    Sir I purchased mi mobile through online they mentioned one year warranty. But unfortuntely my mobile speaker was not working. So I approached the service centre in salem. They mentioned the service form the speaker was not working that is the complaint. Next day they called me your phone was ok. At that time i was shocked because the sim traay was brokened. They mishandling my mobile and the sim tray was brokened. So I informed the service centre. They are not accepting my words. They cheating me. So i request you please you give solution and insist the xiomi company to replace and imediately to give a new mobile.

      Dear sir,
      I purchased mi note 3 on 25 may 2016 through amazon. On 02 mar 17 onwards my mobile indicator showing charging but even after putting full night on charging actually it's not charged even a single percent. I keep trying to charge suddenly in between 2 time it's charged upto 60% and then stop there only but indicator still showing charging even after changing the charger. When i contact to mi customer care in [protected] on 04 mar 17, he suggest me few things to check like battery health & battery life. When i checked these things it's shows good and 33 deg which was good as per customer care so he suggest me to visit nearby service center as the problem persist with hardware. So on 04 mar 17, i visited tvse begumpet hyderabad (Opp pace hospital) around 1300 hrs. When i projected my issue with that lady she told me that will format the phone, i suggested her to check hardware instead of formatting the phone as am not facing any issue with software moreover as per telephonic conversation with customer care, problem is there with hardware only. But she said first will format the phone if problem remain same then will check hardware. Around 1600 hrs i received my ph back, when i checked it with supply it's showing charging from 20 to 22% so i came back to my house. As per service record, there is problem with sub board problem and repair method used 102pcb, 601. But problem remain same when i checked it after returning to my home even after changing the hardware and formatting the phone. Moreover my power button is not working smoothly so when i checked it i found a small gap between both the covers, while pressing the covers, power button work perfectly but as soon as i left the covers, gap remain same and power button again not working properly which clearly indicate that in above services center, mi engineers are not well qualified they don't know how to identify and repair the phone. Now also am using the same phone with the direct supply. It work perfectly in direct supply, battery indicator still showing charging but percentage remain same which clearly indicates that there is some issue with mobile charging point to battery as it's working perfectly with direct current and showing charging but actually it's not charged even after putting 5 hrs on direct supply. I don't understand why mi engineer not able to identify which i clearly understood that it's bypass the battery.
      On 05 mar 2017, i already registered the complaint to customer care executive mr gagan regarding the same issue and he gave me docket no[protected].
      I stay and purchased this mobile from amazon in bangalore but right now i am in hyderabad till 06 mar 17 and on 06 mar 17, i have to go back to bangalore after completion of my official work so not able to visit the same service center as i don't have time to visit on 06 mar 17 and on 05 mar 17 it's closed due to sunday.

      Dear Sir,
      With reference to my previous mail and case id[protected], On 04 Mar 17 i got a call from Mr Punit regarding the same issue and he suggest me to visit the nearby service center so that service center also give their opinion regarding the case so on 11 Mar 17 i visited Mi indranagar bangalore service center regarding the same issue. Miss Ranjeeta (Service center engineer) told me that the part which was changed by Begumpet Hyderabad service center is not the correct one and thats why charging problem remain persist. She also told me that Begumpet service center not done the servicing in correct manner thats why mobile display bent slightly and there is no warranty sticker available inside the mobile so i have to Pay Rs 3200 (Approx) for repairing it again. Immediately i contacted to your customer care executive for further conversation with Mr punit but as punit was not available there so Neetu Verma Mam contacted me through telephone. She also spoke with Miss Ranjeeta regarding the same issue but as she was not able to handle the situation so she transferred the call to his senior supervisor Mr. IFTEKHAR. Mr Iftekhar also spoked to miss ranjeeta regarding the whole issue and after that he told me that problem is there from the side of begumpet service center so will raise the matter through proper channel and it will take few time, as warranty sticker is not available so its not possible for service center to accept the phone as per the policy and moreover today is saturday so will process it on monday only.
      On 14 Mar 17, when i contact to customer care executive around 1100 Hrs he told me that we already sent the mail and awaiting for their reply. After that i said i want to talk with Mr punit so he said as punit is from different department so he will call u back within 24 Hrs as mail already sent to him. More than 28 hrs lost but till now didn't get any call from Mr punit even after giving next remainder to his team leader Mr Guru on 15 Mar 17. Which is clearly indicate that wat type of service Mi provides to their customer once you are not able arrange the call back from yours employee even after repetitive request then forget about the mobile repair and all.
      The way MI sell their product in india is amazing and quality is also gud thats why MI got such type of huge response but the service center, customer care is really horrible if you guys not able to wake now then don't forget that everything is possible in india and the biggest example is NOKIA.

