Xiaomi India — redmi 4 /display issue repeated

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the mobile phone that i bought online. Surprised to see your entire approach to resolve the issue and understand my concern, seems nobody interested to resolve the customer issue only mail exchange done.
I paid for it, the unit function well. However, within a six month same display issue reoccur twice. It became defective. With all its fantastic features and warranty, i never thought it could happened. I am extremely disappointed with the product and i never expected this to happen. Yesterday, called received from your store that it repaired. I am not satisfied with your product and service from such huge brand.
I would like you to replace the phone with a well-functioning one.
Handset is with indore service center/serial number-[protected]/handset @ svc and job sheet number #wxin[protected] dt 23/02/18.
