guys send product without even checking, i want replacement and now online their is no option for replacement i dont want to repair new tv that is just come not even a single day passed.

                                    Its not a way to treat their customers who order online and they send a product like this whose main part like motherboard is faulty.

                                      I bought this mob around 5 months back, from the beginning itself, my phone used to get auto off, even while using internet or at the time of calls also.just four days before on 9/8/2019, evening while i was on a call, my phone got switched off and it doesn't got ON anymore, on 10/8/2019, I have taken the mobile to Redmi Service Centre at MP Nagar, Bhopal, MP.They checked and informed the complaint is on "Motherboard' and it will costs around Rs.5510/- for the repair.I agreed for the same and given for the repair.They had confirmed, it will be ready and delivered on 13/8/2019 morning.I made a call on 11 am to the service centre and the reply i got was highly irresponsible and ignoring.They were yelling at me that, it will take another 6 days for the repair.I directly gone to the service centre and taken back my handset.

                                      Is this the way a customer should be treated?
                                      Is this the so called "Service" is meant for?
                                      Is this the way a brand is treating their customer?
                                      How pathetic it is? No value for time?

                                      Ultimately, i lost Rs. 16500/-(B coz i purchased Redmi Note 5 Pro)
                                      Those who are reading this, please be informed, never ever go for this brand.In the service centre itself, I have noticed - Around 25 Customers are coming within 1 hour and about 85% of the customers are having the motherboard issues.This brand and there services are all useless.It's a great lesson for me as a customer.