        Dear Redmi Support Team,

        Good Evening!!

        I am so much happy say that this device is being wonderful mobile than any other in terms of battery backup, fingerprint, user friendly, speed etc.
        One thing i want to notice you that the scanner in my mobile is not functining since i started to use. It is not even opening when i press the scanner icon.

        Kindly assist me to sort the issue and allow me to use the whole options.

        There is problem of battery draining in redmi note 4. Battery is draining very fast. Android system is using much more power please fix these issues fast

          महोदय,
          दरअसल मैं जिस सुरक्षा बल में हूँ उसकी अधिकतर तैनाती ऐसी जगह होती है जहाँ -18 डिग्री से कम तापमान होता है और जाहिर सी बात है वहाँ नेटवर्क तो बिलकुल होता ही नहीं है। अभी 5 महीने मैं वहां बिताकर दिसम्बर में देहरादून लौटा । महोदय मैंने Mi (Xiaomi) कम्पनी का मोबाइल 8276/- रूपये ऑनलाइन पेमेंट अदा करके दिनांक 03/03/2016 को खरीदा। दिनांक 08/06/2016 को मेरी तैनाती अग्रिम चौकी (सुरक्षा कारणों से नाम नहीं उजागर कर सकता) जोकि 17500 फीट की ऊंचाई पर है, पर कर दी गयी I शुरू के तीन महीने तक फोन ठीक चलता रहा लेकिन फिर अचानक पीछे कैमरे के पास से इतना गर्म होने लगा कि लगता था कि कहीं फट ना जाए ... यहाँ गौर करने वाली बात ये है कि -12 डिग्री में भी वो इतना गर्म लगता था कि दोनों हाथों के बीच में रखने पर हाथो को गर्माहट मिलती थी बैट्री इतनी जल्दी जाती थी कि 30 मिनिट में 50% । सिगनल तो था ही नहीं बस थोड़ा गाने बगैरह सुन लेता था । सोचता था कि अंडर वारंटी है तो नीचे जाकर ठीक करा लूंगा ।
          यहाँ नीचे आने के बाद Mi कस्टमर केयर से बात की तो उन्होंने सॉफ्टवेयर अपडेट करने के लिए बोला लेकिन अपडेट करने के बाद भी प्रॉब्लम वैसी की वैसी रही । मैं जहाँ हूँ (देहरादून) वहाँ Xiaomi कम्पनी का कोई सर्विस सेंटर नहीं है इसलिए मैंने PickMi (कम्पनी द्वारा दी जाने वाली एक तरह की सर्विस जिसके तहत ग्राहक के नजदीक सर्विस सेन्टर ना होने पर कम्पनी ख़राब डिवाइस को कूरियर के जरिये सर्विस सेन्टर तक पहुंचाती है तथा ठीक होने के बाद वापस ग्राहक तक । इसके लिए ग्राहक को 189/- रूपये का Logistic शुल्क देना पड़ता है ) सर्विस का प्रयोग करते हुए अपना फोन सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेजों (INVOICE COPY, LETTER MENTIONING FAULT) के साथ दिनांक 30/12/2016 को Mi के प्राधिकृत सर्विस सेंटर (Qarmatek Services PVT. LTD. Ahemdabad, Gujrat) भेज दिया । दिनांक 05/01/2017 को Qarmatek से एक ईमेल आया जिसमे मोबाइल को ठीक कराने के लिए 4600 