[Resolved]  Xiaomi India — Poor Service No Service in MI for Smart TV

There is a service request token generated on 22nd October and till now no service is provided from Xiaomi INDIA.
This is very poor after sales service on your products. I had purchased a new smart TV - Model 40 Inch Horizon from Flipkart this January and from day 12th, it started to give screen problems.

This trauma is not over yet, suddenly your Team Closed My service request token No# M5085455 on around 9-10th of November. After waiting for 20 days for service, Mi customer support closes this ticket without any notification to me.

I complaint on Twitter through DM to Xiaomi and they told me that there high official team is working on it and till today there is no update.
I call on toll free number and on twitter message, and receive the same message that I need to wait and soon I will get the resolution.

This is pathetic customer service from MI. Never buy their product, especially Smart Tv. Mi is traumatising its customers.

No resolution yet no calls no emails from Mi Team. They do not care about INDIAN customers. Though MI is earning from INDIAN customers but they do not care and making profits from our lose customer policies.
