Xiaomi India — poor mobile and customer care service | |||
I newly bought Redme 5A (3GB+32GB) - Gold in poorvika chengalpattu - 603001 on 05 June 2018. This mobile having charge draining issue. while i am charging it will take 5 hours to complete the charge. It will drain on 4-5 hours without mobile data on even in sleep mode also charge got drain and switched off the mobile. I went to poorvika they routed to xiaomi customer care in chengalpattu. I went that customer care 4 times of the same issue. Still the issue is there. When ever i am going to the customer care they said this is the common issue we were upgrade OS now you will use and check the 1 week if have any issue comeback. They are saying same words when ever i went to customer care. Even the customer care person saying this mobile model is not have battery backup. Last one month i am continuously doing this. In that customer person speaking very harsh, it's not compulsory to explain you like that. That's the way he's speaking and they are not giving any slip for the service visit. Within 2 days i was in the service center so, they will change the mobile right like Amazon. They are wasting the days i think so. I am totally upset and tired for this mobile.
