Xiaomi India — Phone not delivered | |||
Hi there, I ordered Redmi note4 on Feb 22 along with Mi insurance of 749. You guys sent an email that product was delivered on 23rd evening 5 PM. I have not received you product. I raised my complaint on Frb25th . Ticket ID is[protected]. Your support guys assured that you will contact me with details within 24-48 hours. I waited hoping that you guys will sort this issue. But I didn't got any response. Hence I mailed a complaint that ticket ID is[protected] Your support start to give me same template response that "We have reported this to concerned department and will contact you within 24 hours." Still now no one has contacted me. Its been 5 days without any response. I need my money back. I lost faith in MI. I fond this complaint URL recently. I got shocked to see your support for client complaints. Out of 2300 complaints only 69 cases are resolved. Its show how pathetic your service is. MI brand from China showing its "true class" If you guys have any responsibility or value then refund my money back immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
