Sir, I have purchased through my son Redme watch 2 lite on 08.07.2023 along with one more smart watch from Mi store in Brookfiled, Coimbatore.
The manufacture date as mentioned in the Box was April, 2022.
However, the watch strap has manufacturing defect and with in a year of purchase, got torn and strap came off from the watch and I am unable to use the same.
I searched locally here for the watch strap and is not available in Chennai, Bangalore. The store I purchased advised me to get it from Amazon and the description in the Amazon says ' IT IS COMAPRTABLE " not correct for the watch. Having failed in all rounds and places, I wrote to the company and I am getting repeated message that the product is out of manufacture and spares are not available. Knowing fully well that replacement of strap etc are not available, they sold the watch and cheated me.
Hence on 01.06.2024, I send the watch in original packing with all accessories to the Company in Bangalore and they received the same on 03.06.2024. But still they are not giving proper repalcement. I have asked them either to give a strap as repalcement or give a new watch ( any differencein price will be given).
Till now they are not giving proper reply and daily raising compalaint through email to the consumer Manager.
I request your good office to direct Xiaomi to replace the watch with the new strap or substitute me with any other model.
Also, direct them to pay the courier charges of Rs.80/= Was this information helpful? |
