Dear xiaomi, I have booked redmi note 8 pro with exchange my old redmi 3s prime, but here ekart delivery boy denied even after no damage on my phone. I have done this order through my credit card. Please do the needful, if any query call me on below contact. Xiaomi costner care said sent the screen shot i have sent screen but sill revert and no response no refund my debited ammount.. As a costumer suffaring and.. Offer was gone and. Problem i don't have amount purchase other phone. Ekart person is saying as per rules xiaomi we are not accepted this phone...
