[Resolved] Xiaomi India — Received damaged phone | |||
I Manoj Kumar Kuila had applied for Redmi 3S through MI.COM on 12/10/216 and I have received the Redmi3S phone in fully bend and damaged condition on 19/10/2016 @ 1.45 pm through Bluedart Courier. After opening the box I see that the Box and Phone was in totally damaged condition, therefore, I have talked to your Customer care department with Ms Jyoti. She said to lodge a complaint against this damaged phone. Complaint no is[protected]. I have send them a mails within 30 minutes about the damaged phone with the attachment of the images of the damaged phone twice after I talked to the customer care dept.. Thereafter, I received a mail from Mr. Manish where he replied that they will took this complain for replacement of the phone within 24 hrs, but till date they have not given any confirmation mail from their side. That phone was very valuable to me and I need it urgently. Please find the attachment the images of the damaged phone. So, I kindly request you to look in this matter at the earliest and I need the phone as replacement or I need the money back what I have paid to them.
