Xiaomi India — Order is not placed but money got deducted from my account | |||||
I placed an order for MI4 Gold from SBI account through internet banking. Order was not placed but the amount 12999 got deducted from the a/c. I complained to bank's customer care. They checked and informed that the order with transaction id IGAAVOSGM1 was successful. But I neither received the cell phone nor the money back in my account. plz reply Was this information helpful? | |||||

My redmi note 9 pro max order was not placed on mi on november 3rd. But the money got debuted. But they were not refunded. Please help me. In the below image I will provide you the order id and other payment details