रूपये की धनराशि मांगी गयी थी जिसे ईमेल मिलने के तीन दिन बाद देना अनिवार्य था उस ईमेल में यह भी बताया गया कि शुल्क अदा ना करने पर आपके फोन को बिना ठीक किये लौटा दिया जाएगा । उन्होंने फोन में किसी अंदरूनी पुर्जे के ख़राब होने का कारण बताया । लेकिन सोचने वाली बात ये है कि आखिर एक ग्राहक क्यों 8276/- रूपये की डिवाइस के लिए 4600 रूपये दे दे जबकि उसकी डिवाइस अंडर वारंटी है दूसरा आज तक मैंने अपने फोन के पास पानी की एक बूँद तक नहीं जाने दी और नाही उसे कभी गिरने दिया । जब ये फोन मैंने खरीदा था तो इसके साथ 275/- रूपये अतिरिक्त अदा करके Mi Protect भी खरीदा था जिसके मुताबिक अगर मेरी डिवाइस पानी में गिरती है अथवा टूट जाती है तो इसे Mi Protect की तरफ से मुफ्त रिपेयर करवाया जाएगा। लेकिन यहाँ मेरा फोन ना तो पानी में गिरा है और ना ही नीचे तब भी वो 4600/- रूपये की मांग रहे हैं।
          जब मैंने 4600 रूपये उन्हें देने से इंकार कर दिया तो उन्होंने डिवाइस को वापस बिना रिपेयर किया भेज दिया लेकिन मैं उस समय देहरादून में नहीं था बल्कि विधान सभा चुनाव ड्यूटी हेतु अमृतसर, पंजाब में था अतः डिवाइस वापस अहमदाबाद चला गया। करीब 10 दिन बाद उनका एक लेटर मेरे पास आया जिसमे लिखा था कि हम आपके फोन को केवल 3 जून तक अपने पास रख सकते हैं उसके बाद हमारी कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी।
          श्रीमान यहाँ मैं आपको बताना चाहूंगा कि मेरा फोन ठीक काम कर रहा था बस बैक साइड से बहुत गर्म हो रहा था जो गर्मियों में खतरनाक साबित हो सकता था । यदि गर्मियों में वह फट जाता तो क्या ये कम्पनी इसकी जिम्मेदारी लेती ? सर्विस सेंटर भेजने से पहले मैंने उसे 60% चार्ज किया और फैक्ट्री रिसेट किया ताकि मेरी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी उससे डिलीट हो जाए।
          जब 25 दिन हो गए तो ईमेल के जरिये मैंने कम्पनी से संवाद किया (जिसकी प्रति इस प्रार्थना पत्र के साथ सलग्न है) लेकिन वो भी यही रट लगाये रहे कि हमारे इंजीनयर प्रोफेशनली ट्रैंड है इसलिए आपको 4600 रूपये अदा करने ही होंगे। इस तरह पूरा महीना बर्बाद हो गया। विवश होकर मैंने CONSUMER फोरम में दिनांक 25/01/2017 को फोन द्वारा अपनी शिकायत दर्ज की जिसकी DOCKET NO. 140532 है उन्होंने Xiaomi के Head ऑफिस में पत्र लिखकर लिखित जवाब मांगने के लिए कहा । मैंने ऐसा ही किया पर वहाँ से अभी तक कोई जवाब नहीं आया । मैंने फिर Consumer Helpline पर संपर्क किया तो उन्होंने Consumer Court में एप्लीकेशन लगाने का सुझाव दिया जो मैं इस उम्मीद के साथ कर रहा हूँ कि मुझे उचित न्याय मिलेगा ।
          महोदय इस प्रार्थना पत्र के साथ मैं वो सभी दस्तावेज की प्रतिलिपि भी सलंग्न कर रहा हूँ जो मुझे हर तरह से सही साबित करती हैं ।

          महोदय जैसा कि मैं पहले ही अवगत करा चुका हूँ कि मैं सुरक्षा बल कर्मी हूँ जिस कारण अपनी ड्यूटी पर तत्पर रहने के कारण हमें हर बार बाहर आने के लिए प्रशासनिक अनुमति लेनी पडती है अथवा हो सकता है कि आदेशानुसार मुझे फिर अग्रिम चौकियों पर तैनात होना पड़े। उपरोक्त कम्पनी के रवैये से मुझे मानसिक तथा आर्थिक परेशानी को झेलना पड़ा है और अभी तक झेल भी रहा हूँ अतः महोदय आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि इस मामले में जल्द से जल्द उचित एवं सही न्याय दिलवाने की कृपा करें ।

          I Sandeep Kumar, the complainant purchased my Redmi Note Prime mobile phone, IMEI No. [protected] manufactured by Xiaomi from the official website of manufacturer, vide invoice No.[protected] on the date 03/032016. Mobile phone was working fine but being very hot from back side. Heating issue can not be ignored bacause it could be dangreous in summer days So I reported it to customer care of Xiaomi and they advised to update device software but issue was persists. So i decided to get it repair from authorised service centre of manufactrur but there was no any service centre of Xiaomi in my city (Deharadun). So i submitted my complaint through customer care with query no. [protected]. I sent my defective device to Qarmatek Pvt. Ltd, Ahemdabad via Pickmi service that is offered by Xiaomi paying after 189 rs as logestic charges on 30.01.2017. The Device was reached safely Qarmatek Pvt. Ltd. on 3rd January 2017 but on 5th January 2017 I recieved an email from service centre asking for 4680 rs. as repairing charges even my device was under warranty cover. Qarmatek also sent a picture of internal part of the device that was defective and it was making device Hot. Remember it was an internal part that can not be accesed by me from outside. I purchased Mi Protect with device paying 275 rs. for one year. Mi protect is an insurance by One Assist that covers accidental and liquified damage. If the device was physically damaged then I could claim for Mi Protect but heating issue is not covered by one Assist as the executive said on call. Service Centre aksed in mail to pay the 4680 rs. within 3 days if I do not pay the amount they will return the device without repair. I refused to pay so Qarmatek returned my device without repair but I was not there to take that. I was in Punjab for assembly election 2017 because I am in Security force. Device is still on Qarmatek Pvt. Ltd and they are forcing me to take it without repair. Qarmatek sent a notice mentioning that they can hold the device upto 3rd June 2017 after that they will deal with device as per company policy. I requested many time to customer care executive but they did not help so I decided to get email support but it was also disappointed me. As being tired i called to consumer forum helpline No. [protected] on 25th January 2017 and asked for guidlines. Forum submitted my query under docket No. 140532 and suggested to send a letter to Xiaomi Head Office to get written feedback. I sent a letter to Xiaomi Head Office, Banglore on 28/01/2017 via speed post that was deliverd on 31/01/2017 but it has been 32 days there is no reply from there.I called again to Consumer Helpline Number to go further then they advised to submit my complaint in District consumer disputes redressal Forum. But I still seeking for settlement before I go to court. My request is only that company should pay me full amount of 8276 rs. or a new device (Redmi Note Prime). That’s it. I have suffered physical strain and mental agony a lot so I just want to finish it.

            I am SRINATH GORANTLA, I am using Xeiomi Redmi note 3 mobile of 2 GB RAM. Since 1 week I am facing problem like the other person on call is telling that he is unable to listen my voice properly while I can here his voice properly. I can't understand why this is happening.             Dear Srinath Gorantala,

            From your statement as mentioned above, your phone mike was not working properly. so that the receiver end could not hear your voice properly. For this u have to visit the nearest Xiaomi India service center with bill (If the product is under Warrentee). The service center address were available in their website. They would help u to sort out the issue.

              I purchased this device and now right after usage of 3 weeks the display goes off completely.. I go to the service center in Noida sector 18, India and the person there took my phone and started opening it in front of me despite me telling him not to do it.. so he opens up the phone took it inside and was back in 30 seconds saying it has started working and that I can take it back. I called up customer care to complain about this and to exchange the faulty device they said that I have purchased it from flipkart.com so I must call them and that they would not able to help me.. I mean is this not your brand? your responsibility to take care of your customer's problems? So it's been 3 days from the incident and I have faced this problem 3 more times, the display goes off and comes back again. And no one to help me out, I just don't want to keep a faulty phone. I mean the display problem is a major problem. We are supposed to love our phone it is supposed to give us a good experience and I hate it, my work suffers a lot due to this. I want refund or want this replaced.. can anyone help me with this here.. Does any person with authority in MI checks this space for complaints...? Please help me out here...

                Sir I have purchased a mobile phone 'REDMI 3S+' from a shop in mussalahpurhat, patna in bihar state on 08th Nov 2016.
                Sir my mobile accessory got damaged on 25th Feb 2017. When I went to its service center and shown the invoice, he told me that this invoice doesn't have VAT/TIN no. and then i went to the shopkeeper and asked him to provide me the valid invoice but he totally refused to provide me the same.
                Sir this is my humble request to you kindly help me to come out of this problem and force him to provide me the authentic invoice.

                  I am using mi 3s mobile, purchased on 30th December, 2016 which is under warranty. IEMI is [protected] and [protected]. I am facing consistent hanging of phone while using any phone app or any other social app since 2 month s. I need to know why it is happening in brand new phone. My phone stops responding whenever I use internet or apps which supports internet. Please replace my phone or else solve my problem as soon as possible. If not solved then I have to take some legal actions against the company.
                  Please revert and assist me as soon as possible.

                    Xiaomi has initiated replacement of my phone Redmi Note 4 but delaying pickup of product from very long time. 1 week has elapsed still I received no call for pickup of my product. I've to call daily to customer care for when to pickup my product but everytime listen to wait and wait. I got fed up from very poor service of xiaomi. I'm living with a faulty handset. Its very harassing experience with xiaomi service.

                        Hello this is nikhil i have ordered an redmi note 4 (2gb 32gb) as on 2 feb and got it on 5 feb at my adress but when i opened the box the mobile screen is cracked so i call coustmer care regarding my defective piece so they told me to click snapshots of the mobile..
                        So i had clicked and send it to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com so i waited soo much..
                        They called me on 16 feb and said me to dilever thier defective peics to thier mi ware house..
                        So i paid courier charges by my own and courier it...
                        Then the product is dielverd at 24 feb..
                        And today is 3 march
                        They haven't called me one time that the product is dielverd and what is the procedure..
                        And when i call they say sir please wait some days we will call you...
                        The xioami service is really pathetic...
                        Can't expected from xiaomi...

                          Dear sir,

                          I am writing this with profound grief that my phone redmi 3s not received yet after 30 days. I have purchased this phone from mi site online. It was billed on 06th dec 2016. I send my phone through fedex for repair in ahamdabad in mi service centre on 21.01.2017 as adviced by mi team. But unfortunately status of my packet is not updated till now, its almost 30 days i have not received my phone. One day mr dinesh from fedex has call me for the lost of my phone in delhi and he said we have made your claim but we will send your claim to mi inida because we are the courier partner of mi and mi has instructed us to take the shipment. I could not trace my phone, my tracking no. Was[protected] but it was not updated till now.

                          But after continuous chat on phone and online chat with mi customer support executives i am not able to know how i get my claim because every time they said we are working on the issue you should wait for some time. I want to know how much time they people required to solve my case. I am suffering a lot with out phone..

                            — pathetic service from a brand name xiaomi!!! —

                            I had purchased brand new redmi note 4 (4gb-64gb) model on 8th feb 2017 mi sell which was delivered to me on 13th feb 2017. And unfortunately on 25th feb when i plugged off handset from charging, it was rebooting.
                            I overlooked this but when i again checked with the phone then it was stuck at mi logo and was in loop for rebooting and not getting started.

                            When i raised this issue in service center, they said its motherboard is dead and need to replace.

                            I was surprised listening to this and said i want my handset replaced instead of motherboard as it motherboard is a key part of the phone and it should not be dead within 2 weeks.

                            When i reached to mi customer care they said it is not under replacement policy now (Redmi replacement policy is of 10 days) as the cell is now 14 day old.

                            Its very pathetic that mi not even consider the major cases for replacement of devices and only repair it.

                            I had to travel from office to service center thrice a day only to get in written the issue of motherboard and finally what service center did not provide me the same in written.

                            I also called customer care and connected that person with service center guy, they both agreed on the problem and device replacement but unfortunately it was verbal communication and not written.

                            When escalated same issue over email, mi asked me to wait for 24 hours but again no one called me for 2 days.

                            The worst experience from mi customer care and service center too.

                            Really hate mi.
                            I was surprised listening to this and said i want my handset replaced instead of motherboard as it motherboard is a key part of the phone and it should not be dead within 2 weeks.Why these Mi Service Center do not replace mother Board, as my phone is still in Warranty

                              I'm not getting any updates on my redmi 2 and when I select download updates in updater app it says-wait a minute or two.
                              Please enquire this and send me updates because I am not able to download some apps as they are not supported to this os. My mi id no.is - [protected]. On the name of Indra Mohan Nigam. please provide me as early as possible. I trust you.

Main complain nhin kr paya 1/2din ke bad main jb customer care main email kiya to bta rhe hain .ki change nhin hoga. service center se contact kijiye . Jb main whan gya to wo bta rhe hain ki 3400/- rupye lgega. Maine whan btaya ki mujhe tuta hua mobile delivered hua hai. To unhone bola main wo sb kuchh nhin janta hun.

                                Phir maine kha warranty men hai phir bhi unhone btaya ki 3400se ek rupya km nhin hoga warranty rhe ya na rhe.
                                Jio calls are not going, even it contains VOLTE service internally. [protected] is my mobile's IMEI number. Please check it as soon as posible. [protected] is my contact number. Mobile is on the name of mr. S. Nandakishore.

                                  I am very disappointed with redmi note 4 . The folder which i had hidden through file explorer is disappeared . Please help me with this. I have very important material in tht folder!
                                  dear Xiaomi team, i request you to please consider this problem very genuinely because only the hidden folders are shown up by show hidden files option .. if any file has been hidden individually it wont show up .. i have tried evrything ..
                                  1. show hidden albums
                                  2. search through computer [system/hidden files]
                                  3. file explorer
                                  4. mi cloud

                                  .. its no where .. i have not rooted my phone, just regular mi updates

                                    Once I too loved this phone!but now coz of their service I started to hate MI

                                    Please don't believe them, I ordered this phone Feb 3rd 2017 by 12PM when the sale is open, but the amount (Rs. 11, 138) was deducted from my bank account instantly but the website says order got failed. I even tried to place same order by 2PM on the second sale opening but things got even worse.

                                    I was following up them for placing the order again or for a refund. Since Feb 3rd whenever I call them or whenever I chat or whenever I email them requesting refund anyone handling the support ask me to wait another 8 to 10 days. I dont feel they going to refund my amount or going to support me ethically. I never seen such a bad customer service and worst online sale method. I do wonder either they wantedly doing online fraudulence or they actually hold a worst online & customer service. Still my issues not resolved.

                                      My name is Nitish Mahajan and I purchased your handset Mi note4 on 22 and Feb through your Mi store website.My sister had order this on my behalf .My order I'd is [protected]. On 24 Feb I received your handset in evening collected by my mother.
                                      Now the problem rises because of the variant .I want higher version of note 4 but it is middle version of it.So I want to return it on that day but in Mi store it is not updated that product is delivered.Still it showing the same 28 Feb 2017 that product is shipped.for this reason I am not getting any return option on the site.After waiting till Monday I decided to talk to your customer care.
                                      Now the worst happens with me after talking to your Mi care from where I came to know that the company has no return or exchange policy for this product except any damages or internal problem.
                                      The question arises with such service that if your official partner Flipkart is doing the same with so far better return policies and other policies why the original company site is not doing so.
                                      Second if you are selling it online then how do customer aware about the built quality and the feel of the product, if someone doesn't like the product actually, what would he do .
                                      Thirdly the policies are always customer friendly not the owners or merchant friendly in which the customer has no right after purchase .
                                      So these are my some queries with your company and policies.
                                      Kindly provide me the best detailed answer for this.
                                      I am hoping for the best service now onwards.
